Unfortunately, the customer service consistently falls short. The employee that so many other reviewers mention is, without question, the biggest issue. His behavior is difficult to tolerate. I've personally witnessed him use his position to be petty and unnecessarily confrontational with customers. He insists people do things "his way" because "it's his store" and has even threatened to refuse service over minor issues. Meanwhile, he'll casually chat with customers while a long line forms and people are visibly frustrated by the wait. The arrogance and inflated sense of authority make what should be a quick errand unnecessarily unpleasant. I've seen this happen multiple times. Just yesterday, I watched him manipulate a customer in front of everyone in line. It was uncomfortable to witness and completely unprofessional. It's disappointing because the location is convenient, but experiences like these make people think twice about coming back.

The owner insisted on charging me $1.08 just to tape a small box. This level of nickel-and-diming for a basic drop-off is ridiculous.I will never return to this store. Instead, I went to the UPS Store on Payton (near Costco). The service there is excellent, and they even provide a self-packing station for customers. They offer all mail services, so you can choose the option that works best for you or that is cheapest. You just have to ask what your other options are. The person behind the desk is pretty knowledgeable and suggests options based on weight and tracking availability for the package. I was thoroughly surprised that he was trying to suggest options.

Both have been pretty quick for us to complete, since they just need to scan and print out the receipt. For Amazon returns, they now have a kiosk area where you scan your return, package it yourself, slap a label on it, and then deposit it into the out box. Staff has been great, no issues!

I went to the back with Marian to get the photo captured but she said there was a shadow because of the poor lighting. She suggested I just get a refund and go elsewhere like Walgreens for the photos. I agreed because I didn't want my photos to be rejected. There was 2 ladies working including the one helping me. A man had come in with a package but he was not able to be helped in time (he probably waited 10 minutes) so he walked out. I heard the other worker say their coworker was going to be late because her dr appointment was in OC. Overall my experience here was fine and convenient. I think I got here at a good time (9:45 am) when it wasn't busy. I may have not had time to wait otherwise since they were low in staff this morning.

When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad.
