DONT GO HERE, THIS IS NOT A REAL UPS STORE JUST A FRANCHISE. They gauge pricing on boxes charging me $16 for a 12x12x24 box for an Amazon return that cost me $35 to purchase versus being willing to sell me a larger box for cheaper or allowing me to ship my pillow in a bag instead of a box, which was approved by amazon. They just want you to pay and even though a larger box was cheaper they were unwilling to sell it to me saying it has to be the closest to the size of the item. Their leadership is horrible and disrespectful. Poor front desk guy named Derek was friendly and trying his best but Spencer his company-worker who is above him said we are a franchise and need to make money. The head manager Dina was unwilling to even talk to me the customer. With customer service like this I wonder how you will ever survive as a franchise, I will take my business to another UPS store and I suggest you do too! read more

Came in for a photocopy. Self serve copier done in 1 minute. Waited another 10 min for a cashier to pay. One cashier up front. She actually yelled can I get some help up front. Minute later out comes a younger gal from in back. Hate to know how long it takes to mail a package. Not a good choice if you are time constricted. read more

Very friendly staffs. They also have USPS services and you can drop off ready-to-go packages for UPS, USPS or Fedex. Love this store!

Please DO NOT GO HERE!!!! UPS stores are franchised and they are not all created equal. This location created false documentation that I signed something that I never did. Not to mention that they have HORRIBLE management and customer service. It took them 4 weeks to process a damage claim and I tried to get in contact with the store manager for 4 weeks after they mishandled my package and was not once connected with her as she "supposedly" runs multiple stores. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and go to a different location or go to a FED EX. read more

Holy cow this place. The first time I had an issue I mailed an envelope with vehicle title paperwork that needed to be at the destination by Monday. I was told it would be there. Saturday I received the envelope in MY mailbox. Information on the envelope said an incorrect label had been placed on the envelope. Ok, well we can still get it corrected and overnighted and there by Monday. I go to the UPS store and tell them what happened with the incorrect label. They understand. I tell them I still need it to get there by Monday and they proceed to tell me that if I want it there by Monday I need to pay $98 dollars to overnight it. Ummm what? It was YOUR mistake! How is it on me now to pay almost one hundred dollars to get my package to the destination that you promised it would get to? They basically tell me to pound sand unless I want to pay. They make absolutely no attempt to remedy the problem. Ridiculous. Against better judgment I go back to ship a package. I have a prepaid label so it shouldn't have any issues. They lose it. It's a total bummer because it's about a block from my house, but I will never go back. read more

Horrible and disgusting service. I did 3 day select and now my package is estimated 5-6 possibly shipping to my location after guaranteed 3 day delivery. I paid 252 dollars, what a disgrace. Nobody should ever use Ups ever again. They don't provide any customer service, just a robot. Stay away from this location, definitely give false information!!! read more

Poorly trained staff and very rude behavior from someone in customer service. I had something to mail and got in line waiting for my turn. A gentleman walked in and walked to the other register and the woman behind the counter helped him next instead of me. It's frustrating when you're on a time crunch. read more

Busted package on an EXPENSIVE item, but our tracking ticket said it was delivered: GOOD. HORRIBLE customer service. The employee said "a new guy checked it in and he hasn't been trained yet and doesn't know what he's doing". Wait, what? What kind of negligence is that?!?! He was aloof, and didn't care at all to address our obvious concerns. We had 5 items in the back and he originally told us there was only one item in the back. When we showed him the reciept number didn't match he realized there HAD to be more items. We had to ask him to check again FIVE TIMES to get each package after he insisted there weren't any more. We left still missing one item because he wouldn't go recheck. When we asked who else we could talk to, another employee told us to "go yelp our complaint". WOOOOW. Never have I had such awful customer service and blatant disrespect when dealing with an obvious error on the employees part. Get it together guys! This NEW MANAGEMENT is subpar! read more

Horrible.... all my Christmas gifts never were delivered (they were stolen from this store location) Not even 4 hours after dropping them off on December 24th for the United States Postal Service in sealed package/metered the gift cards were used. Police report filed. Tampering with Federal Mail=felony. read more

I have done business at the UPS store at 83re Ave. and Bell Road on numerous occasions and each time, the assistance that was given to me was very professional. They found the time to addrss my needs at a very reasonable charge and i will continue to do all my future business at this location. read more

Update your time for Sunday. I drove there 16 mile on Sunday because on YELP it showed me open but when I reached there, store was closed.

Everytime I have come here, its nothing but huge waits with horrible customer service. I constantly bring in packages to mail out that are already packaged and labeled ready to go but today the tape on my little envelope was coming off and the girl at the front who said her name was trasha was rude from the start. She then refused to place a piece of tape over it unless i paid $5.00!! For a little piece of tape!! Most ridiculous thing ive ever heard! I took my package and will drive to a further UPS from now on just to avoid the staff here. After reading other reviews, I can see im not the only one fed up with the staff at this location. read more

Was ripped off, no warning. Charged $31.00 to scan 30 page file and have it e-mailed. $1.00 a page. Go to UPS store on 67th Ave & Happy Valley. Much better prices and great service. read more
