Wonderful crew and fantastic service. It can get busy inside, but people should try to exercise some patience and manners.

The manager Cordelle (I believe that's his name) has zero customer service skills. He is rude to customers and acts like you being there is bothering him. I had an appointment with the notary and I was there five minutes early. He told me "Well she's not here so you probably need to come back." Luckily, she arrived on time and was wonderful (bubbly, smiling, great attitude), but why wouldn't you as the manager just say "Great! She'll be here shortly." Maybe it's hard to find employees in Fountain Hills, but the manager was the worst employee for customer service. Terrible attitude. I am finally putting in a review for the store which I should have done months ago. Because my family lives in other places in the US I constantly send things out and sometimes they have to be sent out next day or two day air and instead of using USPS I have chosen to use UPS. I will not make this mistake again. I found out today that again my package is not going to make it via second day air because again it was never put in the second day air box and was shipped ground. Then I asked about a refund for my hundred dollar shipment and they tell me that UPS does not refund second day air payments. Never mind, that the package even if it wasn't going to get there on second day should be delivered on third day, but that is not going to happen either. Instead, they sent it ground and it will not be there for five days. I will now use only US PS and see how that goes read more

They are fairly good at shipping & selling shipping supplies. Not so much with the copying & printing services. The copying is self-service & very limited. The printing is expensive & not all of the employees are well versed in the details of the printing. I didn't see that they offer any graphic design services. Maybe they do, it just wasn't apparent. I did find another store nearby called Copy Express , that is less costly & does a better job with the printing & copying. They also do offer graphic design services. It's less crowded too. I'm using them now & it's been a better experience. read more

I had to write a review because I was so impressed with Trisha there!! I had never been to this UPS store and I was very pleased with the promptness of the service during this holiday season. It was busy and we all practiced social distancing. Even in the line I was so impressed with her genuine smile, kindness and speed at attending to folks!! When she helped me, she was so personable and made me feel like I was the only customer- even though the line was growing longer and longer. Today I called looking for help finding an office supply item that I could not find elsewhere in town, and (presumably) the manager went out of her way to help me out.... I went in to the local UPS store to mail my claim for unemployment when I was laid off from my waitress and bartending job. While there I discovered that they do print jobs. My husband who has a landscaping business specializing in rock installation, trees and weed control has been after me to have a large sign made for him to put out in yards while working jobs so I talked to Shane and she was super informative and helpful and I ordered a large A Frame sign. Her husband Mark got in touch with me after making a creative and excellent mock up of a sign for my husband's business. He took the basic information that I gave him and turned it in to a bright colorful and eye catching A frame sign. Excellent work. I had ordered business cards from another company that were taking a long time so I asked Mark to make up 25 cards to hold us over until they came and he had them for me in three days. I ended up cancelling the card order and ordering 500 from Mark. Use the UPS store for all of your printing needs. I promise you will not be disappointed. I've used this store several times to do scanning and copying of legal documents and have never experienced anything but great service from the owner and her staff. The pricing here to do simple copying and scanning is competitive and I never feel overcharged like the way I have felt at some other locally owned stores. My experience has always been positive as everyone here is always friendly and gets me in and out of the store within 5 minutes. Best part is that it's never crowded and the parking spaces in front allows you to get in and out of this location in a zip. read more

I suggest you find someplace else because this place charges more then double for almost everything. I went in to ship a guitar and they quoted me $124. I went to a competitor on Shea and 92nd and they shipped it for $43.00. Same with the box... they wanted $24 and I got it at the competitor's for $10. I saved $95 by driving to the FedEx store. read more

I agree with the previous reviewer about the rude service. The woman at the counter was very surly, could use a charm class or two. I know that working with the public can be challenging, but there's no need to be so unfriendly to everyone. Great, local service! The staff is friendly. They offer a wide range of services including Notary. I have a couple dozen cases of wine shipped to this store every year because there is always someone there to sign for it. Never have I had an issue! And zero issues with Amazon returns or shipping stuff. The team here makes it really easy and worry-free. read more

