I waited in line for what seemed like 45 minutes because the worker there named Juliet kept on having a conversation with a customer. They weren't even talking about anything related to the shipment that was going out. As the line grew, Julia kept on chatting away and didn't even acknowledge us. Finally, she finished talking and I was able to get helped with my Amazon return. When she started helping me out, she was being very rude and standoffish to me. She told me that I should have already had my code ready before I got to her... it was ready, but its not my fault the service in there sucks. This is strictly for Jessica!!! I've been coming here for years...and honestly it's hit or miss with the employees of their knowledge but Jessica was amazing!!! She took care of me and made it a breeze. I can be frazzled with lots of things going on; work, school, shopping online isn't the friendliest when you're busy and my Amazon prime membership is used very often! This store has terrible service. Most employees don't know the price on items and don't know how to scan. Also, their prices change daily. I have been forced to come here to scan some documents and they tell me a different price every day. Ridiculous prices and prices shouldn't fluctuate so much. I Had two items mailed out from this place on separate occasions, both times they never arrived to their destination.. First time I got lucky, saved my receipt so I was able to not get charged by one vendor for not mailing back item. 2nd time-most recently, I wasn't so fortunate. I was unable to find my receipt from this store, and so had to pay out additional $200 to store that never received their item. Whats worse, I tried calling this UPS store to see if there was anything they could do. The woman I spoke with was almost intentionally trying to NOT help me. She cut me off before I was done and proceeded to try and lecture about saving my receipt for 6 months(claiming "that's why we always tell you guys"). Makes sense and all (even though they never actually gave me a "receipt disclaimer" when I dropped items off to be exact) Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. This location is by far the most incompetent. Every time I inquire about USPS pick ups and drop offs they never have correct information and have accepted HUNDREDS of my small business packages without accurate information. Both times they have allowed my packages to sit for days at a time never accepting responsibility. If you are a small business owner in the area do not trust them! They should not be an 'Authorized USPS Provider' it's not worth the headache to your business. I used UPS for years but this place the driver is suck. I just move to this area and the driver for this store is so bad, the driver refused to pick up over 70lbs package, even we brought it to the office. Worse service I ever get. Can u tell me what should I do for the future delivery??????? I have to complaint with my pick up driver today in eastvale, CA. she came to pick up the package today which labeled 80lbs. Vera, the ups driver refused to pick it up cuz she thinks the package is over 100 lbs. I told her I have used ups for years and have no problem at all, the weight might not be accurate but I'm pretty sure the package is much lower than 80lbs. Their supervisor told me if the package is over 80lbs they will flat my past rate, that's super ridiculous, we do not ship same item every time. However, she told unfortunately I stuck with her because I move to the place where she is in charge. She won't take my package. She said I can either go to fedex or others but if she is in charge of my area she won't take it. Afterwards, I took the package to UPS store corona, they weigh the package 72lbs but they refuse to pick the package because their driver won't carry package over 70lbs. if I wanna drop my package in their office, I have to take my own risk that if the driver do not want to deliver my package, I have to pick them up later. Then they send me to Ontario UPS which is far from my home. We are manufacture for steel wheels and we ship a lot of wheels, do I have to go Ontario UPS every time I ship my product? Could you tell me what should I do for the future pick up? My package have 72 lb or 80 lb or 90lbs, whatever the weight is, the driver has to do their job! I asked for pick up and did choose over 70lbs online, the driver come to pick up and they charge the fees, they have to do their job, otherwise give the job to other ethics employees who can lift package more than 70lbs. I called customer service they told me the supervisor will call me in 2 hours but nobody contact me. It is very hard to do business with Corona UPS, they had plant bad reviews in Yelp also. Ups did very good in other area, I am appreciate and I prefer to use ups even the price is higher, but very bad experience in corona 92880. Bad driver and bad supervisor don't care abt their customer, the supervisor only listen to the driver and told me I have to do things right. I've frequented this store many times for the services offered and every time I do, no matter what the reason (notary, copying, laminating, shipping), the staff here is always friendly and customer service is always top priority! Great team of courteous, hard-working and very dedicated professionals at this location! Samie and Maritza are always gracious and considerate, and always provide excellent service; Noah, too! Sometimes there is a line when staff is at lunch, or because as a full service location they also do notarizing in addition to shipping, accepting mail and assisting P.O. box holders. Some processes take longer than others, that's just a fact, not anyone's fault. Samie, Maritza and Noah always work hard and remain gracious to everyone, even when people waiting become frustrated. It's a small location so insufficient holiday staffing is not the fault of these very polite, hard working employees. The level of excellence and personalized service is worth the wait! read more

