I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

They were so helpful giving me a flat bed dolly to put my packages on, instead of their large cart on wheels. Which saved my back from bending over to place them inside. Eek I stopped into the store today after having already placed a business card order, hoping to explore options for printing on some additional cards or envelopes. While trying to understand how to make it work with the available printer, I asked a few questions--mainly about layout and how many cards could fit per sheet of paper. The approach I originally had in mind wasn't compatible with their setup, so I was simply trying to brainstorm a workable alternative. To my surprise, Jesse at the front counter told me I was being rude. I'm genuinely unsure how it came across that way, as I remained calm throughout, didn't raise my voice, and wasn't upset--just asking a lot of questions, attempting to find a solution. Unfortunately, based on that experience, I wouldn't recommend using this business.
