Today, 8/3/2022 @ approx 5:30pm I went into this UPS location to drop off some packages. Two of them were insured packages and I came with the appropriate forms. The manager Grace Gonzalez refused to sign them. They are official UPS forms printed from the UPS site when I printed the shipping labels. The document clearly states that the UPS representative or driver is to scan the package and are to print their name, sign and date my copy and attach the second copy to the packages. Grace refused and said she doesn't sign any forms. I attempted to educate her and she became increasingly rude and disrespectful. Eventually she put 2 very different scribbles on the 2 different forms and handed me back the documents. I again informed her the additional forms are to go with the packages themselves, she said she has no way of knowing which papers go with which package. Again, these are official UPS forms with the package and shipping info. When I mentioned that she failed to print her name and date in the designated areas, she told me to do it myself and she hid her name tag. After finally getting her name, she refused her last name, she threw my documents to the side. I have had this same problem with this same employee before. The last time she made me wait 45min until a driver showed up and he explained to her that she just needed to inspect the package and sign. Apparently she is the manager at this location. Can the district manager or someone else please educate this manager about how to handle official UPS documents and a training on customer service please. read more

Today I had a bad experience dealing with long wait and dealing with Gregory who you would think woke up on the wrong side of the bed I know it maybe early for some people but it's business hours he was not informed on how Amazon return labels work and that ups packs and ships them with the we code they provide I explained to him as well and he was just not having it such a big issue on where he wanted to sell me a box but I explained Amazon is the one paying , someone should show him how to get this done so a future customer (obviously not me ever again) gets this done and doesn't have to drive another city because that's the next UPS store that is nearby went to La Mesa and they handled it right away read more

The employee in charge of this store. Grace is her name. Has a level of customer service that in few places you can find. Attention to detail and commitment to have all done and make customers be completely satisfied. Best experience ever that I've had with someone in the service Industry. No matter it was time for her to almost close down. She was all attentive and helping. Came down next day to do a follow up on my issue and she was all over it. Great attention to detail. Came in to return my textbook. Rude old bald guy told me that the box I brought in was falling apart (one of the flaps was teared a bit) as he proceeded to completely tear off the flap. He insisted I purchase a new box. When I asked him to tape the flap back on he refused. I told him to give my the tape so I could do it myself. He glared at me as I taped the box, yelled at me not to scratch his counter while mocking me saying I should pay for the tape because nothing in America is free. Never coming back here. I don't know exactly which UPS location my UPS driver is from, however he makes sure that I get my packages on time every time, no matter how many there are, he brings them to me right on time! Unlike OnTrac! The first time we use OnTrac and the driver is too lazy to find our residence. He could have asked someone if they knew where we live or call our number to deliver our package on time instead of wanting to go home for the weekend! If I were a driver and it were 3 am the next day I would deliver that package anyway! Thanks UPS for always being on time! read more

It's INSIDE THE VONS!!! Who knew!!! The owner told me this was a new concept for a UPS Store and I love it! Super convenient because I am able to ship off something and then go grocery shopping. I'm absolutely 500% happy with their services. You couldn't ask for a more friendlier and helpful staff. They helped me accomplish some printing I needed when I couldn't figure out the tech issues. Both the manager, Greg, and Mario are outstanding. I was there for quite awhile, and the atmosphere can be compared to a small town where one knows their neighbors, as they know many customers on a first-name basis. This UPS store It's conveniently located inside of a Vons in El Cajon and is run by a great staff who values your time and great service. I visited this location because I needed to ship internationally, and Gregory was very knowledgeable and helpful during my shipping request. Super happy that I went here. I needed to mail out 3 packages and see about getting a postal box. Gregory and Aaron assisted me. All of my options for mailing such as time and cost were covered. On getting a box I had no idea there were so many choices. While I was there they greeted everyone that stopped bye and helped all that needed assistance. I had been using a postal place, but not any more! The services and prices here are much better. This is my new shipping location and you can't beat the location in Vons. How great is it to get your postal needs and groceries in one stop. read more

The service at this UPS Store is excellent. The owners and staff strive to ensure their customers know that they are important to the success of the business. Aaron helped us on a visit this past Sunday. As he opened the shop there were customers waiting with their holiday shopping. He pOlitely greeted each customer, then proceeded to quickly and efficiently help the customers. This is a great location. Since it is located inside the Vons, it is open 7 days a week. read more

This female employee is super slow! There were only 3 customers. It took her 15 minutes to help the 2 customers. No customer service at all, I can tell she hates her job! Never coming back to this UPS! read more

Twice my wife dropped packages off that never got picked up by USPS at the UPS store in El Cajon at the Vons. Each time with the same lady. They were quick to place the blame elsewhere but we researched and no record the post office ever picked them up. We'll never go there again. Theft and they won't look into it.
