For my more complicated prints, I have needed to ask for everything from help printing a physical receipt, formatting to print a certain way, cutting properly, and even sending my order to a different location when servers where down. On top of that, I am often able to find coupons online which is helpful for keeping costs low for when my work is for a non-profit or small organization. I love having to stop into this FedEx location, everyone is always so nice, helpful, and they have everything I need to get my print jobs done well and in a timely manner.

He got the package on a dolly, checked out my ID and scanned the box, then wheeled it out to my SUV and loaded it in the trunk. I endured over 40 minutes of misery and a severe panic attack which could have been entirely avoided if only someone trained was able to assist the whole time, which the Livescan guy on the phone told me was supposed to be required anyway! Constantly, more customers would come in with other things and the two UPS employees would be forced to go deal with them, passing me off to the Livescan guy on the phone who had limited ability to help due to not being physically present. The employees were kind and understanding but that is no substitute for having more than two employees in the UPS store so that one of them can help with the Livescan machine while others attend to customers with packages. I've never seen an UPS store with fewer than 3 employees even if it didn't offer this service. It's unfair to customers and employees to understaff so severely.
