For starters, the people that work there are really the star of the show. Super nice, very welcoming and make you feel like family. It's nice when you find a business that isn't there to check you in and check you out like the DMV. This is one of the reasons I live this place so much. Another nice aspect of this is the app that they use, even though I live in Las Vegas, our LLC is still in Southern California. Whenever we get mail we get notified via the app. The place is only open Monday through Friday, so you'll need to plan accordingly to get your mail. It works out perfect for me as I come down during the week. Bottom line? If you are in need of a PO box, and really enjoy good customer service, then this is a place for you!
