Wonderful service from UPS Store Cupertino! Scheduled a notary appointment and it was super easy. Ritu was the one who warmly greeted me with a sweet smile and the whole notary process was smooth! Since I didn't need witnesses, it was only $15 for me. I love the kindness and professionalism shown from Ritu as she emailed me to double confirm whether I needed 1 or 2 witnesses since I initially requested it. Basically, even if I needed two witnesses, she would have made it possible for me! I'm so glad this store is close to me and that the staff make the experience here so wonderful read more

Solely based on my experiences here. Staff has always been friendly. One time an employee did say, "can you read?" For a split second I felt like he was talking to me like I was an idiot and responded with, "umm of course I can read" then I decided to put my barriers down and thought it could possibly be a language barrier on his behalf so I didn't take it personally. Minus one star not for that but for the parking. It sucks and the drivers here suck. read more

I come to this UPS store on regular basis. The staffs always give great services to me and others in the store with me. I'm surprised by the bad reviews. Maybe they were meant for the old owner(?) In the past couple years, with weekly drop-off at this location, I find it to be the most convenient comparing to other nearby UPS stores. They're the only location with auto scan machine. You don't even have to wait inline ever, just self scan, drop off and go. The UPS trucks come to this location on-time everyday. I track my packages delivery success rate and speed, after hundreds of packages sent from this location, I keep coming back because they're the most reliable and speedy. read more

I have had mixed experiences with this location. The employees are overall helpful and have been able to process my shipments quickly. Some have been friendly, others sort of transactional (which I guess is better than rude) The store is clean and looks stocked. I did arrive right on the dot of closing with a box that already had a label. They wouldn't take the package. I get if I had to buy postage etc then fine, I get it. but they straight up wouldn't take it even though the door was still open. Luckily there was a driver just outside the store who took my package and scanned it in. Clearly it was still ok to intake packages at that time. read more

To be clear, I sell products online and ship about one UPS package per day. I pay for my shipping online and only use the UPS store to drop-off my pre-labeled pacakges. So, the only thing this UPS store needed to do was scan my label and give me a receipt. The extra $10 charge was a charge that only this UPS store has ever charged me. I normally go to the UPS store at Homestead and Kiely. They have never added any additional charges and I have dropped off packages that were over 100lbs. I have also gone to about a half dozen other UPS stores and never had this type of charge added on. read more

This place is very convenient and it's a nice morning stop. I can drop off my packages here, pick up my dry cleaning at the cleaners, and grab a bagel and coffee for breakfast. The staff is often very nice and always quick! read more

Katy was extremely careful with our documents, reading over parts of it to check for any errors(which she helped us find) and offering a solution to my document error that was appropriate.
