I really don't ever post things but after today I feel like this store deserves it. I highly recommend this ups store for any printing needs. I needed a flyer printed for my shop last minute and they instantly helped me solved my problem. The moment I walked In I felt positive vibes with friendly staff and a welcoming environment. This is the best UPS store in America there are nothing but friendly faces and smiles. I had the greatest encounter with one of the workers named Sandra Gutierrez, she really took her time to answer all my questions and was very patient with me while I took the time to box my package to send. She even let me know that UPS offers notary services to their customers as needed. Ironically I did indeed need a notary services done and I will definitely come back to do business with UPS. I have had some bad experiences with FedEx especially because they always damage my boxes I will never go back to them again. read more

I have not visited or used many UPS shops or print shops. However, I know good service when I get it. I have needed prints, notary, and other services in the last few weeks and have been here each time. All the employees have been very friendly, professional, and provided great service. Sandra has helped me each time and she is phenomenal. I laugh every time I come back in because I think I'm done and something else pops up that I need to take care of, fax, or print. She's been there every time and has been a good person to work with. I don't feel bad paying the cost to print, fax, and notarize (gotta spend money to make it I guess) because I've had such a good experience here. What a rip off! I had a tiny box I wanted to send priority mail which is supposed to come with a tracking number and the lady wanted to charge me $15 plus $2 for the tracking. I went to the post office and it was only $7. That's a $10 mark up! I will never go here again. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. every single time I come in the lady at the counter (the owner, Kim Ma) is too busy to hand you an envelope, yet there are no other customers in there. When I asked a question she is very rude and short in her responses, even though I go in there weekly and wish her a nice day each time. my work uses her office to send shipments, but we will be using a different location now and drive the extra mile just to avoid her. terrible businesswoman, terrible service, terrible all around. I used to come here for years as I thought this was actually UPS. From what I later found out its just a authorized location, no different than other mailing places that does multiple mailing services. The service is slow and the workers lacked customer service. I got to know the workers over time which service got a bit better. Shipping things were a headache. I now go to the actual UPS hub, its a little further but its worth the drive to get it down right and headache free. read more

I'm sure the owner is related to her so no point in complaining. I will never go here again. They need more employees. The one in Redlands has two or three at a time. And she needs to get fired. Avoid at all costs. Only a handful of shipping supplies are visibly priced, requiring interaction with the surly and unhelpful staff. They require a $5 minimum purchase to use a credit or debit card, but don't have any sign or notice of this policy. Plus, it's in a sketchy shopping center. Go somewhere else if you can. read more

I would drive an hour to another UPS Shipping location rather than ever go here again. I went in with a box, a prepaid UPS return label from Amazon Prime, and they charged me $1.50 to tape and handle the package. The clerk was extremely rude, and insisted on photo id for the small charge prior to me entering the pin number in the terminal. He appeared to be amused at me being appalled at his behavior, and when asked if he was laughing at me, said he was. Obviously no idea how to serve customers, or to ensure that they return. When I had him price a UPS ground package, the charge for the slow method was $15.00. Absurd. Their markup is excessive Obviously this location is not representative of the UPS brand. Their franchise should be revoked immediately. read more

This place is horrible. An Asian lady was working when I went it. I drove about 15 min to this store. I got there and the lady was taking a personal call about a ticket she had gotten with a friend.
