Ive never had issues returning items at other ups locations so this was weird. Then Jennifer chimed in with a laminated paper on amazons rules i read over it didnt say anywhere i cant use the box i had just customer packaged as my QR code stated she proceeds to tell me "well anyone with common sense would know" like ma'am excuse me? I ask if shes saying i dont have common sense she just walked to the back and stayed back there avoiding the whole situation.I asked james for the store number he begins to hand me a card and says its on the card i ask do u care about this job he replies "honestly no" at this point jeniffer comes back to the front in his defense to say hes new here second day! Idc if its day one you dont treat customers like a burdon neither of them came to me with a solution or even a potential sale of a box just simply told me i have no common sense and the silent treatment...I would love to speak to the store manager or ups themselves

He helped me to understand the different options of printing quality, paper, shipping rates, and he helped to fix my file --- all in one store. I can't tell you how helpful that was after many years of running around town trying to get things done at various places. I needed to print some artwork and ship it to the east coast. Joe had me send the file to him before coming in so he could take a look at it, he was able to get my file ready for print and by the time I came in the store he suggested different paper options. It was a quick and easy process - he had it printed and ready to ship so fast. The shipping process was even easier.

We live in Mission Oaks and Postal Magic is right around the corner from our home. I wasn't thrilled with the way the previous owner interacted with me, but I really wanted a convenient place to send and receive mail for my business. To my pleasant surprise, just a few months later, a new owner took over at Postal Magic! The first time I walked in after the ownership change, I still remember Norma greeting me with a great big smile and a warm, positive attitude. From that point on, I've sincerely enjoyed every visit to the shop, even though I'm just going in to do the mundane task of picking up and sending out mail. At this point, even my youngest son looks forward to Postal Magic visits. Norma is always ready with a free sticker or cute little toy that she generously offers to him. It's just one example of the kind, honest, and good-natured values with which Norma runs the shop. I think my little one might even have a crush on Norma because she is so nice to him! I wouldn't consider using another malbox center in town even if I lived across town. I can always depend on Norma and her mailbox prices are extremely reasonable compared to others. If you are shopping around for the right place to setup a mailbox in Camarillo, THIS is the place to do it. We love Postal Magic and we appreciate you Norma! Coincidentally I found myself in this shopping center doing some of my usual errands and the word postal caught my eye. I knew I had to go into the post office later in the day but when I found them I was eager to check them out. Postal junction is clearly what it sounds like - a shop to meet your mail needs, purchase supplies and shop for obvious items like stamps, cards, mailing boxes etc. I came in around lunch time and I was the only customer. A total breeze. I'm always waiting in long lines at the post office to get my refill of stamps or usually forgetting to ask for them when I'm at the few big grocery retailers who will sell you stamps. I can't tell you how much nicer it is now that I realize they are here just to stop in my for my regular stamp sleeve purchase. Being the only customer the cashier rang me up right away, was nice and I was on my way. Can't tell you how much nicer and easier this experience was now that I know I can come here to mail off some goods and buy my stamps. I'm sure all of the locals and neighbors know of this spot but if you are like me and had overlooked them, look no further because this is such a great local postal store. Easy in and easy out.

The owner has always been pleasant to work with.....until the last time that I was there. I assume that he was having a bad day, however, he made it clear that I was not welcome to come back without stating this directly. I sometimes I ship out things to businesses that will be returned to me. Because of past problems with this location I am extremely careful to ask them to put my name AND address as the shipper, so that it is clear that I do not want the shipment going back to their location by accident. This time the person that I did this through forgot and put MY name on the shipping address but Postal Junction's address. I contacted the company that i had shipped the item to and got the tracking number for the return to me and discovered that it was being shipped back to Postal Annex. Okay mistakes happen. I tend to not get too excited, no one's perfect. The UPS tracking number said the return package would arrive at PJ between 1:15 and 3:15, I showed up at 3:10. Alex wanted to charge me $5 for storage. WHAT? I told him that i had been very clear when sending the package out that I DID NOT their return address as the shipping address so as to avoid problems. He did not care, and was loudly arguing with me while his customers just looked on. I understand that people need to make a profit. But I also understand good customer service. Finally in a fit of irritation, he loudly proclaimed, "Okay take it" (without paying him his extra profit of storage $5 charge). If he were desperate and had kindly said "I need $5 it's a very bad time for me right now," then I would have given it to him, no questions asked. He does make money from UPS also and I always wanted to support him based on past business with him. Because of that past I give him two stars instead of one star But as I said, I know that I am not welcome back there.
