I came into the store and was helped by LANI to send off a return package. I asked if i could have them print the label for me, and they provided me with the email address to send it to. I forwarded the exact prepaid label that was sent to me via the company and LANI gave me the wrong tracking for my package .. So now The company who i was returning it to can't locate it. it was supposed to be sent to NJ, LANI gave me a tracking from 1/28 for DC. It's clear she dropped the ball but when i called was very rude ... and said they printed what i sent them which was a lie. When i went up there to get it reconciled ... she told me we didn't need to have a conversation. She lied and said i sent them something different .. even when i showed her the email on my phone of the exact label that was sent. So i asked can she show me what other email i supposedly sent .. she said "no it's gone" JUST LYING FOR NO REASON. Blatantly lied to my face. Then She then went in the back to get her phone and proceeded to film me for no reason as i was walking out .. as if because im black i was going to try to fight her. she didn't want to help me on an issue SHE MESSED UP ON. LANI is rude .. lacks customer service .. has no respect and is a liar. I was looking for a solution and got nothing but attitude and push back. She should have stayed home if she doesn't want to deal with complex situations that she created. And definitely needs to be fired because judging by these reviews, i'm not the only one who has had an issue with her. read more

I have been using the Highland UPS store for many years and always receive very courteous service even during the busiest of times. I love that I get a text message when packages arrive. With the increase of mail and package theft, I feel at ease knowing my packages and mail are safe at Highland UPS. Sometimes after a long workday, it is nice to check my mail and receive a smile from those working there. We went into the store today around 1:30 to have some stuff shipped to my brother in Colorado. The young woman who works there gave us an attitude right when we walked in. She was getting more and more mad when I was asking simple questions. We left and went to fedex. I will not give business to a place that has rude employees. I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible, incompetent, rude service and extremely expensive! I sent a package with this store that was supposed to be delivered by priority 2 day shipping. It was returned to me over 2 WEEKS later with a sticker from UPS indicating it was returned because it did not have a valid shipping label. I was pissed but I didn't even complain about the fact the package failed to be sent I just wanted to be reimbursed for the postage -about 16$. I went into the store and asked for the reimbursement, I showed them he box, and my shipping receipt. The woman working there didn't look up the tracking number or look into the matter at all , she just said the shipping label must have fallen off but she couldn't do anything about it because "the system was down". She told me to come back on Monday. I did- this time she said it wasn't their fault, they won't reimburse me because it was the post office's error not theirs. Again she NEVER looked up the shipment on the company's website, did nothing to track it- but she knew for sure it wasn't her fault and wasn't going to give me my money back. She told me to take it up with the post office. I asked her why the post office would reimburse me for something I paid her company to do . She said "it's part of the contract". Needless to say, I went to the post office and they laughed at this idea. They said The UPS store needed to reimburse me. I paid them to deliver a package- they failed to do so and failed to reimburse me . Stay away from this store . They have no one holding them accountable and they will rip you off with a smirk on their face. I will NEVER use the UPS store again! read more

Long slow lines and today we walked in waited in line for a bit and then they say they can't do my service "right now" and walked away with no explanation or why or when they would be able to help me. My wife attempted to send a package to a business in Carmel we have sent others packages to via Fed Ex with no problem. On this day we decided to patronize the UPS store in our hometown of Highland instead of giving our business to Redlands, bad idea. The self appointed manager, who obviously could care less if this business goes broke, was rude, useless, and a classic example of someone who has no clue of the importance of good customer service. After a sarcastic "have a nice day" remark to my wife, she left the sore, drove to Redlands, and had Fed Ex deliver the package with absolutely no problem. Attention UPS Store owner: when you go Bankrupt, don't look around and blame the Economy or other factors, it will be because of how you run your business. read more

Had passport photos done here and went to get my passport paperwork done at the post office and found that the passport photos were not acceptable. Had to have them done over. Of course the ups store has a no refund policy on their photos so I'm out the money and time and had to pay to have them done correctly. My advice go elsewhere to have your passport photos done. Every time I need to use the UPS store, the staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. Whether it's for returning equipment to a TV provider, sending packages out, notary services, I've never had an unpleasant experience with them. I've been in there when it's busy and they acknowledge customers when they see them. They help their customers with the same courtesy as they would their friends or family. If you're in Highland and have UPS needs, this is the place to go. read more

