Rude customer service. Walked up to counter to ask for assistance with finger prints kiosk. Met with hostile worker telling me yeah there's a kiosk and you need your QR code with a very rude and belittling tone before even letting me tell him that I was already using the kiosk and the kiosk asked for employee assistance. While doing finger prints heard employees lose patience with customers multiple times. Only two stars because of mobile kiosk. read more

Convenient location baked in the Wesklake shopping center. Plenty of parking on the lot during non busy hours. I mostly use UPS as a drop-off spot for returns. I haven't had to wait long in lines and almost always have great experiences with the service team. But lately, there were two instances with the same team member who comes off quite hostile and frustrated with their tone and demeanor. For this instance, I was making 3 separate QR code returns to the same company, which was packaged in the manufacturer's bag. I followed the return instructions, noting the following: "The UPS Store Dropoff Instructions Please bring your unboxed item(s) to an eligible UPS location. Show the QR code to an associate at The UPS Store. They will package and label your return for you. Remember to ask for a proof of return receipt Seller will process your refund after receiving your return. We'll keep you updated via email". The service member saw my items and insisted that they must be in a shipping bag, which I didn't have enough for all 3 items. Although in am aggressive tone, she gave a very understandable reason, noting that UPS needs to attach stickered shipping labels on the bagged items, and aren't responsible if the item gets lost, but her attitude was not it. I'll take it up with the manufacturer if the packing instructions were inappropriate. Honestly, if she wasn't so rude, I would've gone home, repacked it, and worked with her if it was a UPS policy to double bag them. She straight up said, "You won't get a refund if the items got lost". She's literally giving no trust in their delivery chain and drivers. Terrible experience at this UPS Store. Staff (an Asian woman and a young male working weekend mornings) were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told to "read my return instructions" in a condescending way, and even bad-mouthed another customer right in front of people in line. I emailed customer service but got no response. I'll be avoiding this location -- Whole Foods and Kohl's are much better for Amazon returns or another UPS location! read more

Arrived at 5:30PM on a Monday and was served at 6:10. There was only one person working the counter, who was quick and polite, but clearly short staffed. One of my Amazon labels misprinted at home and I didn't notice until I got to UPS. In order to print here, I had to use the computer. The price was 40 cents to print two pages, reasonable. And then $3 to just use the computer, not so reasonable but I would rather pay $3 than wait again. Don't be like me and double check your label before arriving or else you'll have to pay a high fee. read more

I was waiting in line to make a return, the associate (a young woman) was helping a man. The man was looking for his package, the associate was claiming that it had been delivered when he stated it had not. The man was calm and did not raise his voice. All of a sudden the associate became very agitated and started raising her voice, she even made a racist remark and told him to bring a translator if he needed help. The man walked out and she continued to yell about it. Not only was she completely unprofessional, the racist remark was completely uncalled for. I hope that management can review the recording and can speak to her about how to treat customers. read more

This is a nice clean UPS that is conveniently located near stores and restaurants, so you can also run errands and get a quick bite to eat when you go to this store. I went just twenty minutes before closing and thankfully they were still open. I know some that close early, so I was glad to hear it was still open when I called to check their hours. When I walked in, I was nicely greeted by the employees before quickly being helped since there was no line. I had to get a print job and had to get a copy of my ID, which the staff helped me with. Overall, friendly and quick service here that isn't too pricey. read more

Been here a couple times this past month. Once, my friend used their Notary service and I was there to sign documents. And a second time I had to return a wireless router to my internet provider and was told to use UPS. The location is clean and since it is in a mall, parking is convenient. This is one of the only locations that do not have the Amazon returns kiosk. They usually only have one representative working too. The average wait time is at least 10-15 mins and she literally just throws your package on the floor. This is definitely the last time I'm coming here. read more

