There were two young ladies working who were very knowledgeable and the one who did my live scan was helping me out and someone else and the same time and answering the phone. Good service if you get the main person. She's quick and professional, but it is a small small location. The only downfall I have is that the first time I went there was no charge for anything returning some thing for Amazon. Now there is a charge. Other than that I love this spot! read more

Very normal from a ups store. Very bad customer service and they welcome you like you owe them something. 100% all in Fedex for me Very rude girl there. I asked to let me borrowed tape to closed one box because I ran out at the office and she told me to buy some tape and after I told her that all u needed was to close one small box she said she'll do it. Stupid rude people At the end I paid $1.60 to close one small box. Had to come to ups because the return labels are from ups. I closed my account with them already. read more

YOU LOST my package because the number on the receipt YOU GAVE ME does NOT match the number that showed up on my return on my Amazon account. What do you not understand??? Why can't you acknowledge this fact??? As I stated in my review - my return was not picked up for 6 days!!! Is that what you call "sending them boxes nearly everyday" (your words not mine)??? How do you know that Amazon "most probably it has credited to the original buyer"? Unless you had similar complaints from before from other people??? Don't worry about what I need to do with Amazon because this review is about your business. Not Amazon. Whoever the girl is that's working at the front desk is rude asf. I'm pretty sure she had a long day at work bc they looked busy when I came in but she looked DEAD and I didn't like the way she was speaking to me. I needed to get work equipment shipped back and I said I had a return label she said that needs to be printed and you'll have to pay for that and the packaging. I told her I didn't want to have to pay for anything since my job would be covering the cost and I was under the impression that I would show them this return slip and it would get sent off. So then I asked what does my job need to do on their end to get the money to you (sort of like when you drop off Internet equipment and all the funds are covered for). She then asked "how would they pay us?" With a smart attitude then I gave the Internet scenario and she said probably because they have an account or contract with us I then asked "how where they able to pay for shipping services then with this return label she then says because they have an account with us." Like if I knew all of this I obviously wouldn't be asking you. I felt like an inconvenience and they moved my stuff from the scale and just started to help another person. I came to this location because the reviews were better than the others but I won't be back. read more
