So this is my second trip to this UPS store. I dropped off an item that i needed a box for which i purchased there. I carefully wrapped the item in paper tissue for the person i had sold the item to. I made sure to ask the guy that took my package there if he would put packing paper in the box along with my item and he said "yeah". He sounded sincere and i took his word. Just got response from the guy i sold the item to that his package was NOT packaged with anything in the box. He was disappointed with how poorly packaged it was since there was no protection to the package. Of course now i have a negative review on a mistake i made for trusting an employee to package my item that i would have thought they would have the idea that people's packages are to be packaged carefully. Now, for my second trip it was this past Tuesday and i had to do the exact same thing again. I didn't have a box so i had to purchase one and i was not paying much attention and misunderstood the guy (different employee this time) he took the item and gives me the receipt and so i walk away but noticed i didn't pay this time so i asked him if my item was being placed in a box and he said no. He basically put the shipping label on my actual item wrapped with tissue paper so i said no no i need it in a box the tissue paper will rip and there's no protection. So i pay for the box and now i have it in the back of my mind that it was not carefully packed with no packing paper again. I will come back with a review again once i get a response from this other buyer and see how he received his package. Very disappointed with the care these two guys took on my items that i needed shipped. read more

After picking up his bag from the Lyft driver nearby, I walked into this UPS store to ship some of the items to him. I came in 9 min before closing on Wed 07/07/21, I was disorganized and unclear as to what it was I needed/wanted. The lady behind the counter (I think she was the owner of this location) took the initiative to help me get my stuff shipped. I appreciate her taking good care of me the way she did, she helped keep my anxiety level at a minimum. This is a newly opened store hidden in the corner of a strip mall. I have been using a old P.O. Box shipping place that really sucked and I have to mail things out to my son in the military pretty often. I don't think I have EVER had a better shipping experience. The staff was friendly, prompt, and the service was fast. I mean I don't think I've really ever been treated so well from any store. Arbitrary and predatory charging, no defined set charge for black and white pages. Paid $25 for 39 pages of black and white printing. Came here to print a couple work assignments cause my home printer was having errors. These were basic and simple 8.5 x 11 white paper printouts. First time I came here, I utilized my usb and was charged 83 cents for 3 pages of black and white print paper. Second time, I was helped by Analyn. She told it was $1.39 per page after I had printed everything out. She made some excuse that it was the corporate ups charge rate for the copier. Then, she said I pay $27.22. I did not expect to haggle and bargain, but since I was in a rush I told her $20 should be more than reasonable since last time I only paid 83 cents for 3 pages. She said she was gonna get in trouble from corporate for that price and said $25. Reluctantly and in a rush I agree. When I looked at the receipt, it says $27.22 for colored pages. I did not request colored pages. I went back to inquire about this. Analyn started bringing up that she was a mother and she would never engage in bad business practice. I am upset because there is no clearly defined rate for printing pages. I was not informed of the charges prior to printing out. This is a sneaky and unethical business practice. I don't know if UPS is doing this or the employee herself but you have lost a customer. Always display your charges in advance and stick to the same price as opposed to screwing people over after the fact. I will post the receipt if requested. read more

Update - My husband and I needed to notarize some documents and AJ assisted us and he was very courteous and pleasant, and the price was reasonable. Analyn, who had previously helped me a few times, also was in the store. Both go above and beyond helpful, as do the rest of their staff from my previous dealings (I also have my UPS packages arriving to me, routed & held at this store). So the update to my review of two years ago is to state that their quality of service has not gone down in the past two years, they manage to maintain their high standards wrt customer service. I came to this UPS Store because my new job required that I get a LiveScan done. I chose this UPS Store because of the reviews here on Yelp and that it was a Certifix LiveScan approved facility. The employee who helped me made it an easy process, although the scanning machine had issue with reading my fingerprints on my left hand but after several tries the machine finally got the scans that it needed. I'm an avid online shopper because I dislike going inside stores. Which means, I have items that need to be sent back via UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. The first time I ever returned a package to this location, I honestly got lost. I had to call the store and Analyn helped me with directions to get there. When she told me that it was in the same vicinity of 99 Ranch but tucked away in the corner, I was able to finally find it! Since that day, almost 2 years ago, I've always come to her location. Even if there's 5 other locations closer to me while driving. The staff is awesome, most of them know me by name now. They engage in conversation and ask how I'm doing. I've never been to another location who take the time to genuinely check on their customers. I even made a stop today and seeing Analyn made my day! I came into the store before the same day van even left and I told the guy helping me to make it same day ground. He asked me if I wanted it guaranteed for triple the price and the van was literally still there. I took the not guaranted and assumed he would give it to the van since it hasn't left, but no.
