UPS store had horrible customer service. I did not get the name of the person who was working there but I was there Tuesday night around 6:30pm (11/21). The man I was talking to was very rude. I was trying to gain info about how returns worked, because I was returning a table that I have ordered. He made no effort whatsoever to help me with carrying the table onto the scale. I had two boxes for the same table, but amazon only gave me one return label. I did not know you needed two as I was trying to explain to him much confusion he interrupted me and said "I don't care about that, if you don't have another label, you can't return it". Anyway. I was returning an item for the first time and the man was no help whatsoever. I would avoid this specific store if you guys can. read more

Not sure why all the negative reviews.. I've been coming here recently and have received nothing but great customer service and help! So much that I felt compelled to write this. Each time, service was great. People were not only helpful but willing to help and work. I find that these days the millennials just suck. They can't think past what their job description dictates. I have had my mailbox there for years. I love it. If you are concerned about "porch pirates" stealing your packages, this is the answer. These guys are great, they take in your packages, sign for them, send you a text/email telling you that you have received a package, and keep them safe until you come and pick them up. The people are great, greet you by name when you walk in and efficiently get your packages for you. read more

This UPS branch really need a better customer service. The staffs are not as enthusiastic to help you. Not very effecient. If you are there to drop off your packages, that's great. THE NICKLE-AND-DIME STORE. Should have checked-in Yelp before going here. My experience very similar to others. Kid at the counter would not notarize my document. Claims it was missing a page. All I had was the signature page and was told by the sender that was all that was required. I asked if I could have page 1 faxed. Sure, but it would cost me a dollar! Talk about petty charges. I left without having it notarized. Took the document over to another popular "mail service" center and mission accomplished. read more

Never going here again. The owner - who is always angry and rude - tried to force me to buy an entire roll of packaging tape because I needed a four-inch strip for a small package. He argued with me saying it was necessary because I had multiple packages - except all my packages were self-sealing (i.e., don't need tape.) When I refused his outrageous offer, he started arguing with me in front of other customers. I refused to buy anything and he took my package after realizing he was embarrassing himself in front of his customers. He's a cheapskate and I once overheard him threatening to call a customer's employer if he did not return to pay for a small item after needing to get money out of his car. This guy needs to be managing a pawn shop in the ghetto, not running a UPS Store in Irvine. Past employees have told me in confidence that they hate working for him. There are 6+ Postal/UPS Stores within 5 minutes of this place. There is no reason for you to deal with that kind of treatment just for small supplies and packages, so take your business elsewhere. read more

Drop by the UPS store today to send out an important fax. The staff here are friendlier than the FedEx KInkos. That's saying a lot because I work for FedEx. LOL. Anyways, the place is a bit small, several copier machines by the front door and your usual shipping supplies. At this particular UPS Store you have to go to the counter to send a fax which I didn't mind. The staff at the counter greeted me with a huge smile, she helped me with what I wanted and off I went. Price were reasonable. 2 page fax cost about $3 and some change. This is just one man's opinion....you can do what ever the hell you want to do!!!! read more

I used it today, the system stopped working while the time is passing!!! So they charged me $12 for the system issue!!! And it's not refundable!!!! I'm terribly pissed off! On the 29th Aug, I walked into the store and met with the new owner Mr. Rajan Shah. And I am glad to share that my visit was very pleasant. Went to print a paper. Poor folks couldn't even figure out how to do it for me after trying "every single option", so I eventually tried it myself (after having to pay $2.50 to use their computer) and got it done. Charged us $1.00 for EACH paper scanned, and then even charged us $2.50 for "scan set up". What. Best part was, they never notified us about charges until our final receipt... Great surprise! Workers hardly acknowledged us, not even with a last word. They just walked away from the counter with no regard, and when we were standing there wondering if they would need anything else, THEY were confused why we were still there. Like someone else said in their review of this place: at least TRY to pretend like you care about your customers... And maybe even try to act like you know how to do your job. read more

Just wanted to write about the notary service here. Pretty standard and straightforward. I would say the notary who also seems like the manager is not very welcoming. A direct person so if you don't have all your ducks in a row, prepare to be frustrated and have to come back again. Once we were prepared, it was quick and easy to get the documents notarized. Price is I think $10 per document that needs to be notarized. It's not the friendliest or nicest experience, I just came here to get it done because it was closeby. read more

I had several legal documents notarized here and it was quick and convenient. I've also made copies here. I drop off shipments regularly and it is always very quick and easy. It's great to have them so close by. The shipping can be a bit pricey but they've never let me down so far! read more

Due to this plaza also housing a Bank of America and Mitsuwa and a lot of other restaurants, it is very difficult to get parking next to this particular UPS store itself. Sometimes when I come to this location I need to lug the boxes more than one row of cars over due to the lack of parking directly next to it or have someone drive me here and drop me off while I carry the box over. This place is very by-the-book. They told me to drop an insanely bulky 70lb prepaid package on the scale (I was carrying it by hand since I only have a 50lb capacity handtruck) and by doing so I knocked a bunch of other boxes off the counter. (I work in the shipping department, so I think putting it on a scale on a table is counter-intuitive.) After that occurred, I said to them that I asked for confirmation first so it was their fault. I wanted a receipt for this order but they didn't offer one to me, however, I did observe them scanning three out of four boxes of this shipment. The packages arrived at the destination location with no issues, so at least they gave it to the driver without any problems. If you check in you get 5% off UPS shipping. Not that it matters to me since I'm just the guy that drops the boxes off. read more
