They are scheduled to open at 11AM and we had our reservation for 11:30AM. We arrived at 11:08 and they were closed. I called and they said they will open in 10 minutes, they didn't open until 11:36. They had to set up our table. There was no greeting. It was hot inside with a portable a/c. The tables are small square metal and the chairs are small. Now on to the good part. Our waitress was a very kind young lady. The food is good and the Happy Hour is all day.

The food was really good, definitely made to order so expect a wait. The $5 margarita taste like really good juice, I wouldn't waste your money if your wanting something strong or to get you tipsy. Better deal was to get the $3 shots they were damn near double shots. My only complaint is they almost forgot my wings, me and my mom were almost finished when they noticed and then they immediately brought it out so I still had to pay and just ask for to go box. I would come back now that I know what to order and wait expectations ! Good music playing, nice vibe, and the staff were nice.

Brunch with the first ladies. Small place but very nice workers. Everyone was so friendly. Ebony, our waitress was very attentive and kept our water carafe filled. The music was fiya! The dj came around 12 noon and was playing old R&B. He had us all singing Tevin Campbell-Can we talk amongst other songs. The vibe was hitting! My cousin and I will be returning without our moms. Not that they can't come, because that's where we got our litness from. Lol!

I drove from Tomball to this place on the other side of town because these IG influencers really be hyping these Houston restaurants up. Not worth it at all. Overhyped. Should've listened to the reviews. They also charge a "take out fee"! WTF is a "takeout fee" of 18%? Because I don't want to sit in your establishment and yell at the top of my lungs over loud music, I get charged a fee. I swear these Houston restaurants are overcharging just because. I've been eating out my whole adult life and never been charged a takeout fee. I ordered the Oxtail Sliders and the Oxtail Eggrolls. Sliders were okay. Eggrolls were trash. Extremely little for $17!!! 3 tiny eggrolls cut in half to bite size pieces. The eggrolls are literally the size of spring rolls at an Asian restaurant, then cut in half. The prices are not justifiable. Even with oxtail being a premium meat. Mac and cheese was definitely trash. No flavor at all. If I'm paying almost $50 for my food, I better not find any problems with my order. I'd give any restaurant the same energy. I have no problem paying for food and quality and dining experiences. Trust me, my tabs at steakhouses are car notes for some. I wasn't pleased at all and I won't be back. I just hate I listen to these food bloggers and waste my money. I won't trust anymore food bloggers ever again.

Chill vibe almost any day of the week. Everyday is like Sunday Funday. Live DJ, the wings are HUGE and worth the $$. Music genre: Hip Hop Hookahs available. Bar tender is really nice and came by to make sure we were satisfied with our drinks. Will be back!

I was a little skeptical going here because of some of the reviews...but glad I didn't listen to the folks! Now one thing they did get right is the parking..it is limited. However we went when it opened and had no issues parking. We we greeted when we walked in. They had the trap music playing. It kind of gave me "locker room" vibes. Our waitress was Cynthia and she was amazing. She gave me background on how this started off as a food truck in 2019. She recommended great things on the menu. We had a Appetizer platter with sliders (spicyyyy), good egg rolls, and boneless wings. We shared the catfish and shrimp and grits because we were already full. Now these frozen sidecars yall with a extra shot of Henn got me. I start sweating and had to take a 15 minute nap in the car before my ride back to Katy. I think I may leave out the extra shot next time. Lol. I hear that Sunday is the busy day of them all. It's not a big spot..so plan accordingly. If ever by OST..give this place a try!

I was a little skeptical!! Because the reviews weren't so positive! But I'm so glad I gave this gem a chance. The vibe is very much lit and turn up. They had a DJ. We were there on a Sunday and it was packed. The service was good. A little slow and we had to remind the server of a couple of things. They wrote super busy! Our food and drinks were soooo good! It came out hot and fresh. I was impressed. The place is small and I definitely see them outgrowing this spot! They have the best yams that I have ever tasted from a restaurant! Everything was so good'

I love the ambiance here. The service was great and the food was okay. I would definitely come back.

Food is a joke , don't waste your money . Ordered the Cajun pasta which they literally threw it in a tuber ware and popped it in the microwave. Pasta was so over cooked , pissed I wasted $20.

There were 2 servers that were assisting with the table. Both very nice and got our orders correct. I had to split the bill in a weird way and they followed instructions well. The restaurant is always nice and clean including the restroom. The restaurant has a lunch option for 2 items for $25. What a steal! I got the wedge salad because I love the smothered blue cheese dressing. I got the mahi mahi tacos. Tacos were a good lighter choice. I didn't realize that it came with fries. All delicious options and so many options for even the pickiest eaters. Always a good choice for a nicer lunch.

