I've called the corporate number and this store numerous times and on the 6th call I finally got someone who was willing to help. What the manager is saying is a flat out lie. I asked to see where it clearly says what she's saying(yesterday in person) and she couldn't produce anything to validate her claims. It's remarkable that in less than 24 hours she was able to Magically obtain "supporting documentation ". Don't BS me lady, if you called ups they would of told you what they told me. I spoke with a supervisor. And you can easily ask for the details of my call because it's in my formal complaint to ups. Don't skate around the issue. I just came here to pick up a package that the delivery UPS person directed me to come pick up at this location since they wouldn't let me sign for it on the delivery slip, which is odd but OK. The guy working the front desk was cool to me. He greeted me as soon as I came through the front door and was very attentive at assisting me. I told him I'm just here to pick up my package, he ran through the basic "security check" for name and ID, he checked it off the through the system and gave me a receipt with "Have a nice day".. a few seconds later I was walking out with my package. Parking is a little tight and if you don't get lucky on nabbing one in the front you will need to park in the Smiths parking area which isn't too far away. I'd advise if you do get lucky on a parking spot in the front be very cautious backing out especially if there are vehicles parked next to you because like I said earlier, parking is a little tight. Parking is shared with other businesses on the same strip type mall UPS is located so convenience is not a priority when it comes to parking here. read more

Just got ripped off for having copies made at this location. I asked if the machine recognized color versus black and white. I was told yes but after the copies were made I was charged .50 cents per page for all color copies when only a few of them were in color and the rest were black and white. Asked to speak to the owner of this location and was told by Kailahni McDonald that she wasn't allowed to disclose that information. Will never use this store again. read more

I had a horrible customer experience at store #0320 located at 850 S BOULDER HWY HENDERSON, NV 89015. They really need to think their business ways they wasted my time and I will never visit this location again. They were very rude and NOT friendly. When I walked in two send two small packages that I had not yet taped. The guy asked me where my tape was and that they didn't have any(other than the tape gun right behind him) and that he would only SELL me a WHOLE roll. I left, went to other UPS store who gladly helped me! I was appalled that they wouldn't tape my small box which the tape would probably cost them less than .10 cents! read more

A $900 item dropped off at this location shows as never making it to a UPS truck. I dropped off the item and a day later, tracking indicated the item was not received by UPS. I called the store and was told "Sometimes the driver doesn't scan all the packages." I asked for a local number for UPS and had to call back twice after being given an incorrect number two times in a row. Because I do have the dropoff receipt, UPS is investigating the whereabouts of the package, which is 20lbs and 36x36x24 inches (not something easy to misplace). I am not accusing this store of anything other than poor service. That said, I won't be using this location again. read more

If I could give this store a zero star, I would. This store advertised as having notary services. I was at the store last Friday, waited in line to get papers notarized, only to be told by the associate which I believe is the manager/owner, only to be told no notary until Monday! What?! Why is that not stated in your advertisement? Okay, I was very irritated but no choice but to come back on Monday because of other reasons. I come back today, Monday, there are approx 6 people in line with no clerk to be seen, after about 6- 7 minutes 1 person left in frustration, after about 10 minutes another person left in frustration, still no one at the counter, finally a lady who I believe is manager/owner appears with a large wrapped box, apparently she had been in the back wrapping this box. What UPS store has one person working in it? I'm still in line with other people and I ask her is the notary available, she days NO, not until 1pm!! Omgosh, I was beside myself, I asked her why didn't you tell me Friday that the notary would not be in until 1pm? She said "I said Monday, I said today is Monday, you never said not until 1pm!! Needless to say I was beyond frustrated, I will NEVER go to this business again. I drove to the one in the Walmart parking lot, more than 1 person working and a very nice notary person. Great service! The store was busy with people who needed items packed and shipped, but I only needed something notarized. The notary public pulled me out of line, signed my papers, and then rang me up so I didn't have to wait in the packing/shipping line. As I left, I saw that he was doing the same for someone behind me who needed help with the copy machine. They kept a thoughtful eye on their customers and were aware of their needs - I appreciated that. read more

We were very rudely treated by the couple at this location 1 I had called after receiving notice that my package was delivered at this location..the lady answered the phone rudely and just kept repeating..call this number...call this number and hanged up as I was still trying to talk to her 2 So we went to the store after verifying from UPS that our package was at this location..the lady again was rude as she went through all the packages on the floor as she looked for our package..my wife who just had surgery a few weeks back and can barely walk nicely asked if she could see the address the lady had in her hand..wow..just then the guy rudely interrupted and said no..you cannot hold the package because you might run off with it.. I seriously wish I had read the reviews first before taking 6 boxes to be shipped. I have used a UPS Store for years across town and they are so wonderful, I guess I expected the same service. I was in for huge disappointment. All she did was complain about my boxes, told me she could only ship UPS ground and didn't give me an option to ship any other way for a different rate. Very rude and unfriendly. It was close to home, but I will never go back again. Time to find a new store or go back across town to the one that takes care of their customers. I never leave reviews but honestly feel it is necessary with this location. I feel like giving one star is being generous. I always have horrible service here and the lady that works here always has such an attitude. The location is convenient since it is less than a mile from my house Well today I hit my limit and I will visit the location a couple miles down the road on Boulder and Lake Mead from now on. Today I went in to pick up a package that my husband and I chose to have held here since we wouldn't be home to pick it up (signature not required and it would've just been left). Since it is in my husbands name she refuses to allow me to pick it up. I informed my last name is the same and so is the address on my ID. I go to the UPS center all the time and this is never an issue. She informed me she doesn't care what UPS says, she won't give me the box. I called UPS customer service and they confirmed that if my last name and address on the ID match, they should release the packaging to me for pick up. This place is a huge inconvenience now and a shame that UPS has such a negative location like this. I'm glad there are plenty of other options! read more

They offer a wide range of services on which I cannot comment, as I only have used them for outgoing shipments. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. The lady in there is probably the rudest person I have ever met. I dropped off a couple packages that had the shipping label on it already. She told me to leave it on the counter. So I did, and left without thinking I should ask for a tracking number or a receipt. My fault. A couple days later, the textbook company said that they never received my book. So I went back to the UPS store to ask what happened and the lady was so rude and said that I should look at my tracking number (WHICH SHE NEVER GAVE ME) and WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING.
