I've never been happier than I was using the UPS store and it's service! I went to have color copies made of my company flyers and not only was the product fabulous but, the price was 1/2 of every other UPS and other vendors. They saved me $50 and the quality was brilliant! I'll find reasons to go there again. read more

Customer service has improved hugely at the store, so I have to revise my review and give it more stars! Times have changed drastically, and now I'm greeted with at least a "good morning", and often, conversation! So now I can highly recommend this store, no reservations. I really like having a USP mailbox and always knowing that my packages will arrive and be safe until I can get them. And we love the email announcements when we have packages, as well as the notary service. Now, if the place would become dog friendly like the Hillsboro UPS store and allow me to bring my dog in, I'd be all set and give it five stars! read more

Worst treatment of customer ever. Middle aged brassy woman was not JUST rude, but filled drama, waving me off with dismissive gestures. I had gone in for notary services and I needed two witnesses. Warren, the owner, and two employees were there, however the woman informed me that I had to bring my own witnesses and to talk to a lawyer. Apparently there isn't a modicum of empathy in this woman. It's hard enough to recognize that the time has come to obtain a power of attorney for a loved one, without being treated poorly by someone that is supposed to be a proffesional. I tried explaining that I understood the rule and had wanted to ask a couple of additional questions, but she was raising her voice, turning her head away, and made it very clear she was not going to entertain any further questions. Funny because 15 minutes later, I had another notary take care of our business, and next week, I will be using ANYONE else but this store for additional notary services I anticipate. The fact that the owner allowed this to go on in front of him, without intercepting is appalling, and I will no longer bring my business to him. Good riddance. read more

Try to help your customers be happy. Want your customers to be happy., Appreciate your customers. This place is extremely reliable for printing. When I email them something to print, it is taken care of almost immediately. Also, they get to know who you are. If you send things there more than once they usually have it ready to hand to you when you walk in. I dont always need a business to be "warm and fuzzy." Sometimes I just need something printed fast with high quality, and this place never disappoints in that way. I just wish they were open 7days a week. read more

I've never, in my life, and not being dramatic, had a worse experience than I had with the UPS store in Canby today. The young 'lady' that I spoke with was so rude and said things that I wouldn't believe had I not been there. I've never used any other UPS store since I've been in Oregon in 7 years and have always been quick and efficient transactions. This particular day I gave them my phone number which usually brings up my name, etc. I presume plus the addressees I've used in the past. She said they didn't have that number so I started to ask what might have happened and she said, it doesn't matter, what's your name. I gave her my last name and said I just wanted to explain. She said she didn't care, she gets a paycheck, who was I sending to. I was shocked but said that was too bad and she said, that's what everybody says. I showed her the name and address on my iPhone. She said just tell her the name, etc. which I did. I decided I'd better leave as soon as possible because I was getting hot. This review doesn't express her attitude and tone through this transaction. I was going to tell her how many people were out of work and would love her job but I didn't want to hear the reply. I was too angry to stick around and there were people waiting. Her boss was sitting in the back eating lunch and I know after dealing with him over the years, he wouldn't care. I drive 15 mi. to this store but will drive even further to another UPS store. Unbelievable! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service. I have been in multiple times and each time I say I won't go back but I am one to give multiple chances. They don't want to help, they look miserable, not very helpful. I even called this time to see if they could help me and they said yes so I drove over there and then they said they couldn't' help me any longer because it would take to long to do the project I needed done. read more

I remembered my experience at this store from awhile ago and someone encouraged me to write a review on yelp.These are some of the worst people I've ever had to deal with. When I walked in he was ranting to another customer about his extreme political views, maybe I should've known then that I should have gone somewhere else. The "manager" is a fat, nasty man who seems like a miserable human being. Tried to charge me $20 for packing a box. Seriously??? I asked why the charge was so high and he told me if I did not like it to pack the box myself. The next time I went in to make some copies the girl behind the counter didn't seem to have the time of day for me. She was talking to someone else and never even greeted me. After ten minutes of waiting and being ignored I walked out. Never again. Its worth going all the way to Wilsonville for much much better service. Check out the google reviews for this location! I usually don't write reviews, especially since I understand times are tough during Covid-19 and businesses are trying their best to appease others. But I had two extremely unpleasant interactions two days in a row with this store and the people working here. The first time, I went in and the lady at the front desk just completely stared at me after I asked her if she is able to scan the barcode so I don't have to print off a shipping label. I was confused and wasn't sure what I was doing which I had admitted to her, and she was very unhelpful and unfriendly about it. She told me then that the label I had wasn't in the system and to come back tomorrow because sometimes it takes awhile for the label to update if it was created on my phone on the same day. Okay, no problem. So I came in the next day, different man. He scanned the barcode and said "uhh this isn't for us??" It literally says UPS on it, so yes, it was for them. I kept trying to ask questions because I was confused and he didn't offer me any help on what to do or what I could do. So I just grabbed the package and left. I understand if maybe it wasn't their fault, but the company I was shipping through only ships through UPS and the label literally said UPS on it and he kept telling me it wasn't for them. On top of that, he didn't offer me any additional advice or help on where to go or what to do from there. Very unpleasant experience and I will not be returning back. Customer service is so important, and judging by the other reviews this place has and the replies from whoever is in charge, I don't think it's the company, it's the staff and ultimately the owner. read more

