    I've been to this location multiple times and their customer service has always been great. Yes there might be a line sometimes but they are fast.

    This is not a money thing; it's a principle and integrity thing. Charging $2.88 for a single label print is ridiculous when everywhere else including UPS charges under $1. When I inquired if this price had recently gone up, there was no reason for the attitude. Don't treat us all like we don't know any better; some of us like myself own multiple businesses and are highly aware of overhead costs and I still know that's ridiculous. Adding an hour of computer use the bill lacks integrity.

    Free as well. Can't go wrong at all. Definitely worth the drive.

    John is extremely Welcoming. I also noticed the lady next to him was had a Great attitude as well. His smile and charismatic attitude/personality can definitely brighten your day. Professional and polite. He gave me my paper in an enclosed folder. Service requested was to print an email.

    Don't worry if you see a line from looking outside. There are four people working inside in a VERY EFFICIENT manner. I was in and out for an Amazon return drop off within 5 minutes, and I started waiting in the line outside of the store. This place is very well kept with clean floor, desk counter. They also provide notary service. Everyone was friendly. If you are here for an Amazon drop-off, just have your QR code ready. I was approached when still in the line. The lady scanned my code, took my stuff and printed me a receipt. Very smooth!

    Staff is very polite and efficient!! I went in to notarize some documents , fax, mail and within minutes got everything done !!

    Nice, very friendly staff. Fast & Efficient. Lots of parking. Easy in. Easy out. Beats other UPS Stores around.

    Yes, we can print photos. Unfortunately we are currently out of photo paper. We have glossy paper but it's not photo paper. Thank you for the inquiry.

I compared prices with 2 other vendors and they gave me the best quote. I was requiring a $3,000 print job, so I guess this was not a priority for them for many reasons. I can't tell you how many broken promises I received from my sales representative. We set up appointments to meet, no phone call, no email to let me know he is running late - hours late. You would think the next time we set up appointment, he would honor it...Not at all. He told me he was running late on other appointments (that were more important than me - read between the lines) I let him know it was really jamming up my schedule when he doesn't keep his appointment, and I got more promises saying don't worry, they'll get the job done in time. I've requested paper samples, and it take such a long time to get back from them. When I review them, they are totally different, because he can't get what I chose. I've requested proofs, it takes weeks to get anything back. No return phone calls, except more emails saying they'll call me back tomorrow. Even though I call many, many times to request changes, either no response or more promises that someone will call me. You may be asking yourself why I put up with this much abuse? I thought the sales guy was a nice guy, and I thought we could be friends, so I told him his actions were very unprofessional, just to let him know my thoughts as his customer. In addition, their prices were the lowest as well, and I didn't want to start the whole process over with other vendors. Unfortunately, here I am with only a few days before my move, without any stationary. All I can say is, talk is cheap, and they sure dish a lot of it out! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any vendor.

    I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at this UPS Store and with how the part owner…read morehandled the situation from the start. This was my first time using this location. I live just down the street and was actually excited to finally have a nearby place where I could print and laminate regularly and become a consistent customer. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the beginning. The store manager stated she did not receive my emails, even though I had sent them multiple times. After about 20 minutes and after seeing my frustration, she finally allowed me to resend the files in person. However, once she began laminating, she did not show me the prints beforehand or inform me that there were blue lines on the images. She placed the laminated papers into a folder and walked away without letting me review them. When I finally saw the documents and noticed the blue lines, I brought it to her attention. She responded that I had already been charged and refused to refund the lamination, stating that she had already used the materials. I attempted to meet in the middle by offering to pay for two replacement prints, since the issue was only in the middle of the page and I was willing to work with it. Even then, she refused to refund any portion of the lamination and insisted on charging me, ultimately only reducing the cost to $1.44 instead of offering a reasonable partial refund or solution. I ended up wasting over an hour for four pieces of paper to be printed and laminated, with poor communication and no accountability for the quality of the work. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially given how close I live and how willing I was to become a regular customer. I would not recommend this location. Save your time and go to FedEx instead.
