It is quite simple to follow the provided rules from the shipping companies, but clearly that is a struggle here. Would avoid getting a package held here if there is even a slight chance someone else may have to retrieve it. Met one man who claimed to be the owner then they referred me to speak to another man they said was the owner after problems. The supervisor did nothing. The employees couldn't speak English. It was just chaos. They did a horrible job, left water all over my floor, and took forever to do it. I would never recommend.
