The manager's behavior was extremely passive, and the conversations taking place in the store were far beyond what should be considered professional. During my visit, I overheard one employee say something very inappropriate to the manager, and she simply laughed it off as if it were acceptable. There were several other incidents as well that reflected a very unprofessional work environment. I work in the corporate world, and there is no way this type of behavior would ever be tolerated. If corporate leadership knew about the things being said and allowed in this store, I believe both the manager and the employee involved would face immediate disciplinary action.
