Poor customer service. Called and asked when they were closing and the lady replied 3 o clock. Got there at 2:55 and the door was locked. I knocked and they opened the door and she replied we close at three to which I replied yes I know and it is not three yet. They helped me deliver my package with much attitude and contempt. Incompetant!!!! I had a very important package of documents going to Canada with a tight deadline. I paid $69.00 to have it arrive on time. The docs were returned to me because they did not know the border requires them to affix a particular declaration on the package. They mailed it again when I took it back but of course by then it arrived late. When I complained, the manger did not feel I deserved a refund since they had to mail it twice! I have used the UPS store on Highway 18 and never had a problem. Will never go back to this store. read more

This place is the worst. I only come there when I don't have to pay. Staff is slow, rude and limited in help if you have a problem with a package. I go out of my way to go to the Apple Valley store on hwy 18 by target. Try not to use this store when there are way better ones just a few minutes away. read more

This is a great family owned business. They are always helpful and if there is a wait they always appologize. I have a postal box there also and I can call anytime and they will check in my box and let me know if and what mail is in the box. I have never had a bad experience at this business. Anyone who has is probably one of those rude customers that I see them having to deal with and they show nothing but kindness and patience. read more

WORST WORST WORST Customer Service. They tell you UPS mailers are not available so they can upsell you on packaging you should not have to pay for. Complained to the manager, who turns out to be one of the owners and was told they are a franchise and can bascially do what they want. These people are crooks and give small business owner a bad name. Avoid this place at all cost. I see other reviews posted here complaining of the same thing. read more

A man named David Grenell came into my store in his UPS uniform to pay his cellphone bill, always comes into my store with EXTREME attitude, told him I could save him some money on his bill and he told me that " we F****** suck, and to not touch his Sh**" which I replied that there was no need to be rude. He started to cuss at me and then I refused to help him, he told me to "kiss his ass" walked out cussing and yelling while there were children in my store. VERY unprofessional. Especially since he was in his truck and wearing his UPS uniform. Hope he's not married. Me being a 21 year old female, I felt very threatened. read more

After UPS had a delay in shipping our guaranteed 3 day packages, this local store was supposed to reroute our packages. They dropped the ball and only rerouted 1 of the 2 packages. At this point I have spent 2 weeks already trying to get the store to reroute the package to the right location. The employees have been very nice on the phone however they are supposedly relaying the message to the owner for him to give me a call and correct the situation. He has avoided calling back. I am assuming he hopes that the situation will go away. The employees have even indicated that they are doing all that they can, but unfortunately can't force him to call me back. It is too bad that he now has my money and doesn't care if the packages never arrived at the right location. read more

It is obvious that the women that works there either has no customer relation skills or hates her job. But my complaint is that the three times I have gone in to ship a package there is always an issue. The latest was I had a prepaid return package for a product warranty issue. The women looks at the label and tells me that the label is not correct for prepaid return. So I return to my home and call the company who furnish the label and confirm that it is for a prepaid shipment. I then return to the UPS store and tell the women that the label is correct. She then goes in the back and brings out a package and shows me the label on it and says this is what a prepaid return label should look like. I ask her why would a label from two different companies necessarily look the same. My label had all the required information but looked different. She then sighed and took my package but wanted my phone number so she could call me when the UPS driver refused to accept it. Well this morning I check the tracking number and my package is in the UPS system and has already left California. So I had to make two trips wasting my time and gas because she thought the label didn't look right but it was fine. This will be my last time doing business with this store. read more

Horrible experience with the store. When I mailed a package I was surprised at the cost. I asked the employee if was just for postage and she said curtly that it was. I called and spoke to the owner and asked her why I paid that much and she said there was a convenience fee added on to USPS transactions. I told her that I was mislead by the representative who told me I was just paying for postage. I told her I wanted the convenience fee back because I was mislead. She told me the transaction was done and she couldn't do that. She was very rude and stuck to her position that I just paid postage and that there is a convenience fee. What? You cant have it both ways. I asked why they wouldn't notify me of this fee when I asked prior to the transaction and she basically said I didn't ask the question right and why would they tell people about the convenience fee. I really don't care about the money, I was just doing an errand for my Grandmother, I just hate being mislead. Why are you willing to tell me when I ask about this "convenience" fee after I've paid the money but you say you have no obligation to tell me when I ask before I pay. That's pretty dishonest. Honestly, if I would of known that they charged more than USPS to send a package I would of weighed the stupid package, put the postage on myself and stuck it in my mailbox. Very rude, dishonest and misleading. Would never do business with them again. read more
