We worked with Rafael (i believe) and he helped us for over an hour and over two days emailing, chatting and just keeping the good vibes going as we delt with this annoying task. I can also print stuff out, copy and for those few random times you need to fax something (I know, who sends faxes these days? But it does occur) I can also do that there. I tend to travel a lot and it's great because I can call them and have them send me a package of mail to wherever I am. My building does not have a doorman so I get nervous to have anything delivered there. I love that anything can come to them.
