I'll echo other reviewers and say this store is awful. I wanted to drop off a package with an already printed label. All I asked for was a receipt--you know, something that proved I dropped off the package in case something went wrong. The employee aggressively said it was policy not to provide receipts. I asked if this was UPS company policy or this store's policy and he replied it was the store policy. I walked out and went to the Montgomery store located here: 9891 Montgomery Rd Montgomery, OH 45242 The Montgomery UPS provided me with a receipt without having to ask! I shared my awful Blue Ash UPS experience with the staff of the Montgomery UPS and it was not a surprise to them--they've heard of similar poor customer service at the Blue Ash UPS store. Do yourself a favor--go to the Montgomery UPS store and NOT to Blue Ash UPS store! read more

Over the past several years, we have frequented this Blueash location of the UPS Store due to its proximity to our home. For years we have put up with the rudeness of the staff. We swear we will never come back but this time I really mean it. Over the past couple years, trying to get a receipt for proof of drop off is tough. Owner likes to always ask why do I need a receipt? I find myself awkwardly explaining the reason why I need it. Next time he asks me, I'm going to answer his question with a question. For instance, I will ask him, "why do you care?". Our final straw was last night when we went in to make a dropoff of an Amazon package that apparently needed to be taped shut. We asked if they had an 18 inch strip of tape. I was told that they do not have tape but we could buy some. Now that's customer service for the win. NOT. From now on, I'm heading to the Kenwood location on Montgomery Road and/or the Mason location on Mason Montgomery Road. They have plenty of tape and they are so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend you do the same. read more

The owner of this location is lovely. He's always so friendly and helpful. Last week I pulled up and noticed there wasn't anyone in the store and I had my sleeping baby in the car. I called into the store and asked if he would mind coming out to grab my (prepaid) package from me. He didn't hesitate and was out in 15 seconds with a smile! I had experienced the worst service somewhere else earlier in the day printing a return label. My email was not sending to the store and Hamo spent all of his time and attention problem solving and HELPING me. I was so grateful for the service I received at this location. Why does this store exist? They are always more than twice the price of the post office. Last time I went in there I swore I wouldn't go back. But I was returning something this time where you have to requst a refund and you print out an shipping label for UPS or you can choose to do your own shipping. So I thought I'd stop at the UPS Store. They told me, " we don't know what it would cost because we don't know that company's rate that they pay. But the box is $14 95". Are you kidding me?! So I choose the mystery box, Wayne! Not. So you're telling me I should pay $14.95 for a box then ship it, then be surprised by the shipping charge no matter how high that is? I went to the post office and it was $7.50 for the box and shipping. So by UPS illogic, supposing the shipping cost is the same (which I gurantee it won't be) that's $22.95 to the same destination using UPS. UPS caters to huge companies that ship out every day and give them special rates and then apparently make up those discounts by charging individuals more. If that's the case then doesn't the UPS truck show up at the UPS Store every day so we should get the same rate as the companies that do that? UPS is a joke. read more

I have never had anything but positive experiences at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have primarily shipped items (often amazon returns that I have already packaged and labeled). I have also used other shipping and printing services. It's convenient having so many services in one location! It kind of baffles me that folks give this place negative reviews because they charge for tape... it's not as though the business gets the tape for free! I come with the expectation that if I need packaging materials (yes, even tape!) I will be paying for them. I think it's unreasonable to expect a shipping business to provide free tape to all of their customers. read more

One of the best places to do business. The owner of the place is empathetic with the customers. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to help the lady who wanted to send some cookies to ill patient at a reasonable price before Christmas .His empathy with the customers will definitely stand out given we have so many options to ship these days .