BEWARE OF THIS UPS LOCATION. I dropped off 4 packages at this store and received a receipt for all of them and they lost/stole all 4 of my packages. I came back to ask them why the tracking has not updated after being dropped off and they blamed it on their system having technical difficulties and told me they are not responsible for what happens after they receive my package. This is ridiculous. I have lost over $1000 in those packages. I have to file claims against them now. Please do not go to this location. Save yourself the worry and trouble and go to any other UPS location except this one. I am so devastated they would do this. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more

Very friendly staff. Came in looking for Western Union and they kindly directed me to the Ralph's supermarket in the same shopping center. They carry stamps, envelopes , stamped envelopes, The have boxes for mailing, tape . Anything you need for mailing purposes. They will even box for you I believe. I would call first. They have P.O. Boxes as well . They are set up for all your mailing needs. read more

Wow, this place takes poor customer service to a whole new level. I've had my fair share of experience with bad customer service, but this one wins the price as it had me fleeing the store close to tears. I urge you to take your business elsewhere. A few weeks ago we had opened a mailbox account, only to discover that the key that was provided to us did not work. When I came to the store to ask for a new key I waited for about 20 minutes while the attendant addressed the needs of another customer. When it was my turn, she told me that she didn't have time to make a new key right now. She asked me to go in back of the line because she wanted to serve all the other customers in line first. The line behind me suggested another 20 minute wait. When I requested that she serve me as it was my turn, the attendant just lost it. She had an outburst of sarcasm and anger and was belittling and humiliating me in front of a store full of customers. This is unacceptable. There are more appropriate ways to address customers. I've addressed the issue with headquarters and am curious what kind of response I'll receive. I certainly will pursue a follow-up to this incident. read more

Horrible place. Customer service makes you feel invisible. Constantly on the phone talking and never pay attention to customers. Seriously need some customer service training there. I went there and waited at the counter for 5 minutes as the person keep on talking on the phone without acknowledging that I'm there. When she's off the phone, she went straight to the only other customer that was in the store who was still looking for things at the store. After 2 minutes of waiting, I left. Seems racist to me. The young man working here was very rude! I came in on June 1st around 5 pm and was very nice to him. He gave me attitude twice and was very disrespectful the whole conversation. This UPS store is pretty quick and efficient. Everyone is always nice and helpful. Only one kid, I think his name is Brandon needs some help learning to acknowledge people with his words, he just looks at you and expects you to know what to do or what he should be saying. Two issues with the same employer lying to be and being so RUDE. My receipt says Jordan, but i think the manager said his name was Brent. This is includes tossing a box on the counter at me because I would not come back in a few hours (when they would of been closed) and he had to find my UPS package that was delivered to this location hours prior. The other was being lied to when a package with payroll would be delivered and it was 4 days late. I sent a complaint to UPS complaints twice now and tried to contact the BBB but sadly it seems this store is not registered with them. read more

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. The employees have always been extremely nice to me and service has been good. My family had a bit of an emergency that required us to travel to Mexico right away. The problem was that my sister was studying in Philadelphia and we were in possession of her passport. When we went to UPS to overnight on a Saturday, we were initially told that it was too late to send it out that day. So we'd have to wait until Monday to send it out. After being also turned away by Fedex, we were very disappointed and left with no options. But when my dad was about to leave and try another shipping center, the UPS people chased after us and said that bc it was a family emergency, they'd ask the UPS truck driver to turn back to pick up the passport. They completely saved us and my sister got her passport early on Monday. I'll always be a faithful customer. read more

I went snd paid to have fingerprints done 1/2021, which were rejected due to low quality and the owner would not redo them even though the DOJ rejection documentation indicated they needed to be redone. The owner was very rude. I went to the LOMA Linda UPS store, and they entered my fingerprint DOJ data to find I was due for a free of charge re-printing.
