It is impossible to reach the stores directly now and even their chat agent was no help. You need a FedEx tracking number to proceed. See the problem? It's coming from UPS to FedEx so you go in a circle. There's no way to get a human agent anymore which is the basis for my complaint. You have optimized yourself right out of being helpful for your clients, shame on you!

Otherwise, dropping off returns is a breeze and I've trusted this location with my AT&T router return among other expensive items. When additional help finally arrived, she took customers from the back of the line instead of taking care of customers in the order that they had entered. Then, after waiting in line for nearly an hour to hand over 3 prepaid packages, I was charged $55 for staff taking the packages over the counter. This seems exorbitant. Terrible service. I would have been better off taking my packages in an Uber to any other location.

They are almost always ready same day! I place a quick order online and they call me when it's ready. The employees are friendly and very patient. I feel bad for all the crazy shipping things they deal with, but I am always just there for a quick prepaid order pick up. This parking lot is a disaster. You can't really turn left to get out because of oncoming traffic, so I always turn right and loop around in Walmart's parking lot. There used to be a tree right in front with hundreds of birds in it and bird poop everywhere. They cut the tree down and cleaned it up, and now it looks way better. I was able to hand my stuff over and they asked if I wanted a receipt, which yes, I needed to keep track of this stuff as much as possible so I could get an important payment sent to me, and then head on out my way.
