This location is a complete rip off. They nickel and dime customers. I will never go there again and will take my business elsewhere.

When asked if I wanted my package insured against damage or loss? I paid $5.-- additional fee for the "insurance", Michael's Craft Store supplied me with a picture frame box, the artwork was received damaged. UPS does NOT settle their claims, but deny as this is not "insurance". The Post Office would have paid for the broken frame and artwork, I've been told. I wish I could give them less than one... I had a huge hand painted, absolutely original, watercolor in their hands and they misplaced it or stolen. This was a very valuable painting of mine. And it just seemed to evaporate into thin air... on top of it I have been the one making the effort to contact them between there 8 day investigation period for updates. Even after the 8 day period. No one has contacted me with updates, almost as if they were sweeping it under the rug as if I would have forgotten. This painting was sold and I had to reimburse my costumer in full because this painting was misplaced. They have all my contact information and I haven't herd a word from them. I suggest not using UPS for any of your shipping needs. Especially if it something worth value. read more

Customer service is amazing and they really go the extra mile to help you out. I am so impressed with how I was treated with an annoying Amazon return that was an odd large shape. These people went beyond what a regular UPS Store would do. I brought in a box and a king size mattress topper. My husband and I are senior citizens, and could not roll it up and put it into the box no matter how much we tried. The three people there got on the floor and rolled it and managed to slide it into the box. What a wonderful team they have. Today I had to get MANY documents Notarized. What normally would have taken 30 min took an hour and Eunsook was so amazing. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Walked in there yesterday morning, hadn't even noticed they were there before. Both workers/owners were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me box my items and even went in the back to get a recycled box to save me a few dollars without me even asking. This will be my new mailing stuff! In a small shopping center, tucked away in a corner. I had to drop off a check to a painter that had a p.o. Box there. He said they knew him and to just give them t to them with the po box number. They had me sign a journal notice me that I dropped off s check for him because of a ndurance purposes. Made sense. Walked into this branch and right away was discouraged by the appearance of the what seemed to be a high school drop out. When greeted "Sup" once I approached the counter and asked to be assisted in preparing a package for return to Amazon. Amazon has instructed me via email all the kid had to do was scan the bar code in hand. That's when he immediately says we charge to print label to ship package, with a puzzled look on my face as to the charge I GRABBED MY PACKAGE AND WALKED OUT... Avoid this place! The service has gone down. I've used this place for five years because it is in walking distance and it served its purpose for mailing items to my kids in college. Recently, I paid to overnight a document and paid an expensive premium. The document didnt arrive as promised. When I returned to discuss the failure to meet the service commitment - the little man working there said "I told you there is no guarantee that it will arrive overnight". Of course he lied - why would I pay $65 if there was a risk of it not making it there on time - something I clearly would remember. I told him he sees lots of customers a day & I see ONE UPS guy, I am certain I would remember the conversation. I wont be coming back. I would rather drive elsewhere. Im disputing the charge and letting Mastercard deal with it since I have in writing their service level agreement. read more

I don't understand why people complaint about drop off mail service. I have done this so many times because I'm a big fan of online shopping, also I rent textbooks so I need to return a lot of stuff there. Still the best. Lots of parking, good music playing, and for some reason, I like to sit in the little chairs she has for children haha. But all of that aside, I love that the people here remember me everytime I come in. They saw that I ordered a lot of my textbooks online and so they suggested that I use Chegg to rent my books after seeing CSUN students return their books through this store. I've been a customer here for over 15 years, through multiple owner changes. Lots of courteous, available staff, able to multi-task and have a great attitude when assisting multiple customers when hectic. If you're cussing out someone WHILE they're multi-tasking AND you feel the need to question their intelligence and ethnic mix. YOU are the problem, and fantastic restraint was shown on the staff's behalf to not just smile and show you to the exit. read more

Very disappointed in customer service.. during the holidays there often are temporary helpers that may not fully know what they're doing but when a mistake is made- the clerk and store should apologize and go out of their way to resolve and correct the problem regardless.. Two young millenials handled my package and when I noticed I had filled out the form incorrectly I asked for a new form and the young woman refused to give me a new one saying.. "don't worry the drivers can figure it out".. I also asked yo have omg insured for $1500 which they took care of... I was concerned the package would ship to me (sender) because of the wrong slip but again they said it was fine. 24 hours later - the pkg is delivered to my house instead of where it was supposed to go. When I returned to UPS and explained what happened .. both millennials were there but wouldn't own up to their actions.. no apology or effort to resolve other than 'do you want to ship it again?" To the owner and manager - I realize its hard to hey good help, but teach these "kids" what customer service is about.. and how to be professional with a customer. I will never return to your store.. and btw.. two different policies on insurance? Yesterday you insured for $1500 yet today would only insure for $900. Inconsistency is a terrible trait in business... it's harder to keep a customer than gain a new one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPS! read more

Worst customer service ever. This lady hardly talks, charges for every little thing. We had a package to drop off and she charged us .50 cents and didn't even tape the whole box only a small portion of it. I will never go back to this place nor would I recommend to anyone. She's very unfriendly and doesn't answer your questions correctly. read more
