I didn't have a problem with customer service but then again they just put my papers in the machine, typed a phone number, hit send and took my money. Regardless of customer service, I will not use them for faxing. I even found a mobile app that lets you take pictures of documents or anything else, scans it and turns it into a pdf for email use. read more

I had paid for shipping on a package to return home to find the original packing slip that would have made the shipping free. So I went back to the store in hopes of getting a return and shipping the item with the original packing slip(free one) and not only did he refund me my money he didn't make me feel like a complete ass and even told me if it happened again call so they can make sure we catch it before it gets picked up. It took over one hour (not exaggerating) to complete a livescan and there was only one other patron at the store. The process itself should had taken less than 10 minutes, but the employee tried to multi task way too much. He strayed away from me to assist his co-worker way too much and was very insensitive about the time. For example, if he asked me to apply some liquid solution to make the fingerprints more visible, he would quickly run out to continue helping his co-worker with the elaborate job and would spend at least 5 minutes as I waited. The employee then had the audacity to charge me a hidden credit card transaction fee. My goal was to have efficient, reliable service from a reputable company instead of some local business, but UPS certainly isn't up-to-par when it comes to customer service. read more

This is the second location that I called with no help whatsoever: Garbage, with a capital G. This is the first place that I was directed to by UPS Customer Service: (1-800-742-5877) not this locations actual number: (626-814-6253) because there was an issue with a delivery. First issue is that they do not give you an actual phone number for the specified location, but rather a corporate number-- Definitely failing in the logistics sector, UPS. So here is the back story. The company that I work for sells crossbows, archery bows, garden equipment, etc. Given that we sell online, we ship out many items. One of our busiest times of the year is during Christmas. Not just because its Christmas, but because its also hunting season. Long story short. We had a ladder arrive at a customers residence bent. Anyone with common sense knows that you cannot use a bent ladder, so we issued a return label. Due to high traffic, we did not file a claim at the time. We issued the label for the customer and she shipped the item back. Usually the company tries to deliver an item 3 times and then holds it at the nearest facility for us to pick up. This time for some reason they scanned the package twice in one day (who does that?) and immediately sent the package back to the customer**. **We were told that the label had shipping required, but we issued the label and I can assure you we do not do this! So, the customer gets her -originally bent by the UPS- ladder and is irate! She opens up a case that negatively affects our business! All thanks to the UPS, and they don't even bat an eyelash. *** I spoke to 7 different people at different locations, at different positions in the company and they all gave me the run around. I will refer to this article in my following Yelp posts. I'm so sorry but one of the employee who works at this store is not helpful at all. We tried to process many next day shipments, and all he does is just slowing down our process. He was talking on the phone with a customer with an attitude for about 10 mins and just lay his fingers on the keyboard. Also there was a long line waiting for him. The UPS driver was way nicer than him, he told us that another driver will come to the store later. I don't understand why people would hire such a person. Another thing is that he kept telling us that the UPS driver will not come. So I told him, it's ok, let's finish the process ASAP. Again, he went to the back and called someone else, I wasn't sure if he called the next UPS driver to not to come to the store. I mean if he doesn't want to help his customers then why work there. The delivery people from this location are disrespectful and condescending. The office staff are filled with people who justify the acts as if they are reasonable. I have called corporate 3 times on this location and still no improvement in service. The delivery driver who drives truck 865032 won't even knock on your door if you have a package that requires a signature. So unless you are waiting outside you would never know. Also note, the individual trolling me on the bottom of my comment did not even try to reconcile the issue. Further reason ups does not deserve my or anyone else's money! read more

Ive been taking my shipments to this store ever since the USPS "lost" a couple packages of mine and not only am I worry free about my packages getting to thier destination, but also they always get thier on time. I think the ladies that work at the Baldwin Park store are the best. I didn't get their names, I wish I had. I am handicapped and as I am trying to get my big box in the door a wonderful lady came to my aid. She took my cart with the big box and took in side and took me to the computer to sign in. Then she asked if I needed help (I guess she saw my confusion) and called another lady to help me. She input my information and took me and my box to another counter to check me in. I went to sign but the pen would not work so......another worker gave me her pen. I signed, thanked them all and left with a grateful feeling for UPS.
