The closest post office to me unfortunately, with only one self service kiosk that's always off for…read moresome reason or out of service. This causes this Diamond Bar location to always have long lines, and there's always this one employee working their hardest (the woman working on 4/10/26) to get thru the line. Sometimes if you're lucky there would be two people. Parking is usually fine, sometimes the lot will get full so you'd have to wait or park elsewhere near the plaza. Check out the Chino Hills location, they have 3 self service kiosks and i've never had any issues with wait times/downed kiosks there. Plus the parking is never an issue there.

Have even noticed packages with tracking numbers marked as "delivered" but theres no sign of a postal worker at that time delivering mail. The other night I even saw a postal truck driving back to our street at 9pm, delivering another package. There is no accountability for them delivering the mail.

Guess what answer they gave me "I don't see anything" She sounds like she is unsure if my mails are there or she can't find it, and all she can do is throwing me the phone number of this location to call back and check if my mails are here Spent almost 40 minutes at this post office because of this stupid full mail box notice. They apparently don't know what they are doing.

I've had an over all bad experience since I moved into my new apartment. For some reason this post…read moreoffice seems to always have issues with delivering my mail or packages to the incorrect address. I have had 3 incidents within the last 3 months were they loose my package, send it back to the sender or deliver it to another apartment. I've open up case numbers and the follow up is poor. Just recently I open up a case because my package stated delivered. I did not get it delivered to my front door as it stated. It was not stolen because my security cameras did not show any packages being delivered. Someone attempted to call me on Sunday from post office I wasn't able to answer right away but called within SECONDS and nobody answered. When I looked up my case number it was considered resolved. Today I call back no answer luckily, the package was delivered to someone who is honest and return the package that was mistakenly delivered to their address. If that person wouldn't have return the package idk how the post office would have followed up given that the customer service is poor. Additionally I was expecting another package and when that package was delivered to my front door I notice that the mail carrier walked up to my door knocked and walked away within two seconds of knocking not even allowing me time to open the door. He was already walking away. I called him back and he was like oh I need a signature. How does he expect someone to be able to answer the door within two seconds? Doesn't make sense. I have camera footage of that interaction and I counted the two seconds he allowed before he walked away. Ridicules! I'm scared to order stuff in fears that they will not deliver it or continue to deliver my package to the incorrect locations. Something needs to change.