I had a bad experience with them. Asked them to design flyers for my company. Quoted the wrong rates, the lady didnt design how I asked. Too much back and forth disagreeing with me and I finally had to approve the proof because I was running out of time on the project. I simply dont understand why having holiday colors is bad for flyers when I see tons of flyers with xmas colors all over the place. I tried to voice my concerns at being quoted the wrong rate for design, but the man at the counter stared at me and shrugged one shoulder like who gives a crap? I was promised things that I didnt get and the designer doesnt have enough training for this job, if any at all. The manager was not in the store when I finally had no choice but to pay, but she showed up and being aware because I spoke with her about issues before, she looked at me and looked away completely ignoring me. The lady designer showed up and could not care less about the position she put me in. She didnt even give a closing on the letter I commissioned for her to design. This store is unprofessional, lacks customer service. At least work it out when your employee quotes wrong, not ignore. I am never ever using them for anything unless I have no choice and even then it would be just to ship, if they could manage that. I am very disappointed. Trying to run a company and this should have been the easiest task. I dont even want to give them one star. read more

Unknowledgeable and rude. Tried to notarize a signature, but since they did not understand what I wanted, refused to help me. Called me "sketchy" even. The owner came to help, but just stared blankly until it was awkward enough for me to leave. No help was given to help me figure out how to get it notarized properly. I understand they can't just notarize anything willynilly, but they made no effort to understand what I needed or explain why they can't do it. Left feeling offended and angry. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. read more

I have been sending the same package to the same address every month for over a year. I know the owner knows me, because he calls up the address before I write it, but he has never responded to my "hi". The price has been $10 every time. This week, when he asked for $14, I said "Wow, it's always been 10 bucks, that's a big increase!" There was no response at all. Just the usual thin, smug smile: an insult upon the injury. I left with the same weird feeling as usual. Difference is, I won't be back. read more

Unfriendly service and expensive. Went in to send a package to New York and was quoted a price of $329. Went to the Wilsonville store and paid $268. They even said that they would give me a credit if they could use a smaller box. Go to Wilsonville for great friendly service and a better price. I will never go into the Canby store again. But I was warned about the Canby store. My wife said they were terrible. read more

Customer service is terrible at this store. I have been to other UPS stores and they do try to help you. These people are just rude and if you ask for a price quote on different shipping methods they get a real attitude about it. The Canby post office is awesome in comparison. I will not go back to this store - if it has to UPS I will visit the Wilsonville store. It's too bad that such a good shipping method has such poor service at this location. Charged me for misprints. Customer service is horrible and they do not care if they have repeat customers. We had a printing project which required laminating a photo with description on the back side. The photos and descriptions were printed from 2 separate documents. We need 2 copies of each. They printed the photos double sided. Then printed the instructions double sided. We explained we needed each single sided so we can laminate the description to the back of the photo. They kindly corrected the misprint and charged us for all the misprints. The manager said that is what we requested so we had to pay. Unfortunately they are going to miss out on several hundreds of dollars of printing. We are going down the street to a company that take pride in a job well done. read more

I use UPS online printing many times for college including the Oregon City, OR location. This time the online system over charged me (double the price) of the total cost for the job. When I went in to pick up the copies, I informed the owner I was overcharged online and told him what the display amount was. The owner refused to fix it and said he couldn't figure it out. I am very disappointed in the customer service and will not be returning for their services. read more

HORRIBLE!!! Every single time I go in there the lady is on her phone and she doesn't get off of it until I get to the counter. I never hear a hello or a thank you or have a nice day. It's always "OK. Terrible customer service. I had passport photo's of my children taken here. I went directly to the Passport Processing Office in Oregon City. They rejected the photo's and said they were useless. The background was not white it was grey, hair on the shoulders, shadows on the faces. When I returned to let them know so future customers would not have to go through this and waste time and money, the owner was rude. He aggressively told me the Passport Office lied to me and the photos were fine. He said I needed to check with Philadelphia and they were just fine. Again I let him know that the Passport Office was rejecting them and he argued with me. He was rude and clueless. I will never return to this place. Don't waste your time and certainly don't give this idiot your money. read more
