They are barely scraping by and are considering closing shop. It's a lot of work for very little. Yes, they mark up prices on stamps and packages, but for what it costs you in time and gas to drive to Auburn PO, you can do business right out the gate for less inconvenience and expense. Their markups are tiny. I love their card assortment too! Very unique greetings for all occasions. Also, when I mail a package, they can look up all my info and expedite service. The lines at Auburn PO can be daunting. I hope you will consider supporting this business! They are worth it!!!

The employee told us they do First time passports and took our photo/money and application and ASSURED us this was how it's done .. come to find out you CANNOT get a first time passport unless it's turned in and signed in front of an authorized agent and you must swear an oath. The last time I was in there discovering that the entire job I ordered was botched, there was like 3 other people being told their orders were messed up too.