I've never given a 1 star review, but that has changed today. I had a pre labeled package to drop off at this location, and I got to the door at 5:58pm.(I had my phone to double check) The door was already locked and the employee was doing some very tedious task on the printer by the window, I say that because he did not look up when the door chime was ringing on the door. I'm not a UPS employee, but I've shipped enough items to know that if I'm dropping a package pre labeled that is rather quick, especially since I did not need a printed receipt. As I walked back to my car and sat in my car, he then flicked the lights off and was gone. I have received slow service before from this location, but I hesitated to write a review, but that changed with this instance. Just have to drive further for service from now on. read more

Wow. These employees are lame. Never had a bad experience here until today. Andrew was helping me originally, and although hes very nice, he really doesn't know WHAT hes doing. He kept walking around with my mail and he kept laying it everywhere on various counters. Then a guy with tattoos on his arm, coincidentally the only one without a name tag on, kind of gave me a dirty look and then told me he was going to help somebody else. I don't know what the hell that was about, because I wasn't really being helped by either one of them at the time. And then when the guy with the tattoos walked away from me, Andrew finally came and rang me up. Very weird and bad experience for me. The level of incompetence at this location is uncomprehendible!!! I was in need of shipping penicillin for some very sick livestock and the UPS store was unable to get it there by Sunday which is totally understandable. They offered to package the products up for me for a minimal fee of $10 which I was happy to have them do. Then I was going to 92nd and Shea to have the package sent over night. About 3 blocks away from the Shea shipment center I received a call stating that I needed to head back because they had handed me the wrong package, this one was meant for a customer in NY. I was irritated but understood mistakes happen. Upon arriving I was told to wait while they packaged the penicillin up. I couldn't believe that not only had they not had it packaged but they literally stood there looking at it for the last 20 mins while I was driving to another shipment location. I was livid at this point and I told the lady in charge she would be livid as well. They asked me to step outside. I refused and remained silent inside while waiting for another 10 minutes for them to finish packing my penicillin. Never once did any of them apologize for their mistake and honestly came across as rude and unbelievable arrogant for the nightmare they themselves had created. I know they have a monopoly on what they do in Ft Hills but they're one of the worst business establishments I've ever run across. read more

I've been to this location many times. I have always received professional and kind service in person and on the phone. I'm shocked to see some 1 star reviews that come up automatically while you have to search for the 5 star reviews. They are there and more current but you have to search for them. My only guess would be is that they are probably not buying advertisements from Yelp. They are always helpful here and would recommend this UPS store. The only issue I have is there is typically only 1 person working up front so, I try to go in when not in a big hurry. read more

I have to admit, I have never received such bad customer service in my life until I recently went to this location. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and seems like she doesn't appreciate the people that come into the store, which at the end of the day helps them pay the bills. It was my first time into the store and it will also be my last. Nobody was in the store and I walked in and I didn't even get an acknowledgement or get greeted while the woman was having her conversation on her cell phone. I stood there for about five minutes waiting for her personal conversation to end. She finally decided to hang up and help me after laughing and giggling on the phone. I asked for an apology and all I got was a blank look on her face & then I just walked out furious. I normally go to Pony Express next door to the Chamber of Commerce as they are always so pleasant to deal with and are always so welcoming with smiles. The only reason why I went to this location was because I was next-door at Subway and it was convenient at the moment but never again... This store doesn't even deserve half a star! read more

These stores are expensive. Charged me $300 to ship an item. When I went directly to the UPS stationin Gilbert they charged me 125.00 total.

This place knows how to pack and ship, man. They pack, they ship, all with a smile on their lips. That's what the helpful bearded man named Jon told me. They took good care of me, they took good care of my baseball cards I mailed to my great niece, Debra. The copier was sick when I went in, but they had a man opening it up for surgery. I didn't need to copy anything anyway. Get well soon Mr or Mrs Copier. All and all, this place meets the ceiling of expectations, laughs, and powers through it bringing your experiences to new great heights. I can not stop talking about the flashlight on the front desk. Not only do I have some printing services done there I also rent a box that is amazing to have... Packages are signed for, inside climate controlled area vs being left outside in the heat or stolen, etc. great people, great service, etc ...
