I love them. I am an online shopper and sometimes I have to return things. But the label says to go to post office. But USPS doesn't help. They just point to the wall of supplies tell u to buy 1st then fix it urself. Not at the UPS store. I go to them 1st. They take my item and package it up for me. Tell me how cheap it cost, engage in friendly conversation, and send me on my way with a smile . Thank you guys. I've made copies of my house keys in minutes. Faxed documents. Sent mail. I am so glad I went to this store! I was having a nightmare of a day where one thing after the other was going wrong. My printer was having issues and I had to print a packing slip from my Etsy site ASAP to get it in the mail. Brandon was the employee that answered the phone when I called and he was not only friendly, he was understanding and sympathetic toward my bad day. When I got there he lifted my spirits and his helpfulness and kindness improved my entire day. While I was there some other customers came in. The employees recognized them and greeted them by their names. What a great sense of community! I truly appreciate quality customer service and a friendly environment. Most terrible service I ever experienced in my life!!! Both for Ups and this store. I can't get an agent from Ups customer line after trying many times. And I didn't find out what kind of stardard this store charge customer. They charged me three times as the price list on ups website for changing address. And ridiculously, they charged me but didn't do anything. When I called back, they wanted to charge more. Now I'm at the risk of losing my package and paid much much more than it should! I called the store many times, and each time gave me a different saying and want to charge more. read more

This place is great! My husband and I are originally from out of state so we are always shipping gifts/packages to our friends and family. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Around Christmas time I was trying to ship a package and the address I was provided was incorrect. When I was trying to ship the package the employee at the store pointed out the address didn't appear to be an existing address and he then continued to try to help me determine the correct address! I live in Hawthorne and I have a UPS Store closer to my home, but I prefer to come here because they treat you like you are guest in their home! REAL customer service is hard to find! I've come here twice to drop off a few things to ship out and the guys that work here are so great and helpful all the times that I' be been here. Today I was actually trying to return something I ordered, but the guy upfront asked me if I had already opened it, & because I told him I did, he'd said that I would have to pay for shipping. That was the one thing I did not want to do, so he told me to go to the UPS receiving center that was only like 3 minutes away and tell them that I didn't open it so I could avoid paying to return it to the sender. However, when I got there, the gentleman there told me that I should have been given a return slip by the sender, which I wished the other guy at this UPS store told me before I got there. Nevertheless, he was really helpful with trying to help me avoid any extra charges out of my pocket, and I just really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend coming here for any of your UPS needs. read more
