There was a problem with the fax that was sent. There was a confirmation report however my fax was not received. The girl behind the counter that I presume to be the manager went the extra mile to make sure that my paper work was received. She resent the fax and emailed the documents to help make doubly sure that my documents were received. She was very professionally sweet and very competent. Thank you. read more

I ordered a notebook for school over at this UPS Store a few months ago. I actually tried to get it sent to the Phelan location since I've always had a good experience and the order would've been much cheaper there. I realized a few hours later that my order was sent to this location and it was far more expensive. I called to inquire but there was no answer. I arrived to the store a few days later with the intent to pick up my order. That's when the team told me their manager never even opened my order from their email so it was never ready in the first place. I asked them to cancel the order then and refund me but they would not even after I explained to them that it was out of my way to come back to pick up. It was a back and forth communication from one team member to me based on what their manager was telling them. I've worked in customer service for years and I saw this as very unprofessional. He couldn't come from the back to talk to me face to face until I asked them if they could transfer the order to a closer store for me. I was on a schedule that day and I didn't have time for them to come to a decision; I communicated that. That's when the manager came to tell me they could not perform a transfer but if I waited somewhere else he could get it done in an hour. I was really frustrated at this point but I complied because I needed the notebook done. When I finally received the notebook it wasn't done how I ordered it online. The team explained that they put some color in the notebook to make up for the inconvenience. It was a complete joke as the notebook has nothing but black ink; they informed me already they would not discount anything. After I left I noticed that the ring keeping the notebook together was not the one I ordered. This is for a class and it needs to comply with standards. I spoke to the manager after discovering this asking to just refund me so I can get it done at my other location because it seemed like he was not interested in what I was communicating to him. He said that was all they had and that he could not refund my order because he "worked so hard". He said he would contact the regional district manager and that it might take some time but that he would get back to me. That was a few months ago and my notebook is still not in correct format. I hardly write bad reviews for establishments but I'm frustrated on this one. read more

This place is a total ripoff. Went in to print 4 pages, (something that costs 11 cents at Staples) and was charged $7 The worst part is I went in on another day and asked them if they had self serve printing, they told me yes and it only cost 14 cents. When I went in this time I tried to use self serve printing they told me I had to email an address on the their card. Ok, no problem. The kicker is you cannot use the "self serve" printing machine to print. They open up your email on a computer behind the counter and they charge you a "convenience" fee of $2.95 per email they have to open and 18 cents per page to be printed. This is totally excessive for this service and I will NEVER use this place again. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off. Go to staples and pay 11 cents or print at the nearby library for 10 cents. read more

Buyer beware! There is major markup on their stamps. Yesterday, I shipped a lot of packages through the UPS store. I shipped 5 international and 2 domestic packages using USPS. I had all the packages ready to go. I had everything filled out including the customs declarations. I asked the counter person if they were more than simply going to the post office. The counter person said "Yes because you are paying for convenience." So I asked "How much more is it?" The counter person said "Just a few dollars." I trusted the counter person at her word. When I got home, I compared prices with the Post Office. Wow, they are 70% more than the Post Office. I spent $153.14 at The UPS Store. The Post Office charges $89.75 for the same service. That's a difference of $63.39, a 70% markup. Mind you, I didn't ask them to pack anything. All they did was type the information that I provided into their computer and seal the envelope. They didn't provide any service that the Post Office would not have provided. I feel silly that I just didn't go to the Post Office. However, it was at the end of the day and the post office had just closed. The UPS Store was open another hour, until 6pm. I wanted to get these packages shipped. The staff wasn't rude or mean. They were pleasant and courteous. However, the markup is unjustified. I would rather they would charge admission or charge a package drop off fee, rather than marking up postage. Things like this happen, when you walk into a franchised store. However, I asked them specifically. They should have said something, anything else than "just a few dollars." I should have walked away feeling good about using The UPS Store. Instead, I felt as if I had been lied to, taken advantage of, and stupid for trusting them at their word. read more

The professionalism at this store is inconsistent. On our latest trip we attempted to see if they could look up a transaction/or tracking without the tracking number as we thought we had lost it. The first woman we spoke to immediately looked at the other woman to see what could be done because she did not know what to do. The other woman rudely stated that nothing could be done without the tracking. My husband asked if they had anything in the system that would show the transaction so we could see what day we brought it in. She rudely stated that they could not look it up. We wanted to verify that information so I called the Apple Valley Rd location. They immediately tried to look it up in the computer. Unfortunately, they could not find anything in their system as the transaction did not occur at their store. He said to go back to this store. I told him what we were told and that she was rude. He apologized and gave me the customer service number. I had to call back and again he was polite and helpful. Luckily we found the tracking when we got home and are dealing with it without this stores assistance. If you need to use UPS I would go to that store over this one. read more

I went in to this UPS store to have 4 pages faxed and then scanned and emailed, (computer is down at home). Three people working and only one can fax/email. This one person complaining there is only one of me. PLEASE! Be business smart. She tells me, as she takes the person in line behind me, that she will be "right" with me. She took that person because she knew her and notary services pay her very well. Other two employees standing around twiddling their thumbs.I asked at one point, how much longer? She answers 15 minutes ! Really? You just said you would be right with me. Try training the people you've hired, you just might be more efficient. read more

This ups didn't even ask if we wanted to ship it in the ups envelope, but right away gave us one of their envelope to sale their product and we had to pay. With ups we usually don't have to pay for the envelope or boxing. read more

I used their mail box services for a couple of purchases and the ups tracking shows it was received in store on 7/11/16 @ 10:07 am by Katelynn, and when I called the store Misty the store manager said without even asking for the tracking number that she was positive they never received. I called the store where I purchased the items from they were very understanding, and re-shipped the items again when I called Misty she again very rudely that they never received AGAIN without asking for the tracking number ONLY after asking to speak to the owner she rudely said she would have the owner call me back. The store manager returned my call LECTURED me on the number of packages they received daily, and she found both the original order & the re-shipment they CLAIMED it was because my name was not on the package I HOWEVER HAD NO PROBLEM reading my name CLEARLY printed. The store manager was so rude Said if we ever get anymore shipments the owner of the store they will send it back to the shipper, AND EVEN Though IT WAS THEIR FAULT THEY CHARGED ME A FEE FOR BOTH SHIPMENTS! LOVE THIS UPS STORE! People are always friendly and helpful. They don't hide the hand truck in the back, but keep it out where you can easily get it to unload your stuff easily. Always at least one person in front ready to wait on you. Lots of packing supplies available, notary and mailing supplies as well. Great store, Great service. Much better than the AV Road store and I will drive the farther distance to get to Hwy 18 location rather than go to the AV Road location. read more
