Before I am able to do so I must discuss my situation and a very important Christmas delivery I was waiting for from FedEx. A large and heavy important package was to be overnighted to my home as scheduled as an overnight delivery. It was a Saturday and the extra fees had been paid to FedEx to ensure this type of weekend delivery. For one reason or another or just the chaotic delivery load that accompanies this time of year, my box was not delivered and was going to be rescheduled two days after Christmas. Any parent knows that somethings super important such as the crowning gift for a son at Christmas is some thing that makes or breaks Christmas morning. After calling the 800 FedEx number, I was put in touch with the staff at Fullerton who subsequently chase down my package and told me I could come down and get it, only A few minutes before 5 PM closing for Christmas Eve. I was told that a woman by the name of Evelina was on duty and she was able to determine my package was sitting there at their office and they would help me. Upon my arrival a gentleman by the name of Matt pleasantly greeted me and got down to business. After confirming my identification and cross checking my tracking number he disappeared into a large warehouse searching for my package. These two folks demonstrated professionalism and courtesy under the duress of the incredibly busy and crushing holiday shipping season. At no point did either of them make any excuses, present any reservations or speak to anything in this situation other than I can do it let's get it taken care of we can help you. In the military we used to recognize these folks with gratitude and an award and expression known as Bravo - Zulu... a job well done. This is well-deserved and appropriate for folks like this who are tired at the end of their day going many long days into the season and still being professional and embodying the can-do spirit, the spirit that made FedEx what it is and what it has been. I cannot comment on crushed boxes or anybody's experiences beyond the one that I have. There are lots of complaints in photos about such things on here however nobody has control over that individually, certainly a package passes through Minihans before it gets to this Fullerton office. This office should be judged on its staff presentation and all things in its operational control. In my opinion this place gets the job done it's presentation is clean and orderly and the staff is phenomenal. Thank you!

To make it worse, one employee (a black woman) actually yelled at a customer to wait while they handled their own issue. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When it was finally my turn, I brought in a return with a QR code that clearly states FedEx will print the label, pack, and ship the item. I was flat-out refused and told they "don't pack" because they don't want to be blamed if something is missing. That's not only lazy--it's incorrect. I contacted the company that issued the QR code (Lululemon), and they confirmed FedEx is contracted to provide exactly this service. So either the staff doesn't know their own job responsibilities or they simply don't care. This location is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly poorly managed. If you have any other option, avoid this place entirely. I will not be coming back, and I won't be using FedEx again if I have a choice.

That's a pet peeve of mine when businesses try to alter reviews by "If you rate us five stars on yelp, you get a complimentary _____" or "We will only provide a refund if you delete the review." I opted not to and requested a charge back through my bank which I knew would likely fail as the business did make an attempt to correct the issue. My gripe is it shouldn't have come to this. All three passport photos were out of spec, and one was flat out rejected. If a service isn't adequate, any business should provide a refund when they know it's not feasible to re-do the service. I was only asking for a refund on the one that was rejected. I hope this review brings about better customer service and more compassion. As I said in my previous review, their other services are fine, and my experience shouldn't deter you from coming here.

Rented a 10 ft U-haul here and they over charged me for gas. They are a scam. Drove a U-Haul for 18…read moremiles and filled it up with 2 gallons of gas before returning it. A 10 ft U-Haul gets about 10-12 mpg's and when I returned it, they ended up charging me 4 gallons of gas costing me an additional $28. When I tried to tell them there was a mistake, they told me they double checked it and wouldn't listen. I told them that it doesn't make sense why you would charge me 4 gallons when I didn't even drive it enough miles to warrant a 4 gallon charge. Do not rent from here! They will try to squeeze you out for more money.
