For Amazon Returns I often go to this UPS to do amazon returns and it's really fast. Bring your package, scan the QR code from amazon app. If you don't have QR code, you can send the return label to their store email and they will print it for you for $1.50. And that's it. They offer to give you a receipt for the return label. The staff's efficient and friendly service really makes this my go to spot for these tasks. For Shipping Domestic / Priority Sometimes they're one of the few fronts open late when I need to do a package delivery. On one occasion, I really appreciated the care and concern for overnight shipping they expressed for me, especially when they saw how expensive the shipping would be. One staff mentioned that I should go to USPS instead just so I can save on delivery costs, which was really endearing. Tone & Atmosphere Not many folks comment on this, but often times I'm busy and harried and dropping off a package can feel like an internal hassle which shows as I enter this shop. I have been very happy with this store til today when I saw the service from one of their staff with the name of Michael. I have asked him for a small box for my Package, he ended up selling me a big size box which I could put 3 more of my small box inside the big box that he sold me. He should've told me if they don't have the right size box before he is charging me extra. Next, he gave me the box without even helping to package it or at least offer a tape and his offered was cutting the box so he can make it a smaller size. I got the tape from my car then I have to ask him if he is willing to help with a big box that he sold me, he just cut the box to the smaller size and gave it to me to package it. I ship my packages from this store everyday, 6 days a week and I am very disappointed to see a service from Michael. read more

I've honestly never dealt with so much bad customer service until I started coming to this UPS. Couple months back I wanted to send a package and already had the return label and asked for a receipt and the associate made it seem like I was being such a major inconvenience. However, the location is great and I kept coming to save time. Then I recently went to drop off another package and accidentally came right when they closed (@ 6:30, hopefully yelp updates the closing time because it was 7 before) and the "owner" lady was so full of attitude! If the store is closed I can understand, but she and another associate were clearly helping another customer so I thought i could safely assume to just drop off my package and get a receipt. But nah...they tell me that it's going to be another 10 minutes to help finish the customers transaction. I felt bad because I didn't want to eat into the other customers time, but I definitely felt that I could've been treated better. Compounded with bad previous experiences, I realized it's not worth it to come back here. I came to this realization when I went to the UPS off Bristol and an associate scanned my package and kindly asked if I would like a receipt, but if you like being treated poorly feel free to visit this location. read more

This is the very best of UPS stores. The staff are wonderful, well trained, efficient and very very helpful. More than once they have gone over and above to help me. In fact, the owner himself, delivered a package to my home, that was too large for me to manage, unpacked it, and removed the box. Came here today to drop off a package with a prepaid label. Once it came to be our turn, the guy promptly taped the box shut, stuck the label on, and we were out the door, no fuss. Some stars dinged for the dingy look of the place, as well as the really slow service. The products that they sell here aren't...sold, I don't think, as everything either looks dusty or old. Maybe the dust makes the stuff look old, I don't know. There was only one person ahead of us, but we had to wait a good 10-15 minutes for them to finish up. I was a little skeptical about coming in this UPS store and almost didn't come in because of all the reviews I read. I needed to ship out a package and printed the label but my box did not have tape and I had not put the label on as well. After reading all the reviews I thought to just ship my item the next day because I didn't want to pay for tape and thought it was outrageous! However, we were already in that plaza so my boyfriend encouraged me to go in and see what happens. If they were really going to charge for tape then we would just leave. I brought in my box and to my surprise the representative was really friendly! I told him that I was unable to tape up the box and adhere the label on before coming in and he said that it was no problem and that he could tape up the box and put the label on. To be honest I was quite shocked after reading all the reviews but the service I received was great! Not sure if it wen't through new management or they have improved their overall customer service but I left a happy customer. I had a terrible experience at this location. I had some store purchases shipped to a UPS access point and selected a different location. UPS for some reason decided to split the order and ship half to the location I selected and the other half to this location. When I went to pick up the order at the original location, I found out about the split delivery. The employees at this location refused to allow me to pick up my order, because my last name did not match the one on the package, because of a name change. I even gave them my previous last name without them mentioning it. They also refused to take a look at the unique code the retailer emailed me for pickup (there is no tracking number). I believe it was the main guy at the location who was most rude to me; he spoke to me in a very condescending tone and for some reason was denying my pickup while showing me the UPS guide with a flowchart on how to handle package pickups. So now my order will be returned to the retailer and I will have to reorder and have it shipped all over again. I called UPS corporate to see if there was any way to get my package released, but I have no recourse as they said they "can't force" the store to release my package. read more

To anyone printing pictures at this location. Only bring in pictures on a flash drive!!! The computers here are trash absolutely slow. No warning, no notice that there would be a fee. $3.23 to print a shipping label. UPS franchisees are, on average, worse than loan sharks in their attempt to wrest every possible cent out of their unwitting victims. I didn't think it was possible, but the new franchisee at this location is actually worse than the last. Apparently there's a $2.50 charge for "setup," which when pressed, the franchisee claimed was for logging into the store's email. Another $.0.49 to actually print the page, which might be understandable on its own, but in combination with the setup fee, the whole thing turns into a giant joke. Don't forget there's an $8.00 charge for every 6 inches of packing tape they use to tape up a box for you, while 40 foot rolls of it sit on the wall behind you for $5.00 UPS, please get your act together and put together some rules for your franchisees to prevent abuse of their regional exclusivity. Not really sure what these negative reviews are about -- I have been here about 10 times over the last 24 months and every single time the service has always been solid and efficient. They are especially good at handling bar code items for returns, and the reps I've dealt with have always had their procedures memorized and executed quite well.
