For context, I have been a regular customer of this neighborhood UPS Store for over 10 years, with hundreds of visits. During this incident, a new individual, whom I understand may be associated with a recent acquisition of the store, informed me that I was "no longer allowed to enter her store," despite my calm demeanor and longstanding customer history. This statement was made publicly, causing several customers to leave the store in visible discomfort and astonishment. This is not "her" store. I would understand if it was busy but the store was empty. He seemed frustrated to help me. He let me know they charge $2 per parcel drop off now but i have never been told this. It also doesn't show when you look up the location as I looked after. I totally understand but was confused as I have dropped many packages here and never been told- always met by friendly workers in the past.
