Worst service I have ever experienced at a UPS affiliated store. The man, in his 50s-60s I assume the owner Robert Thai, ignored us for 5 full minutes while taking a woman's fingerprints, then even after acknowledging we were there, for another 10 minutes he continued with her, not trying to accommodate or help at all. He was the only one seemingly there. He finally came to the register, after wasting 15 minutes of our time, he didn't apologize at all for the wait and still charged me $2.44 just to print a label (postage was already paid). No apology no service and after rudely wasting my time he charged me for a basic service that is usually free or should be after making someone wait for 15 minutes. I'll never be back and anyone who has anything else to do during the day besides being ignored waiting at a counter should steer clear. read more

Was house sitting for a friend and needed to return a package to amazon. This was the closest ups store to her house, so of I went. Drop off seemed fine, the woman working was friendly enough. However 9 days after drop off, my package still had not left their location! My package was going from Southern California to Las Vegas, Nevada and somehow ended up in Illinois?! I called to ask a question about this situation, and was told by a rude man that it was not his issue and that I had to call the 800 number. I walked in the store with a huge shipment. I can't remember the young lady's name that assisted me but she was so helpful! She even helped me tape boxes up. They were pretty busy off and on but made sure I was taken care of through my whole experience. I just needed to ship out so I can't vouch for any other service but what I received was great customer service and I will be back! Some of the reviews here are harsh. We went there today to have a long complicated document notarized and mailed. The owner was extremely patient, courteous, and helpful, and even let me use his computer to print out an extra page of the document that we filled out in error. Very helpful, excellent service. read more

Used this location to drop off a return package to Neiman Marcus and the item disappeared. Obviously one of the employees stole my items. Ups needs to revoke their franchise agreement with this store. So, far no one seems to care about my situation. Am trying to file a police report as we speak. read more

Parking here is horrendous due to all the businesses add how busy they all are. The store isn't usually too busy, other than around the holidays. Line always moves super slow. Granted, this is not always due to staff. Some customers just come unprepared and take forever to make shipping choices. Personally, I feel like their prices are way high. I was quoted $38 to ship a box ground UPS and $28 for USPS regular mail. I opted to not use their service. I went directly to UPS and box was less than $15 to ship regular ground. I also checked with PO and it would have been $13 there. I have never prices the shipping supplies here but if they are as much as the shipping options then I can safely assume those prices are high too. The staff is usually very friendly and more than willing to help. All in all, I think you pay more here and would recommend going directly to your shipper of choice. read more

Horrible with returns. I took a large, heavy Amazon return to the UPS store. They scanned my code and gave me a receipt. I received my refund later that day. Four days later, UPS delivers the package to me again! I just spent the last hour trying to resolve this and get the package back to the company. I have my return receipt and I have my refund. This is a UPS error and they REFUSE to pick up the package. I have talked to the store, the 800 number, and dispatch, and nothing has been resolved. Their suggestion is to pay another $68 to return the package again. read more

Would never use UPS again. Used this store to ship a package of Christmas gifts to my son in Chicago. We had the package shipped directly to the UPS in Chicago, and the package was delivered empty. A UPS employee stole our presents! I got the run around big time for six weeks until they finally gave me a claim check. Owner was politie, but that was pretty much it. I would call to speak with him multiple times, and majority of the time I was told he was not in and no one else could help me. This location is close to home, but I'll drive to post office or fed ex next time I need to ship a package. read more

