Great service even though we came half an hour before closing. We got our school assignments bound into spiral notebooks. The cost was ~$5 and took 1 minute to do. I made a spelling mistake on my assignment and an employee fixed it for me on his computer w a PDF editor in under 30 seconds. I appreciate his help a lot, because he was polite, efficient, and helpful. 10/10 would use this UPS again. read more

Beware of this ups store. Shady af!!! The Indian lady who is always working acts nice but will try to suck every penny out of you. The post office was closed and I was in a time crunch to ship something out. UPS has USPS pick up for USPS prices. I've done it before at other UPS stores with no problem. I came here and the lady wanted to charge me almost double of what it cost to ship at USPS & she wouldn't budge. So I had to wait & ship out late the next day. Also When you bring Amazon returns here & Amazon requires you to box it up MAKE SURE you have a box and tape. Even if you have a box if you don't have tape this UPS charges the full price of box and tape for $2. They literally have open tape laying around all over. they could spot you 12" of it but they won't here. $2 isn't much... or is it in these times we're living in. I hate that this ups store is the closest to me because I have had a lot better experiences for the same things at other ups stores read more

I hate going to UPS. They always take sooooo long. Came here around 5pm to get my fingerprints done. There were two people working and there was one customer ahead of me. She was figuring out some things while the lady was helping some other woman. The man that was working got me started by having me write some info down. Then he suddenly disappears and only one person was working. I was in there for a good 45 minutes which sucked!! They need to be better at offering customer services. They help me, then help another lady, then go back to me, and then i have to wait while they help someone else out. Focus on the people that get there first, not jump around! Came here all prepared for a Live Scan... Little did I know that I will be waiting here for an hour. Unfortunately, negative reviews on places like UPS will have no impact on the company because it will always exist. Anyways, I came in, was recognized by the worker after about 10 minutes which I was patient about and kept me waiting from 5pm till 6:00pm (closing) to help me with my live scan. He helped one specific customer this whole time and there were about 8 walk In customers who came in to pick up or drop off items which he also helped with. Poor customers who came to pick up items also had to wait just as long as I did. Never. Coming back again. Over an hour just to get a live scan? No thank you. read more

Absolutely outstanding service! I own a mailbox and had never received any issues, packages arrive as expected, on time with no damages. It is one way to mitigate your porch pirates who like to steal your valuable package. This allows you to have a dedicated address vs a POBox and their operating hours are more accommodating. This location provides most of my shipping needs at affording price. They even have 2 dedicated parking spots for when you're on the go to drop off or pick up packages. One of few trusted location to receive your mail. Will continue to maintain my inboxing and shipping needs with this location. Very poor customer service. I have been using this location for a while now for all of my shipping needs. I manage a large automotive dealership around the corner. I have always overlooked their lack of service because of their convenient location but no more. A client of mine accidentally shipped a small box to them instead of my location as i am guessing this UPS store is too lazy to request the correct return to address. So my package is returned to them and they charge me $20 to pick it up. To make things worse, a package i had them ship for me was not taped completely closed so the contents fall out. UPS will not honor the insurance because the box was delivered. I used to send all of my new hires to this location for live scan. I used to ship all of my packages through this location.