The lady that helped me was super friendly and efficient and even reminded me about some tips so I don't get charged extra by AT&T. We have a po box here for a couple of years and the service has gone downhill! They need more people to help service this place. We have to wait in line just to get a package signed and it takes a while for you to get it. I never see a manager around so who knows who runs this place. Hard to believe a business would do this. But the owners are hardly ever there, so judgment is left up to the minimum wage help. I've had a personal mailbox at this place for about five years. When I signed up for my mailbox, I could only list two addressees on the form. I put myself and my business, but was assured that family members with the same surname would be able to receive mail there. Mostly this has been the case. But over the last month or two, mail addressed to my wife has been returned as "undeliverable" with no word or notice to either of us! This from staff that has seen both of us come into the store to pick up mail and parcels and who even know on sight which box number is ours! Service has gotten exceptionally slow to boot and prices for mailbox rental are going 10% up as of the first of next year. I wish I could declare a 10% raise for myself! The owners are very nice, and the help is pleasant to you face-to-face. But, like I said, the owners are hardly ever there, so the help just seem to do what they want and service has gotten extremely slow. Bottom line, I'm getting a personal mailbox from another local business and won't be renewing my mailbox at the UPS Store. The other business has no limitations on who I can list to receive mail for my mailbox, including my business and family members. read more

Amazing service and amazing staff all around. Ariana is always super welcoming and Tony cracks some of the funniest jokes I have ever heard, nonetheless they work super fast and are diligent. Highly recommend coming to this store if you want reliable services done. The staff has not failed me once. I would have to disagree with a lot of the reviews written because the staff at this store is not racist, they treat everyone equally and give each and every customer great service. They also cannot control what time they close at, so any review written about this store based on their hours is not their fault, it is yelps fault for not updating the hours. Also they're not able to control their lines, a line forming is inevitable because of their amazing services so disregard any reviews about the line as well. The staff although not perfect, they do try their best to bring everyone the best services possible. People just to complain when they don't get their way! First time going to this UPS customer service was great until the very end. I had to ship out two packages one package was ready to go the other package I added peanuts (loose fill) $2.00 which is fine, I emailed them one of the packaging labels free but to use their printing services 1.50 which is over priced since the UPS store I normally go to is ¢ .25 I got 2 copies ( 8.5 x 11 ) so they added another ¢ .22 so I was having trouble trying to email the last package label from my phone so I said I'll try on the computer (I was not informed I would get charged 3 dollars) as I was standing by the computer I reconnected to the internet on my phone so I literally logged on to a web browser closed the page (on the computer) and sent It from my phone and she still charged me a 3 dollar fee for " computer usage " I explained to her that I didn't even email It from the computer I literally clicked the web browser then closed It and the Manager who's name starts with a D said " I'm sorry sweetie " in a really sarcastic tone. Never again will I go there it's not even about the 3 bucks I don't care. It was her attitude and how she was so unreasonable, most UPS places don't even charge for that not like I was using their Internet to update my status on twitter... read more

This place deserves no star. They overcharge on everything. Printing is 1.5 for the first page and 1 for the rest. This girl who does notary is extremely rude to customers sometimes. I've seen her being rude so a male Asian customer who does not speak fluent English with a slight accent. She stretches her necks so long like a turtle pretending she could not understand what he was saying. She asked me if I could bring my own tape because she's going to charge me packaging fee for taping the box!( you mean the 7 inch tape used to take my package) when I've already paid for 4 dollars something for printing! I have not physically been to this store but my review is based on the courteous and quick response to my email for assistance from them. I was having a problem with a shyster-ish online vendor (they are lastylerush.com) who instructed me to return an item I purchased from them to this address at 7056 Archibald and then further claimed that they never received the package "at their warehouse" and that the person who signed for the package "is an unfamiliar name and does not work there." I did a quick google search showing that this is a UPS store, not a warehouse. I contacted this store for detailed information as to whether or not my package was received, the person who signed for the package, etc. and got a quick response from Rob Wang who answered all my questions. Usually I don't mind this place nad do lots of shipping thru them. Lately I have been upping my flow of mail and in the most recent event they lost a very large and valuable UPS package. ITS JUST GONE, no trace. they make excuses that USPS picks them up. One of the employees finally started searching after repeated calls and I finally got a call from the owner and feel much better about finding my shipment. read more
