I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. I live in New Jersey, and I accidentally placed the order as Local Pickup at their California location. Let me be completely fair: selecting Local Pickup was my mistake. I admitted that to them from the beginning. But what happened afterward is why I'm leaving this review. Once I realized the mistake, I contacted them and offered to pay the additional cost to ship the signs to New Jersey. I wasn't asking for free shipping or asking them to pay for my mistake. I asked about oversized shipping, freight, another carrier, transferring the order, and even whether I could arrange a third-party carrier myself to pick up the signs. The result? No shipping. No cancellation. No refund. Initially, I was told that products larger than 48" × 38" could not be shipped. After I reviewed their website and Terms & Conditions and asked them to show me where that restriction was written, I received a different explanation: ACM signs simply aren't offered for shipping at all. I then specifically asked them to show me where this ACM shipping restriction was clearly stated in their website policies or Terms & Conditions. I was not provided the specific written policy I requested. Instead, I was told that Local Pickup was the only fulfillment option available when ordering the product. Again, I made the original mistake. That's not what this review is about. This review is about customer service. I live approximately 2,700 miles away. Obviously, I'm not going to travel from New Jersey to California just to pick up printed signs. I admitted my mistake, offered to pay the additional costs, and asked for practically ANY reasonable solution that would allow me to receive what I had already paid for. Nothing. In the end, I told them to keep everything -- the signs, the business cards, and the money. I'm also opening my own business, and this experience taught me something valuable: A customer making a mistake doesn't mean you stop trying to help the customer. Had they simply said, "Shipping this will be expensive, but here's what we can do," I would have gladly paid a reasonable additional charge. Instead, I paid for an order that I will never receive. That is why this is a 1-star review, and why my first order with Go Print US will also be my last. If you're ordering from outside California, I strongly recommend checking every fulfillment and pickup detail extremely carefully before paying.

The self-serve Print Station is so easy to navigate and communicates courteously estimating the cost of the print jobs for us before we make our final decision.
