Dynamic is super weird here. Came here twice, once for the notary service and once to drop off a package. The associates are friendly when they are helping you but they pretty much ignore you when you enter the doorway. I entered in and no one even looked at me and they just kept resuming their own business. I awkwardly said out loud that I have a package to drop off, and one lady waved her hand at me without looking up to come over. The minute I put the package down she smiles and asks if there is anything else she can help with. She also printed the receipt without me having to ask. So overall, the store is clean and organized, associates are friendly enough to help (when you're actually being helped) and I wouldn't mind stopping by here for my UPS needs. read more

I've resided in the city of Irvine for over 10 years. This store has been conveniently close to me. Beware, customer service has been less than desirable. Unfortunately, there are two people who are extremely rude and dismissive (do not know their names). The woman is seasoned (and short), and the other is a "tall" young man. They are just horrible. He has an annoying habit of slamming receipts down on my packages and/or tossing them at me. I recently returned a few Amazon packages. When I walked into the store the tall gentleman was on a call. He motioned for me to come over. I reluctantly did. When I asked for a receipt he appeared agitated. He literally slammed down a receipt on one of the packages I ignored it because it didn't appear to be mine.... (and I didn't want to cause a scene). He never looked me in the eye. However, when I reminded him I needed a receipt for my packages (with a nasty attitude), he told me that this was my receipt! Perplexed, I asked him if this was for both packages because I couldn't tell, I mean he just slammed it on one of the boxes. He printed the other receipt and tossed it at me and sarcastically told me to have a nice day! I was so taken aback I just walked away infuriated. As an African woman I find it especially disconcerting at the very least. The climate in the world today is hard enough. I love my community and enjoy my neighborhood. These employees are terrible! I'm hopeful that the owners of this store will have a heart to heart talk with them. They are NOT a good fit for OUR community read more

No complaints. It's kind of hard to find -- FYI it's in one of the smaller clusters of stores in the middle of the plaza, kind of between Mitsuwa and Chase (along Culver). When it's crowded it's unfortunate, but generally when I've stopped in to drop off a package they weigh it, give me a receipt, and I'm on my way pretty quickly. read more

The entire staff were very patient and kind while this man was yelling at them because he brought in a rug and wanted them to ship it out to his customer and they didn't have custom made boxes for him. If I were that guy. I would have been logical and customized several boxes to fit my rug to send it to my client that I sold it to instead of yelling at a staff that had nothing to do with my business transaction. This review is strictly for Notary Services! I walk in with my wife and a guy named Mayur asks me what I needed and I notified him I needed Notary services, he points to the left and tells me to go to that counter. Mayur proceeds to hang out for several minutes as my wife and I wait for the Notary Public to come to the counter. Finally, Mayur (same guy!!) comes to the counter and asks what I needed... What the heck? So, we inform him we need documents Notarized for work and he looks at them and says he can't do it, he has to do it on another form. I informed him that there is clear directions IN BOLD on the document that gives instructions for the Notary to complete the form in California. He refuses to read the document or explain why he can't complete the form. I'm not going to sit there and argue with someone who is clearly an idiot so we left. We went down the street to Postal Annex on Irvine Blvd and was helped with no problem. The Notary read the instructions and notarized the paperwork. This guy Mayur is a very poor representation of the UPS organization and should be fired for not doing his job. read more

1. Return my charter internet equipment at this store. It should be free but the manager told me I need to pay the shipping fee. And then I go to another store, they finished in 2 mins. 2. Ship documents to China, 2 pages of paper. The manager told me it is $104 with DHL and $84 with UPS. I go to another store $52 and same price for both of DHL and UPS. The manager is rude and uneducated. Please do not do to this store. read more

This UPS store sets the bar for the best overall experience I've had shipping a package. Not only was the *entire* staff very helpful, there was a sense of community I noticed that the staff shared with their customers. I spent much of this morning and this afternoon trying to figure out how I was going to ship a rather large exhaust system to the Bay Area by this weekend. Once the staff helped me figure out a solution, I was provided with all the tools and supplies I needed to get my exhaust packed and shipped. As I wrapped and packed, I got to see customers come in and be greeted by name as they were asked how their day was. This great customer service was also quick and efficient. I didn't hear one complaint throughout the whole day, regardless of wait time. This is the kind of business that people want to support with their repeat business. After seeing all these nice people work, I now can say I found my go-to UPS store. read more

UPS store had horrible customer service. I did not get the name of the person who was working there but I was there Tuesday night around 6:30pm (11/21). The man I was talking to was very rude. I was trying to gain info about how returns worked, because I was returning a table that I have ordered. He made no effort whatsoever to help me with carrying the table onto the scale. I had two boxes for the same table, but amazon only gave me one return label. I did not know you needed two as I was trying to explain to him much confusion he interrupted me and said "I don't care about that, if you don't have another label, you can't return it". Anyway. I was returning an item for the first time and the man was no help whatsoever. I would avoid this specific store if you guys can. read more

The worst and rude UPS I've ever been to. Four guys working there. Walked in needing to print something none of them greeted me or tried to help me. Till the one in glasses saw me walking over to the printer, asked me if I needed to print something. Guide me like three steps from BEHIND THE COUNTER. When he scanned my package and handed me my receipt NOT A SINGLE WORD. Customer service just straight up disgusting. I understand this is a college area and most employees are students but come on.
