Just generic responses and complete indifference while your goods -- and money -- vanish. This service is unreliable, outdated, and unfit for international shipping. If your delivery matters in any way, do not use this postal service. Spend a little more and use a courier that actually delivers parcels instead of excuses. AWOID.