Zero Stars! As I walk in, there was only 1 person in front of me and a male and female UPS workers helping him out. It took a few minutes maybe less than 5 and after the guy left, there was a bunch of hand gestures and an argument that was escalating quietly. Or at least they tried to be calm about it. Then the female UPS workers says well the check the cameras or video and find out that way. The guy calls me next and I asked, hey is everything ok? He says yes but seems pretty bothered and frazzled. I can feel the tension and negative energy permeate from the argument they were having amongst themselves in front of me while I was waiting! I took out my box that was already to go, I even had my own label- pre-paid and printed and everything- heck I was making their job easy and stress free! UNTIL, I asked for a little tape to tape like less than a total of 12 inches! He angrily said, "uhhh we have packing tape but it's way up there, (and he pointed to the wall behind me where they sell packing tape) and we sell it because we are a high volume individually owned UPS." It was not high volume while I was there, the only thing high volume was there argument. If you want good customer service- don't come here. All the other UPS and even FEDEX places I've been to have packing tape to share IF NEEDED, NO CHARGE! Good luck! I hope a manager sees this unless they were the managers then if so, that was ALL BAD and left a dirty mess of a feeling for me to even want to go back there. They need customer service training BIG TIME! I don't mean to sound like a Karen- I don't think I was even but who charges for a bi*ch sized amount? The people we've come across who work here seem to consistently not be people people. We've dealt with constant negative attitudes and a general sense of the staff not knowing how to assist us with basic requests. I guess the manager, "Wilson" also pops when he feels like it and the staff seems under appreciated with lack of management. Well, they have line up tape stickers for distancing. Good. The line moves pretty quickly when there isn't one dude stuck there arguing with the staff. I think they should have more flexibility when this occurs, the other staff should at least open another lane to not waste the rest of the people's time.. we don't want to be in an enclosed space with strangers longer than we need to. And during this time, i think they should keep the door left propped open so there isn't so many handling of the door. I had to open the door for this one dude with a giant box that barely fit thru the door. Service was pretty quick otherwise. It seems the staff knows what they're doing. I just had to drop off an amazon return that i didn't have to package. They just packaged it for me & shipped it back. Saved so much time. I feel like the other 1 star reviews left by others were quite unfair. They didn't provide tape for you to pack? Nowhere does anymore. Where on earth have you been for the past decades?? Usps, fedex, ups... do not provide free packing supplies for you unless you are a big at home seller, then you can order online free tape with their logos, but provided that you use their service long term which obviously you have to pay. The other criticism was their attitude bc staff mistakenly ask someone to go in line. Well, most people have to go in line. They made a mistake and seem rude. Big deal. You're just dropping off. Let it go. They are handling your package. They don't make 6 figures like you. Just drop off your package and move on. Not like they made you wait in line after the fact. Everyone makes mistakes. I've only been here to send packages and return parking and make copies. Overall, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Their services are very convenient and it was nice to see home help an elderly woman learn to make copies and they were patient. BE VERY careful when dropping off Amazon returns here. As others have learned their lesson here, make sure you get a receipt when dropping off amazon returns here (you should be doing this for any mail dropoffs anyways). Its been over 2 weeks and the UPS system doesnt even show its been dropped off. Luckily I have the receipt. I noticed this only happens at this UPS store. I saw they dump all amazon returns into one giant clear bag so maybe thats why. But I would seriously not drop off Amazon returns here. read more

Is this a shipping center or a daycare? The few times I came in to drop off packages the workers brought their children into work. There are 3-5 year olds running everywhere and climbing on heavy boxes and dangerous machinery. Definitely an accident waiting to happen. They have mailboxes, copiers, will take and hold UPS deliveries, etc. Pretty much par for the course. This review is about their accommodating attitude. Sofia, the young woman was professional, helpful and very kind demeanor was refreshing. She was watching the clock trying to rush out the door. I was compelled to write about this specific Westlake UPS store. I am fan of the UPS store's convenient services, numerous locations with easy parking etc. unfortunately, some employees don't care about the clients, they appear to be distracted, annoyed or they understand, they are the face of the UPS Store and their affiliates. Hey, Westlake managers, you should praise your staff as they have on several occasions gone beyond clerks' duties. Beware!! They will damage your package even if you purchase insurance they won't even pay you!! I called they pickup the first time and put me a hold for few mins and hung up. I called them again and they never pickup their phone. Few days later I went in the store and they said claim person is not working today. And told me they going to get someone to call me back. Which it's been almost a week already never called me. I called the cooperate they told me they going to get someone from the store to call me which never happen!! never ship anything from this store unless you want your package damage!! read more

I should have checked the Yelp reviews before doing business here, but not many are open on Sundays. I waited about 40 minutes as it was full with 2 staff on duty. I didn't realize I had to tape the 2 boxes I was returning together as Amazon provided one return slip‍So I thought I could use the tape gun sitting on the counter for a small fee. Nope, I was made to buy a roll of tape for $12. Ok my fault but the staff person was extremely rude and short with me. Not worth the wait or bad service. read more

The lady had a long line and was going extremely slow. No sense of urgency for the customers that are standing in line taking her sweet time and there's only one person at the store stood in line for 20 minutes and ended up walking out. Didn't even send off my package because the line was not moving. Be prepared to wait hours if you want to send anything off. read more

11.29.20 around 1:30pm The female and male employee working on this day needs customer service training, especially the Asian guy with glasses who was a HUGE a-hole from the second I walked in! He was too busy giving me dirty looks while I (the only person in there at the time) waited in line for one of them to help me. The female employee was on her cell phone and finally looked up to help me. He should find a job where he's good at it and also enjoys the actual job duties. I can say any customer facing role isn't for him. Read through a few reviews and it sounds like everyone is talking about this jerk. LOL! This store is the worst, I don't think I've ever been helped in a timely manner. Yesterday, I needed to drop off a return, I arrived to find a line of 2 people, me being the 3rd person in line. There was one person at the counter, helping a customer. Clearly the customer had a major issue because the staff clerk took 35 minutes with her, not looking up once to see the line that had formed since I got there, the line was wrapped around the store 10 or more people waiting. I asked the lady if there was anyone else that could help her with the line and without looking up, she said NO. Not 10 minutes later someone came out from the back to start to work the line. I understand sometimes you need to wait, but this happens every time I'm at this store. Would it be too much to ask to have the store staffed, so you don't have to wait 35-40 minutes just to get a receipt for your return? read more
