I really loved this ups and all the employees except the owner is completely rude! I will never use this ups again. Rude rude rude owner!!! He doesn't know how to speak to his customers!! His employees are great but not him, maybe he should take lessons from his employees. The owner called me rude before he knew i had a child in the car. And i couldn't hold the baby carrier and the gigantic box. And a real man would have seen me coming and helped me with the box. I had my box ready to go all I needed to do is drop it off which I see other customers all the time just dropping their box on the counter and walking out. As I was dropping it off the owner said do you need a tracking number, I said no thank you I'm in a hurry. He then said "rude" as I walked out. Please some one tell me how what I did was rude. As a parent I had to decide how I was going to make this drop off happen since I had a child in the car by myself. I decided to wait until I could park in the front row spot right in front of the door on a 60 degree weather day. I have been using this UPS Store for a couple years and the service is underwhelming. Unless you have tracking numbers handy to prove they signed for a package, they claim it isn't there. Very rude. Moved close by and purchased a mail box for 3 months.When first buying I was slid the keys, when I ask if there was a ring I could put them on he said nope and turned away to work. So far have only been to pick up mail twice. The first time I was told they didn't have a package for me. I showed the two email confirmations told them my name and box # and was still told no they didn't have it and to call FedEx to locate the package. I left called Fedex only to be told that the store manager approved my packages. When I returned I had to wait 20 minutes for them to locate my packages and to be insulted by a supposed "assistant manager". With zero customer service skills. He said that I should have said I had a mail box there because they assumed I was just looking for a package to be delivered there for no reason. WHAT?! I literally HATE going here. Great store, friendly folks and very helpful. I have been here for over three years and never had a problem.

The fact that the staff has been instructed not to give the managers name out explains the ethics of this establishment. We purchased priority mail delivery and it was explained and even printed on our receipt for a 2-3 day delivery. When we tracked it it was scheduled for a 5 day delivery. We would have paid for the faster one had it been explained right. But we thought since it was PRINTED on our receipt that it was valid. We were basically told our money wouldn't be refunded because that's what we paid for. Nothing was done to try and compensate or comfort us as customers. The lack of customer service and knowledge is simply just sad. Might I add that while my husband was in the store discussing the situation, I called to get the managers name, as I was not with him , the person who answered told me there was a "situation with some rude guy happening right now. " He had no idea who I was on the phone, until I told him. Then he finally gave me the managers full name. This was a simple mistake that could have been handled correctly, but instead this establishment failed in so many ways on many levels. read more

If I could give it "zero stars" I would! One is WAY overrated! I went in with 2 packages to be mailed. They were items I had purchased and I was returning them. One was for Amazon and the other, a pair of UGG sandals. I was given a receipt and left. The Amazon package made it just fine and I received an email letting me know about my refund. The shoes, however were a different story. I never did receive a confirmation email letting me know they were received. I gave it a few days because I know with everything going on that maybe it was taking longer. After a week, I called to inquire about the package. UGG still have not received my return. I called the UPS store and asked about it. I gave them the tracking number from my receipt. Well...it was the tracking number for the Amazon package ONLY!!! After calling and calling for 4 days trying to get it resolved, they basically told me I was SOL and they have no way of tracking my package because it was NEVER SCANNED IN!!! They also tried to suggest that it was MY fault and I must have lost the receipt! UMMMM...NO!!! So now I'm out $90 for a pair of shoes and no one seems to know where they are!!! read more

Nice employees...BUT...the store (corporate) will RIP YOU OFF...They advertise they are an authorized USPS....True...However, if you want to mail anything using their store for the United States Postal Service. You will be charged DOUBLE and they will add tracking fees on top of it. If you buy a stamp, mail a letter or a package, you will pay DOUBLE! We mailed a 19 pound, standard 15X15X15 box to an APO address and was charged $82...to New York. We asked if there were other options because it sounded to high. The only option was $1 less and was told our package might get there in 7 days! Afterwords, I researched the post office downtown, they would have only charged us $49 or less for Priority Mail. DO NOT USE THEM FOR USPS.... read more

The store is busy for a reason..... They provide services that the public needs and they do it as fast and professionally as possible. Every time I have gone there (at least ten times) the staff worked hard to make sure every customer had a great experience. I was told that they are the busiest UPS store in the area......No doubt.....They offer every service you need to communicate with the world. Kudos to the store....They deserve it! read more

Convenient location, adequate parking. I have requested UPS shipments to be redirected from my home to this store, and the system has worked flawlessly. When I've shipped via UPS, this store is my go-to location. Of course it's hectic during the holidays, but the level of service is great. Have not experienced any dysfunctions or disappointments.
