This place may be just like FedEx pack and ship, but honestly it just doesn't feel like the staff is there for you. When I walked in, the manager had to tell one of the staff members to serve me. I was confused because I was thinking she, the manager was going to assist me. The outline of the place was plain and dull; no colors just white walls with lots of brown things. The staff wasn't talkative; nor very friendly, they were just there to do the job and that's all. Don't get ripped off by the guy with the fake Rolex! I was just there buying some packing peanut. The guy didn't even know the price. He told me it was 12.89 for a small bag of peanuts! I told him the peanuts were 3.89 and he made a smart remark saying he'll pour the peanuts in my box for 3.89! Well I took my time and drove 10 mins down the street to the UPS store down in Bay Area and got the peanuts for 3.89 and sent out my package with no hassle. This location leaves bad impression. I have been using printing service but I didnt receive any service literally. All they tell me is sit down to the computer and do everything by myself. That's cool but it costs me more than $10 to print like 10 pages, BW. Because their printing machine got stuck and I keep pressing print button. I press start already so the machine starts to count minutes. When one girl tried to come and help me a guy told her to come back and serve other people that come later than me. What the heck??? Other day I came in to do some copies. That guy said nothing but "how many" and the amount of money I needed to pay. I dont need him to be too friendly but he makes me feel like i am bothering him to do the job that he is paid for. The girl is nice, btw. Bad customer service ever. read more

Don't ever use this location to print a label, they charged me $9.95 to sign on to a computer and print a label that's was 2 pages and like 2 minutes. Plus you never get told how much it will charge you, only says a minimum of $2 with I thought was high but in a bind so had too and then to get charged $9.95 that is crazy. read more

Expensive, horrible selection on box sizes and they don't tell you at first that you can cut down the boxes to fit things better. They try and make you purchase either packing peanuts or a roll of bubble wrap first. The service is incredibly slow or the staff is just lazy. This place cannot follow instructions, tell them to just drop the item at the door and they want a signature. Tell them you want a signature and they just drop the item. Went to the UPS store on Fuqua last week to two ship package. The short skinny guy there was helping me to shipping my package. He was on cell phone the hole time. He walked away from me to send more message took long time to finish work. I never been treated so bad before. He need to pay attention to the customer not his phone. He not professional and lazy.
