I asked for camera footage and they said they can't show me that and had to get back to me... of course nobody got back to me I ordered items and the tracking says it's at the post office for a week. I show up, wait in line, spoke to the manager 4 times on separate occasions and each time she takes my number down, but never calls back or finds it. Once she forgot she was helping me so I stood there an extra 30 minutes Signs posted on both of the drop off bins that you need to go to the back of the building to drop off packages if you have more then a few... I don't think that's legal to say that so recently they took those down When I go to the front to drop off Priority boxes they ALWAYS give me attitude and tell me to go to the back. In the back it is not secure so that's why I don't do that Always a long like and only 1 or 2 workers working. This post office is always busy as well. This place needs to seriously close down. Its a ghost town during their "operating hours". Packages…read moreare always lost or they put a "sorry we missed you" but they don't even attempt to make the delivery. Misuse of funds to keep this place open honestly. Have even noticed packages with tracking numbers marked as "delivered" but theres no sign of a postal worker at that time delivering mail. The other night I even saw a postal truck driving back to our street at 9pm, delivering another package. There is no accountability for them delivering the mail.

The key thing was keeping the drop off bin free of packages getting stuck especially for those that drop off ton of packages. Otherwise you'll have to wait in line just to drop off which could be worse when there are only 1 employee working the front. The most annoying thing would be that the outer door can be locked at times before 9am which means you can't access the drop off bin or PO Boxes earlier.

Fabulous!…read more A pleasant postal worker, Lydia, said her greetings with a warm smile and already the gloomy looking day started to per up a bit. I needed a few make up stamps for my post cards. Post cards now cost 0.56 & I have the 0.53 stamps. Of course they do not carry 0.03, only 0.02. Y'all know how small post cards are, right? The standard 4x6 is the limit, so if it's bigger than those dimensions, it requires a regular stamp (0.73). Most of you reading this probably will not know because who else sends regular snail mail anymore? Hahahaha! I do, I am old school & sentimental. Oh and yes, I write in cursive too I digress. It is a small post office but for some odd reason it boasts a fairly large parking lot for its size (both for the employees plus their postal trucks & for customers, separated by a chain link fences. It was a quick & pleasant exchange, glad I stopped by at the right time.

I have had 3 incidents within the last 3 months were they loose my package, send it back to the sender or deliver it to another apartment. I've open up case numbers and the follow up is poor. Just recently I open up a case because my package stated delivered. I did not get it delivered to my front door as it stated. It was not stolen because my security cameras did not show any packages being delivered. Someone attempted to call me on Sunday from post office I wasn't able to answer right away but called within SECONDS and nobody answered. When I looked up my case number it was considered resolved. Today I call back no answer luckily, the package was delivered to someone who is honest and return the package that was mistakenly delivered to their address. If that person wouldn't have return the package idk how the post office would have followed up given that the customer service is poor. Additionally I was expecting another package and when that package was delivered to my front door I notice that the mail carrier walked up to my door knocked and walked away within two seconds of knocking not even allowing me time to open the door. He was already walking away. I called him back and he was like oh I need a signature. How does he expect someone to be able to answer the door within two seconds? Doesn't make sense. I have camera footage of that interaction and I counted the two seconds he allowed before he walked away. Ridicules! I'm scared to order stuff in fears that they will not deliver it or continue to deliver my package to the incorrect locations. Something needs to change.

He rudely, replied back "We're closed!" This was during regular business hours and no sign alerting customers that they were closed.
