For ups employees stealing 11 iPhones I went back to ship the remaining 14 phones I had 5 more phones stolen and package mailed back In total I went from 25 iPhones to 9 iPhones $2508.48 $200 returned so far. The clerk Jeremy went above and beyond to find the most cost effective route for shipping that would not cost me an arm and leg. Learned that this store was franchised own and what an experience. I had 2 boxes (same size) that were shipped to me by UPS (taped together). When o was attempting to return them at this location , I was told by the older lady that since I have 1 shipping label I can only ship 1 box. Immediately told her that is not true as they were delivered by UPS taped together for she informed me "we are not an official store but franchise owned". I gave her a firm "regardless of franchises it's obvious shipping the way it was delivered is ok with UPS". I asked for tape and she rudely told me that I can purchase some tape along with it will be an additional fee for printing out the label I emailed to the store. I politely told that this business won't last long operating with this mindset /model. I took my package to the "UPS" store down the street on Keller Pkwy, the UPS employee printed out the label, assisted with taping the boxes together and wrote the RMA# on the box all at NO charge to me. I would only use this location if I have the QRC code and box to return the package in. My wife was told that she would have to pay a fee for someone to make the box for her since the ones they won't fit. The amount was outrageous. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! Walked in apparently after closing but the door was propped open and people were still in the store being served, while I was yelled at that the store was closed multiple times. Since I can't comment to the owner, I'm editing my review here. Your computers were still open because there were two people being served. I understand you have business hours but telling someone you're closed can be handled in a much kinder and more respectful way than it was. And if your door is propped open that has the hours on it then consider another option to allow customers to see them... read more

I needed to have a package shipped to my home address from a remote location and went to the UPS store to pay for shipping and get the shipping label. While waiting in line, the employees were assisting 2 other customers, 1 of which had approximately 10 packages to ship, and the other customer was being unreasonable with issues about box sizes, fillers for the package, when the package would "actually ship", arrival dates, etc. With both customers, the employees were helpful and courteous. While assisting me with my shipping and package label, the store employee, Loagan, was able to quickly get the proper shipping addresses and label printed for me. His customer service and assistance is greatly appreciated, especially during these busy holidays. read more

I went to this store to overnight a package. Unfortunately, due to plane issues my package didn't get there overnight. I called and spoke with the owner of this store and he was great! He went above and beyond to make it right and was very nice about it. Even though he had no control over this situation he still went out of his way to help. I realize that the UPS is a franchise and I understand how a franchise works. I have an account in Massachusetts at an UPS store and I sent a shipping label to one of our accounts in Texas. She went with the package and the label on the package and this UPS store refused to take the package stating that they will not make money off of the shipping of this package!!! Is this normal business standards? I would think that if I bought and paid for an UPS label then our client could drop that package off at any location. We ship hundreds of dollars a day and with two new locations opening up within 2 miles of this location, I will not ever again send them to this store again. I would have them drive 10 miles to not go back to this location. Thank you for showing us how this location will treat potential new clients. read more

When it first opened it was great. Conveniently located, friendly employees, however in the last 3 packages I dropped off to be returned to Amazon never made it there. I checked the tracking # given to me & all it states- is Label Created or invalid tracking number. It's no coincidence when it happens three times ...the employees are keeping the items. read more

The location of this UPS store is convenient, but the last two times that I've dropped off packages they report they can't provide tracking receipts. When I mention other UPS stores offer this without being asked, they grudgingly printed one for me. I don't like being lied to for something simple like a package drop off. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!! I have been to this specific store a total of 3 times and 2/3 were the worst experiences ever. The first time I needed a paper notorized and the lady didn't know how to fill out the paper, she asked me how and I ended up having to Google it and tell her how to do her job. The second time a different lady helped and everything was fine. The third time I was assisted by the same lady that notarized my paper. My package was returned to them because the address was wrong. MY BAD.. I didn't ask for the paper that the address was initially written on to verify it was correct. I assumed the lady could read my writing and thought the address was correct, so I signed the paper they pushed in front of me. Well this lady was yelling at me, one minute saying it was a mistake on their part and humans make mistakes, the next minute saying they did not make a mistake and they did nothing wrong. It was completely my fault. Ok so we were both wrong? Nope she continued to roll her eyes at me and yell at me saying I didn't understand what she was saying. All I wanted was to resend the package that was less than 1 pound and not spend $24 to ship it. This lady was completely unprofessional and rude!! read more
