Horrible customer service. Don't go here. Worth the drive to an alternate location. Surprised that they are still open.

Very rude and dismissive. Truly a mystery how they are still in business. I won't do business with them except to drop off preprint UPS.

I understand they have deadlines and I feel sorry for them so I usually don't complain but watching this man treat my stuff like a soccer ball was disappointing had there been a soccer ball in my shipment maybe it would have been appropriate

An order I had placed at drugstore.com was to be delivered by FedEx. After a week went by, I…read morechecked on its ETA. The FedEx tracking system said that 3 attempts at delivery had been made. This was shocking to me, since in no way was I ever aware that any attempt for delivery was made. I tried to input instructions on their website about locating the delivery door on the side of the building so I could buzz the driver in, but the website would not accept the information. I called to speak with a rep about the situation, fearing that the package would be returned to sender if another failed "attempt" occurred. I live in a modern condo building, where deliveries occur around the side where there is a buzzer. There is no buzzer at the front door, so anyone attempting a delivery there would have no way of entry unless they catch the door as someone is coming or going. I have received many packages, both from FedEx and UPS when they buzz me from the side door. Therefore, I was confused as to just how 3 attempts had been made. It seemed to me that someone was simply giving up at the front door, rather than using common sense and looking for the delivery area, which many modern buildings have today. I recounted the whole situation, again indicating that I was home at every delivery attempt listed. I also asked that the information concerning going to the side to ring the buzzer be included in the delivery instructions. After receiving a call from a FedEx manager, it was clear that there was no information recorded in the notes about telling the driver to go to the side of the building and use the buzzer. Of course, I was told it was a new driver who was unfamiliar with the route. FedEx really needs to revisit their training -- because common sense dictates that a modern building most likely has a separate delivery area around back. Had the driver used common sense, he would have seen the door on the side of the building with the buzzer. I let drugstore.com know about the delivery problems. And it is a good thing I did, or I may never have gotten that package. They called to let me know that when they investigated, they were told that the package was actually set to be returned to them! This, despite the fact that I had had two discussions with a FedEx rep and manager, and the FedEx website indicated that another delivery attempt would be made. Drugstore.com arranged for the manager himself to deliver the package to my door within a two hour frame that afternoon. I could not believe that this is what it would take to get my package delivered. It is unbelievable to me that in this day and age that a delivery person is so untrained as to not even think about finding a service door to a modern day building. Especially given the salaries of these drivers today. Perhaps more formal education is in order as a requirement. At the very least, FedEx really needs to revamp their Austin, Texas area training regimen.
