The UPS store in Fenton (Dierbergs plaza) has been there for years. Small but efficiently run with a large volume of customers. The staff is always friendly, and know how to send something for you in the most cost effective way. They are really good. read more

I had a return and I love how fast UPS store is. They always make it so super easy All you have to do is walk in and have them scan something on your phone and you are all done. Quick in and out. Be a grandma my time is precious 90% of it is spent with my grandchildren so the little time I have to do errands I really appreciate it when a store just gets it all done nice and quick. Plus the employees are super nice also you can get a receipt to just So you have proof of sending it back. read more

I arrived 3 minutes after close and acknowledged this as I began walking to the store and saw they were breaking things down. As I was walking back to my car, another customer arrived. There was an older, larger brown haired male associate pushing a cart of packages. He informed the other patron that they were closed. The patron began walking back to his car then turned around and attempted to go in anyways. After a small conversation, the associate let him in. Excitedly, I hurried to drop off an Amazon package. I was informed by the patron that they were only allowing him in since 'he held the door for the UPS associate'. I was then instructed to come back tomorrow by the associate (this was about 5 minutes after close at this point. There was also another guest in there at the time and multiple employees at the front). It was an embarrassing situation and I didn't feel valued. Terrible gesture and customer service by this store. You shouldn't make special circumstances for one customer that you aren't willing to uphold for another. The lack of customer service must be part of the reason why this store has so many 1 star reviews on Google. read more

I went into the Fenton UPS store, was greeted with the smile of a very helpful young lady today. I had not quite gotten my package all taped up yet. She said, " no problem. I will take care of it" and off it went. That was probably the easiest 60 seconds of my day. read more

I've always been greeted by the staff and treated with courtesy. They've all been helpful and efficient.

I called ahead to the store to see if I could park out front for I had some heavy huge packages. I was dropping off a really big package that was going to be hard for me to carry with a baby in the car. A gentleman named Jeff came out and took all of my packages and provided a receipt and even scanned my return code for one of my packages so I didn't have to leave my car. He said he wouldn't want me to leave my car. It was amazing customer service!! read more

They really wanted to do well and the guy did his best. Unfortunately, they are just too small to have more than one printer that can print from USB. I needed to only print out a shipping label and was going to have to wait for someone printing wedding invitations and/or other things in various batches. After I heard she thought she could get a discount for printing so much, I asked to jump in when she paused between jobs. The UPS gentleman did his best to cue up the print from my USB and do what looked like a pause on her prints in order that my one page could come out of the only printer hooked up for the purpose. It would have been fantastic if they had a "manager's only" computer/printer that could have printed out the label for my drop off package. I was a kind soul and paid my 15 cents for a print, but won't look forward to returning. read more

This is by far my favorite place. The employees are the nicest people and work quickly. They made having to ship something easy and painless. Every time I have to return something I'm in and out within a minute and always in a better mood because of their amazing employees and environment. read more

AVOID THIS STORE like the plague and AVOID UPS if you can! I've had much better experiences and faster service at the regular US Post Office! I brought in some pint glasses to mail to friends for their anniversary. While I was in this store, I wrapped the glasses thoroughly, in multiple layers of paper as well as bubble wrap. I then selected a bubble wrap envelope to place them into, assuming all would be fine, and packaged everything up right there in front of the front desk worker who ended up checking me out and sending the package off. About a week later (on the date the package was originally supposed to arrive), I received a mysterious e-mail telling me there had been "some problem" but that the package would still be delivered. Then another week after that, I received a call from Fenton UPS Store Manager Jenn, asking me if I wanted to come in to "claim my broken package," very nonchalant, with no explanation of what had happened, as if she couldn't possibly care less about my situation. When I asked Jenn for more details, all she did was lecture me on why this situation is 100% my fault. Basically, I am the biggest idiot in the world for wrapping the package the way I did. She literally told me it's "common sense" and she can't believe I sent off the package wrapped like that. AGAIN, I purchased the wrapping and envelope in this store and packaged it up right in front of the person who sent it off, so if it wasn't properly packaged, it seems to me the responsibility in this case lies with the store, not with the customer. When I asked about filing a claim, store owner Mike Claimers called me back, but he ended up doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. So I am out the money I spent on the gift, and I'm also out the $10 shipping cost. If UPS is going to be so stringent about proper packaging, they should TRAIN THEIR FRONT DESK WORKERS to ask each customer what is in the package or at least intervene if they see a customer packaging something they think might be better packaged another way. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in a long time. Jenn is the most unpleasant individual I've spoken with on the phone in a while, and when I complained to the owner Mike, he half-hearted apologized, saying they've "been short staffed" and Jenn was "probably just overwhelmed and stressed out." Here's a little tip, Mike: As the business owner, you should be apologizing for your employee's poor service and horrible attitude, not brushing it aside. You've lost at least one customer for sure, and I hope this review encourages others to follow suit. read more
