UPS made one delivery attempt to my business. No notice left. Then shipped the package to UPS Access Point where it sat for several days until they sent it back to shipper. I had no idea any of this was happening. What happened to 2nd & 3rd attempts and leaving notices????? Now I have to wait for shipper to receive and send back. Meanwhile my clients are without product. Needless to say will be using USPS THIS TIME!!!! read more

We visited the Sweetwater Lane location to pick up a package. Service was wonderful, especially with Stephanie helping us. She volunteered a dolly to use and then walked to our truck to retrieve it. Yes, there were few customers but based on her smile and degree of courtesy, I think she would have treated us to the same great level of customer service if the store had been crowded. read more

Problems with driver not delivering package to my door because he doesn't want to come up the stairs. So he puts on the note that I wasn't home. Got a leaking smashed box last week. Numerous problems with the driver. 11pm and still waiting for local office to call me back -- message got to them at 320 pm and again at 713pm. Think they're not calling me tonight!! Rude people in the call center. Polite but clueless people in online chat. If the lateness of the package was the only problem I had, they wouldn't have heard me from me so much today. It's the package being tossed on my balcony and having the online note in their tracking system saying it was by the front door. I don't go on my balcony every day so I didn't find it until the next day. It's the smashed and leaking package last week. It's the lying saying I'm not home when I'm sitting right next to the door! Just no respect from their drivers or the distribution center. Terrible company that has become too big for their britches. read more

Paid for guaranteed Saturday delivery. Package was not delivered Saturday, UPS support indicated they could have the local office call me Monday to plan re-delivery. After notifying Amazon support, UPS called me back saying I could pick up my package from this facility. After a bungled delivery, at least I can get my package today, but that's not exactly "guaranteed Saturday delivery", now is it? read more

One star is too many.... This is by far the worst, most patronizing, incompetent excuse for a package delivery service ever conceived..... Friday... I was to receive a time sensitive package, shipped next day air. To be picked up between 3:30-7pm. I waited from 2p-9:15p. No one showed up... All while being assured by UPS customer service that the package was on its way ..... I left after customer service told me that the truck had checked in and was no longer out.... They sent a " sorry we missed you" (you never shows up !!!!!). email with a new delivery date of 5 days later ...... On the day I wait from 12:30- 8p for a delivery from 3:30-7p. I start calling to ensure the package would arrive. And finally the driver shows up....3:15p. Only to not have the package.... And to tell me that he made a delivery at 10p on the previous Friday and no one was home !!!!! That was a lie...... (Everyone at the company is a lair!!!!). I call, once again, customer service and they tell me that there is another truck out and that the package is coming.... Finally I call Back and this time get someone at the Sweetwater location and she tells me that the package didn't arrive on Friday because they never received it .... If that were the case how could the driver of delivered it on Friday like he said. (Another lie). When confronted with this he story changes to the package is not out for delivery but rather it is I a truck... But the truck is still in the garage and will be delivered on Wednesday...... Wednesday I get a call from the same lady at ups telling me that the package that she said was on the truck the day before.... Cannot be found.... One lie after another with this incompetent company..... NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THEM..... read more

Massive line for people trying to pick up packages. They can't seem to find anything so I wait to ship something.

This particular center is apparently completely inept. I deliver to a nearby address about five times a year and there seems to always be a problem. If you've read any of the other reviews, I bet you know what it is. Yep, "the business was closed", or "no one was available to receive the package", or "the suite number is wrong", or whatever BS. Their drivers are apparently just plain not doing their jobs. And you can try calling or chatting for customer support, but all they can really do is read the same tracking information that you already have and send a redeliver request to the center. They can't even get you the center's number so you can call and straighten them out. I'm currently trying to put in a corporate investigation to clean this whole mess up. It is obvious that there is a systemic problem at this delivery center and a large chunk of Houston receivers are suffering for it. I'm sending FedEx next time. read more

Sadly, we cannot control the service businesses use to ship or products. I prefer FED EX only because the drivers that come out of this distribution center are the worst in service and reliability. They are suppose to come to your door and if you are not home leave a note to let u know where your package are and the drivers on my route do not do that. It has been going on for months now. All you can do is track you package to find out where it was delivered to and who signed for it. The only way the drivers come to the door is if the package requires a signature from the actual resident. Some of the packages I have received have been beat up looking as if they played soccer at the warehouse with it. All you can do is keep complaining to the distribution center and hopefully after enough complaints they will give the driver a new route and replace that driver with one who will do their damn job the right way. Bad service for good people seems to be the new mantra for these businesses that provide service to communities. read more

I am more than sure they are stealing packages and lying about them being delivered. Ordered a Fitbit. Got an email delivered 2 weeks ago saying it was delivered. I never received it. I started an investigation on it. They said it was delivered. I have cameras all around my house. It doesn't even show a ups truck coming down my street. I am so mad. read more

The people in this center are arrogant and don't care. A 2nd day package that was supposed to have been delivered wasn't. UPS OK'd through the 1-800 number that I could pick up the package at this location. There is a disconnect between this center and the 1-800 number. This is a very important package for my customer. I was there for 2-1/2 hours. There is no supervisor, no restroom and only a couple of clueless workers. Avoid using UPS. Use anybody else. read more

Terrible service. Very very slow. Ordered something from Japan using snail mail and it got here faster than my order from Ohio to Texas using ups. Will NEVER use ups again. They also have terrible customer service. My package had to sit fri til mon at their office since they said they didnt have sat derlivery in my area, I asked if I could come get it fri afternoon since it eas just sitting there.... No they said I had to wait until monday and if I missed them (had to sign for it) then I could go pick it up. read more

I have been waiting two days for a package it has been on ups truck now twice but they have yet to deliver because of weather here in houston funny all other business are up and going but not ups thy run out of time because they take there time, they say due to weather unable to deliver. I will avoid using UPS at all costs. My son-in-law ordered a gift for my daughter and has spent hours waiting for a return pick-up for 3 days. This pick-up did not happen and since he had to leave town, he called to reschedule the pick-up at my home. I have been waiting for 2 days for a driver from the Sweetwater location in Houston, TX to pick up this rather large return item that I cannot pick up. When I called the 1-800 number for UPS (twice today) I got an out-sourced employee from the Phillipines who told me the record showed that the driver was at my home at 12:15 p.m.today and a person at my residence refused to provide a package. I told him that was a bold-faced lie as I was sitting near my front door with the curtain drawn back, waiting for a UPS driver. At 2:15 p.m. I called UPS and said I needed to leave for a couple of hours, and was advised to leave the package on my porch with a note. I dragged this package from my garage to the porch and put a large sign to UPS requesting they pick it up and leave a receipt confirming that they were here today. They left no note and no receipt, only a false report to the company that they had been at my residence. At 4:30 I called UPS's 1-800 number again and complained. Finally, they sent a driver back at 6:05 p.m. and it has just been picked up. This has been a nightmare! read more