The steak was cooked perfectly. It comes sliced with a sauce that's sort of like a nicer version of Heinz 57 -- very good. The smashed potatoes were better than you'd expect, especially if you can get a side of the onion ring sauce to put on them; it sets them off really nicely. The green beans were also very good. We added a small order of onion rings as an extra side, and they were some of the best i have had in a while. They came with some kind of ranch-type sauce that was absolutely phenomenal. I ended up dipping everything in it -- the steak, the potatoes, all of it. I also had their "steak night" old fashioned, which was a solid drink. The steak night plate is a great value. My wife and I actually split it -- it's a larger portion than you'd think, and you can add on shrimp if you want a little more. side note: The croutons on the Caesar salad deserve a mention of their own some of the best I've ever had. I don't know what they do to them, but they're exceptional. As for the spot itself: super nice location, very clean. The bar has a nice feel, with large windows where you can sit and look out to the street. All the food we had was top notch -- I'd give it a full five stars for taste and value. The one thing that knocks it down a little is the service. We sat at the bar, and there were two bartenders. It wasn't especially busy, but it still took a while to get drinks. The bigger hang-up was that I asked two or three small questions about the menu and the bartenders had no idea it was a lot of "I don't know" or "let me check on that," and then they never really got back to me. Not a huge deal, and they weren't unfriendly it just wasn't quite a five-star experience on that front. Highly recommend, would recommend and return.

I bring family and friends here all the time along with business partners. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Houston, Texas. You will experience the best food and the best service here every single time! Today was the first time I decided to get some food to go. Bradley was an absolute professional. While I was leaving, Johnny Carrabba came out and talked to me for a second. What a nice guy. Full of natural charisma. Reminds me of an old wise guy from casino or Goodfellas. We had a great conversation. I told him how my grandmother was born in Bryan Texas in 1927. He told me about his family that migrated there in 1905. He also mentioned his family had a store on Canal Street. I had no idea. An exceptional person, a legend in the restaurant industry here in Houston, Texas. It was great to meet you today Johnny. Thank you for your professionalism and hospitality and also thank you for serving some of the best food in Houston, Texas! Food: as you can see from all my pictures of the food is simply amazing. The main highlight was the 5 star service by Eric! He's enough to make me want to go back! I'll definitely ask for him every time! 2nd highlight is that cornbread because whew...bussin. Pair it with the collard greens and that's a five-star combo all day. I was undecided on what to order, so I went with the cajun stuffed chicken exactly as it comes, along with mac & cheese and collard greens. The meal wasn't bad, but it wasn't that good either. The chicken, I'd probably skip next time, I took most to go and it went bad cause I couldn't do it. Mac wasn't anything to write home about either but again, them greens and cornbread are absolutely getting reordered. My friend ordered the key lime pie and enjoyed it, so that seemed to be another solid choice. But back to the real MVP of the visit which was our server, Eric. He made menu suggestions without being pushy, kept my glass full the entire meal, was kind, patient, and anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. That level of service is becoming harder to find, and it definitely elevated the experience. Overall, the food landed somewhere in the middle for me, but Eric's service easily pushed this visit to four stars. I'll definitely be back...mainly for that cornbread lol.

Bottom line is that Milton's should be your go to place for just good old Italian fare but in an upscale but not stuffy atmosphere. Mark Sayre - the restaurant groups beverage director hosted the charity dinner for my wife and I and 4 other guests. We were served 9 courses family style including a couple of cold plates, a couple of salads, a couple of pastas and a couple of entrees along with a dessert. Everything was fantastic and Mark did a great job of hosting and explaining the wine pairings. The best of the apps was the Sicilian Tar tar. Tuna, scallop and salmon perfectly marinated on crostinis. The Hearts of Palm Salad was excellent, and they are definitely sharable, probably made for 3 - 4 guests to share. Of the two pastas the Cresta De Gallo stood out the most, but the Bolognese was also virtually perfect. Of the two entrees we enjoyed the Chicken Piccata slightly more than the Hanger Steak. On our second visit, Ryan was our server. He had been our server at Underbelly, One Fifth and Georgia James in the past and remembered us immediately and was a wonderful host for the meal. This time the table enjoyed the Chargrilled Oysters and the Parsley Salad to start. We also sampled 4 pastas - The Cresta De Gallo again, the Chitarra with Scallops and Uni, the Lumache with Vodka Sauce and the Sourdough Tagliatelle. All were fantastic. My personal favorite was the Chitarra. In the end we finished off all 4 so no leftovers. We then shared the Chicken Piccata as our only entree. This dish is so good. Juicy Chicken, flavorful sauce, and the Sourdough Tagliatelle was the perfect accompaniment. We also enjoyed two desserts - The Budino (which is more like a chocolate tort than a pudding) and the Tiramisu. Both wonderful. If Milton's wasn't over an hour from our house, it would become a regular on the rotation. But it is definitely good enough to warrant many return visits.
