The best customer service in town!! Every single employee is top notch. I don't write many reviews but my last visit was on point. I was with my Aunt and she was having issues with a package. Even though we had to deliver the box through the post office, the young man carefully re-organized all items to fit and taped it and labeled it for us. We were in and out in minutes. Staff members here are friendly, kind and very helpful. I come here often, and they recognize me which is always nice. The store can get very busy, it seems like a lot of surrounding businesses use this store to ship (this says a lot about this store). And it can get busy at times, where they might take time to process your item...but they are fairly organize and I never have any problem with my packages. I honestly do not understand why there are so many negative reviews here about UPS delivery service, when it's not even associated with UPS stores. Awful experience today with the older gentleman working there. He didn't elaborate where he wanted me to place my package, didn't even point. I was about 6-10 feet away from the counter while waiting in line, he was just holding a scanner with BOTH hand, standing in an open area, wasn't near the counter and looked at me and kept repeating himself "I can help you". I looked at him, I was confused then he shouted at me again "I can help you!" then he eventually pointed at the counter where he wants me to place the package so he could scan it. I have had good experiences with other staffs, but every time with this same older guy, I have terrible experiences but this time, he really pissed me off. read more

Ups customer service never has real person on their end when I called, so I went to the store, staff told me "there's nothing we can do". This place is a rip off!! Don't go to this store!! I went there to ship a small box that weighed 1.1 pounds and the dude told me it would cost $23 to ship it to Texas. Are you kidding me? When I said $23?! He said I don't know why it's so high today usually it would be around $15. I said $15?! That's still too high for a tiny box that's full of packing peanuts & one tiny toy. I took my box back & went to a diff store. No more than 10 minutes later another mailing store told me that the UPS rate was $10 to Texas. That was literally 10 MINUTES LATER after I left the first UPS store. I don't want mgmt from this UPS store on Big Dalton to give me some crap response saying that oh now the rate has changed and that corporate makes the rates. That's obviously not true since the next store gave me a UPS price for way cheaper. I hate when stores use excuses why they are okay with extorting their customers!! I'll never ship with them again. Once again the Ups mess up on my order. Its definitely a broken record now. Only twice within 2 weeks they mess up my orders. Today they made attempt to my address and said no one was there. I'm here waiting fir the order. No one approach my front door with my order. So they sent my order back. I'm waiting for an order that they told a lie about trying to deliver to. Best printing store ever. I usually go to a different one, but I found out this one was much closer to me. I didn't realize they printed, but not only that, they have the friendliest staff! Other stores may be bigger, but the workers there don't go out of the way to help you, they'd rather you figure things out on your own. I'm not so savvy when it comes to printing things in a store, so their worker Christine helped me out. Not only was she extremely helpful, she was so amicable, I didn't feel dumb asking for help. Came to get a DHL label created and he proceeded to tell me they don't ship DHL when i know they do ive shipped DHL before so i proceed to tell him i have shipped dhl there before and he said oh we do just certain ones? What does that mean if your workers don't know how to do so thats not right they should know how to ship through DHL waste of time and there internet is always down. read more

I always use this store to mail my exchanges from Amazon or returns. This was the first and unacceptable experience I ever had from this store. This was before Christmas 2018 when I was mailing back damage cd's in exchange and I use the brown tape instead of the clear tape not knowing they don't accept brown tape because the guy said it would re- open, but he could have said that in a nice way but instead he was really mean, no name tag Hispanic guy, and throw the tape at me on the desk and tell me to re-tape everything. I have like 4 to 5 packages with me. Tried but I can't, I don't know how the tape work. The other employees were just looking in front and not doing anything instead of helping. Everybody was just looking at me including some customers waiting on the chair since the guy was loud. I was really humiliated in these scenario. He did tape it cause I was not able too but was really mean and said that's it, I am good to go. I told him, I wanted my receipt. He print it out and I left. I called customer service to report him cause what he did was not really acceptable and hopefully not to happen to other customers. The customer service lady ask me why, took my name and at least one order number on one of my packages to identify me. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she got someone on the phone in the name of Will. He did not took my name unless the rep already gave it to him. I told him what happened as stated above but don't know the guy's name and there was no name tag. He said that he can take care of it since I gave him the date and time of the incident that he will contact the charge person for that UPS facility and go from there. He did apologize for the incident and said that the guy should have take over that situation since he work there and explain it in a nice way. I don't know if he will or not but I told him that I work with customers as well and you treat them the way you want to be treated and I never treat any customers with such disrespect and humiliation. read more
