This UPS Store is the greatest. The staff is very friendly and accommodating at all times. The location is always clean and I'm never in line for hours due to them being understaffed. I use to hate having to mail anything...I dread the long lines at the post office (across the street) and the slow workers with major attidude and on top of that the customer's that have no clue what they are doing with the forms. UNTIL NOW!!!!! When ever I have to head out and mail something, I'm all smiles knowing I wont have to struggle finding parking and I wont be there all day. The employees at this store and the service they provide are very friendly, quick and detailed, and don't have attitude when you request assistance with filling out a form... as soon as you know it your out the door. I have mailed things local, Oregon and Washington and was given different mailing options and was told the prices for a variety of ways I could go about mailing my packages. The employees always give you their undivided attention, even when they are slammed by a quick rush of people. I once went in to buy boxes as I was moving, and rather then taking my money, I was told I should try either a box store or try home depo as it would be cheaper!!! I love these guys. You can trust them to not only care for your packages, but also your wallet. Also, they have a huge pit bull dog, paces behind the counter, back and forth, that is very friendly. One of the employees over heard my daughter asking me if she could touch it, of course I said no, fearing my daughter loosing her hand, but the employee told me he was friendly and held him so my daughter could pet the dog with my permission. I'm telling you, they are very friendly. Even the dog!! Lol But in all seriousness, they make copies of keys, they sell rubber stamps, postage stamps, note pads, pens, pencils, markers, permanent markers, envelopes, boxes, birthday /greeting cards. They provide FAX service (in-coming and out-going). Notary service. Just convenient to have this store. Thank you guys for providing us with great customer service. Even when its hectic. read more

My sister and I are asian and we went to a UPS store in a white area and the experience was not good at all despite us being really polite towards the workers. We came here instead and the energy was the complete opposite. The asian man with a bunch of tattoos was nice as hell and he made the experience easy and fun. We felt so much more comfortable in here than the other UPS where the white workers were not so patient and even a little condescending towards us for no reason (they didn't even greet us and when a white man came in they said "welcome to our store" excitedly). I don't come in often, but the staff is always great! Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

It's TERRIBLE the workers were soooo rude to me and other people. I tried asking questions and they would just shush me. Then they would continue to tell us to go on the social distancing spots, while she told us this she goes straight up in our faces and getting all close to everyone. There were 2 workers there would always be one in front then the other in the back then all of a sudden she comes back then the other one leaves while the place is packed with a bunch of people. read more

Can I just speak my praises to the man John! I believe he is the owner or the manager with how much he gives this business. I came in with a ups box not sufficient to what I needed from a different ups store. I brought in the item I was shipping, which he then measured and found a much better box for. Cut it down and packaged my item out of the goodness of his heart. He had a "Can Do" attitude from jump. If only we had a million more John's in the world! This place was there for me when my go to printing place at Staples was being unreasonable. I needed 3 pages printed on glossy cardstock and they were able to help me in a flash. The staff was super friendly even when their machine was being weird. I gave 4 stars because the prints some minor ink marks but it didn't bother me too much. I was still able to get the pages printed quickly by the friendly staff. I think I found my new go-to print spot. :) read more

Things are slow due to COVID and customers have a lot of packages they are returning. I also understand that they are trying their best and working hard. But this time, the service was pretty bad, almost rude. Having to wait is one thing but the rep making comments about a customer to another is simply unwarranted. Also, please wear masks. Excellent service. Came in for two notarizations and service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for notary service and other shipping needs if you're in the area. The business is located to the left/east of the 99 Cents store in the plaza; they have remodeled the building facades and don't yet have permanent signage out front (as of 1/18/18). They are also redoing the parking lot which is a needed improvement as well. read more

Not sure why I was charged way more to print an Amazon UPS label at this store. It's supposed to cost $1 to print labels. Sounds petty to complain about pennies but $2.77 versus $1 when it clearly says Amazon "print at UPS store $1" is an option. This isn't about $$ it's about principle. I use the UPS store to print out in downtown LA and it always costs $1. Why they are charging almost triple is super annoying. read more

I was hesitant to go to another UPS location in Gardena (low Yelp reviews), but then I read about this one and decided to ship a package at this location. I'm glad I did. John was super nice and I got what I needed done pretty quickly. I'm slowly discovering good places to eat in Gardena and this place is near a lot of good places to eat, so I'll be anticipating doing my business here (and the neighboring stores) for the future :) read more

I came to the store to return my textbooks back to the place I rented from. The owner cheerfully greeted me and he had me wait a few minutes while he packed the books. He chatted with me about his dog and maintained a positive attitude the whole time. He then gave me my drop-off receipt and cheerfully said good bye. I was expecting to pay for the small amount of packing material and the box. I ended up not paying anything, albeit the box was an old Old Navy shipping box somebody had leftover. Still, I was blown away and amazed that stores are still capable of such great service. I would recommend this location to anybody and everybody! read more

Really nice & friendly service but I would not recommend coming here for printing services! I yelped "print shop" near El Camino College & this UPS shop popped up. It was closer than FedEx Kinkos (where I usually print), so I decided to get my notes printed there. I wish I asked how much an 8.5x11 b&w page cost before getting about 60 pages printed. 25 cents for 1 b&w page? The total came out to $13-- I know that may not seem like a lot but I'm used to paying just a few dollars for the same amount of prints! read more