There is a young girl working there that has to be one of the rudest people in Corona. I went into your store today. I walked in carrying a box to be shipped out, I noticed her sitting in the back of the store sitting on a counter playing with her phone, maybe texting. She kept doing what she was doing as I walk from the front of the store to the backk, never saying a single word. As I reached the counter with my box in hand still nothing. Finally she says did you need something????? I was shocked at her behavior, I ask her if I was bothering her, she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. I was shipping a package back to AT&T, If I had been paying for it I would have taken my business elsewhere. This girl needs some training in customer servicce. It was there within two days, but I'd rather drive an extra 5-10 miles to find a new UPS location then deal with the people that "work" at this one. What a horrible experience. I ordered something from Amazon and had to return it because the size was wrong. Amazon provided me with a UPS label to return the product back to them. I saved the label on my flash drive and came down to this UPS Store so that I can print the label, tape it to the package, and drop it off. Their printer was not able to print Word documents - only PDF's - and the Owner behind the counter wanted me to pay to use their computer just to print out a simple label that I should of been able to print on their printer to begin with. I asked the Owner if he can do me a favor and print the label for me and he said, "no that he will not." I walked out of there very upset and was not able to print a simple label or to drop off this package. If not for Amazon providing me with that return UPS label I would have never of had to walk into this store to receive this experience. No wonder their reviews and ratings are so low. read more

I never leave reviews, but the horrible customer service every time I walk into this place has led me to leave my first one. I've been to this store quite a few times recently and every time I walk in there are one or two girls there. One of them is ALWAYS on her phone and sits and waits until she's done texting to stand up and help you. She acts like she is doing you a favor and you're interrupting her quality text time, when in fact this is her job. TWICE I have gone in there to pick up a package and was told it wasn't there. Both times the packages were later returned because no one picked up the package. One of the packages I was told "I think you waited too long. It might have been returned." UPS told me I had until a certain date to pick up and I was there before that date. Then I went onto UPS and it was returned the next day! I contacted UPS and they stated there is nothing they can do. Now I have to pay extra because these employees didn't look hard enough and "they thought" it had been returned. The ineptitude is appalling. read more

Actually I would like to give this place a - but that option is not available. I walked in during my lunch hour to drop off a UPS ground envelope. It was the bubble type UPS envelope and since it was my cell phone I wanted it to be secure so while waiting for the employee behind the counter to acknowledge me, I got the packaging tape and took approximately 5" of tape and put on my package. She turned to help me and when I gave her the package she proceeded to tell me it was $1. I told her it was prepaid and I was only dropping off and she said it was $1 for the tape.....what!?!? She said they charged for tape. I asked her if she was seriously going to charge me $1 for a small piece of tape but I knew she was serious since she was rude and unfriendly the entire time. Anyway, no sign or anything indicating they charge for a piece of tape . If it wouldn't have my lunch hour and package HAD to get out, I would have ripped off the tape and left it there and walked away. I know it's just a dollar but a dollar for a little piece of tape is RIDICULOUS! I don't carry cash so I had to charge it. read more

I am not a very hard person to please, but talk about poor customer service! I am in town from out of state and was in need to ship two UPS packages urgently. Unfortunately since I am traveling I did not have access to a printer to print out the shipping labels from my email account. I called and spoke to Robert and his response to me was no we don't do that. I proceeded to mention that I use the UPS store regularly back home and they have always allowed me to print labels with a charge of course. He then told me that if he was busy when I arrived they could not print the labels. They could only print the labels if they were not busy. He had not interest in helping me at all. I hung up and called the next closest UPS store and asked the same question. Without hesitation the girl on the phone said all I had to do was email them the labels from my cell phone and they could print them out without a problem. I wouldn't recommend this UPS store to anyone. Customer service is everything! Learn to do your job a little better Robert. read more

This UPS store is the perfect combination of DMV quality customer service paired with the price gouging of an airport. I went here to ship a package and needed to buy a box because the one the package was in wasn't good enough. They charged me $9 for the box, $4 for a hand full of packing peanuts and $1.50 to tape up the box! I typically ship at UPS stores because they are clean, clutter free and professional. This place is much more like a crappy Postal Annex had a baby with a mini mart. I would recommend avoiding this place if possible. read more

Customer service is terrible here. I only go here to drop off ups packages because I need a receipt for proof of shipping. I recommend you go elsewhere for your shipping needs.
