My husband and I went shortly before they closed to have passport photos taken. I was wearing a white shirt and was kindly informed I needed a dark shirt because of the white background. Isaiah proceeded to take my husbands photo and allowed me to run home and change my shirt to be able to take my picture. When I returned the store was very busy and it was about closing time but Isaiah and Brittney were still very courteous and helpful and even offered to mail out our documents even though it was beyond their closing time. The stress of finals were in my past, but the stress of returning my books were very much present. I'm glad I chose this location to return my books because I was greeted by an extremely friendly young lady with glasses and long blonde hair in a pony tail. This place is a scam. I've taken packages there to just get postage several times. One day I asked why the price is so high and they told me they tacked on a couple dollars for their service fees. Service fees over $2 to weigh a package and stick a stamp on it? Then I go to mail a small card with a small cute balloon for my granddaughter, which already had letter size postage. All they had to do was drop it in the mail. They x'd out my postage stamp and put one of their stickers saying not enough postage because of its shape. I have sent many cards with small items in them over the years and the real post office never charges me more because the shape is not flat. Such scam artists. read more

Came to this location to drop off some really big boxes (returning a couple of bikes to Amazon). I arrived around 10 minutes late and began to freak out when I saw the gates starting to close (the ones behind the glass windows/door), thinking I was screwed because I was late. But to my surprise, the girls working at the time opened the door for me and allowed me to drop the boxes off, and they even helped me unload the boxes from my car! I was late, no fault of theirs. They didn't have to help me, it was within their right to turn me away because technically they were closed. But they went above and beyond by still servicing me, and by helping me unload the boxes from my car, which was great because I'm still in a cam boot from an ankle injury I suffered months ago. I left with a really good impression of this place. I told them I would write a good review because their service was exemplary and because they saved me another trip to that store, as well as the hassle of having to unload and reload those heavy boxes into my vehicle. I see a ton of 1-star reviews complaining about having to pay for tape. Really people? Do you walk into Starbucks with a cup of coffee in your hand, and ask them for some free pumps of vanilla or mocha, too? Tape costs money. If another UPS store hooked you up with free tape be thankful, they hooked you up. They didn't have to do that. Don't expect that hook-up every time you go, or to every location you visit. I went in to ship my old phone back to Verizon and I had a small box just needed to be tapped. I asked them to tap my small box smaller the 8 inches and the lady charged me $1 just to put a little tap on in. My husband went to another UPS and got a box tapped up and they never charged him read more

What happened to customer service? Went today to ship an item back to Amazon and was charged $1.00 to tape the top of my box? Is this place that hard up for money? I will gladly drive across town to other places that value their customer relationships rather deal with a company that has no clue on how to provide a service to its customers. Have used the services here on several occasions before I realized what a screw they give you! Have sent several packages overseas, one never arrived. Decided to give them one more chance, they wanted to charge me $38.00 to send a small parcel to London, insurance extra, delivery time 10-12 days. Took it to the regular US post office on Sierra Ave. only cost $7.00 which includes $100.00 free insurance and delivery time of 5 days! Also used them to return something I bought online and was told the package was damaged upon arrival. Really? Unless you are looking for a good screw, go somewhere else! read more

Very disappointed in this store. My DMV registration was due on Tuesday, and as we all know had to be postmarked by Monday at the latest. Yes it was my fault for waiting until Saturday to send my registration, but I had a clear conversation with a young man at this store who assured me that my letter would be postmarked by the last pick up on Saturday afternoon. I asked again that it would leave at the last pickup on Saturday and he reassured me it would. Today I get a notice from DMV that my registration was postmarked AFTER Monday. That means that not only did it not get postmarked on Saturday as promised by the UPS store employee, but it did not even get postmarked on Monday. Thanks for the late registration fee. I will not be back seeing as this store cannot honor the information they give or get their letters out on time. Convenience does not make up for competence. read more

Ive been send packages from here for sometime now and never had a problem till June 18th 2019. I went in as usual to send my military son some snacks Not Alot just 2 boxes of little bites (the ones they come in) , 4 protein bars, granola bars 1 box (the ones they come in), a lip balm and a letter. The girl at the counter did not explain anything she just came asking me how much I paid for each snack. GAVE ME A TOTAL OF $83 TO SEND IT! I grabbed my snacks and said forgot it. Than asked how much to send just the letter. Again she did not explain anything or did not give options and gave me a total of $23! To mail a letter. I said you know what forget it i will ho to the post office. Wouldn't you know the post office sent my snack box for $15 and my letter for YUP JUST A STAMP! You guys need to really get it together if you want customers to be return customers cause this is RIDICULOUS! I will be second guessing going back here ever again. Insane! read more

Overall the staff was great, nice super helpful, im very impressed I didnt catch names but i was here 7/18/18 around 6pm. Even the truck driver waited for these customers and took the psckages. I can't understand why this store doesn't get more 5 star ratings because they so DESERVE it. We deal with store everyday and we always get 5 star treatment. My son has a great repore with these wonderful store associates. They are not only professional and beyond helpful and friendly but when they see you coming they walk up and take your packages. This is our one and only UPS store we use. We are spoiled by the excellent service and as a business myself we are glad they are OUR so convenient for us. They sold my girlfriend an unnecessary shipping box (it was packaged PROPERLY, per manufacturer!) which increased the weight and price from 3.5 to 6 lbs and increased the size, resulting in a charge of $34.39, when the original price should have been $22!!! Never again!! read more

I always use this store for several reasons - first it was because it was close to my home and it was open later then the post office. Now it is because I send my son in with packages on a daily basis and they are so kind a - ALWAYS. The service there is excellent and we feel comfortable with them - trust is always key along with excellent customer service. This store has both - thank you so much for always being a honest, safe, clean and great sociable store to use. Condescending once again, and poor communication between the two workers, one was helping me at first and knew what I wanted, then the second was told to help me and had me fill out the wrong envelope. I just had the most frustrating experience at this UPS store. First the regular employees are not well trained. During a phone call to get help, Crystal hung up on me, and when I came in to discuss it, she denied that she ever talked with me. There were only two ladies working so hmmm.
