Everytime I enter this store I get the best and quickest help possible. Today, I was carrying way too much to get in the door. They immediately noticed from inside and quickly came to the door to help! I didn't have one package taped and they were so helpful to quickly tape it up for me and get the sticker attached. I have sent packages, amazon returns and even dropped off shredding. I am so glad these guys are part of our local neighborhood! Smiles and helpful professionals make me keep going back! read more

I went to "The UPS Store" to return a gun part that was sent to me in error through UPS. "The UPS Store" refused to accept the package. They initially told me it was Federal Law. NOPE! Federal law allows shipment. They told me I needed to be a dealer. NOPE! UPS and Federal Regulations allow a return shipment to a supplier even if it was a firearm. This appears to be a Franchise "The UPS Store" problem. I took it to a UPS facility and had no problem. Talked to "The Fed EX Store" and they have no such corporate restrictions. I guess I will not use the UPS store again. Go Fex EX. read more

My Husband and I have been going to The Bridle Trails UPS Store for years. The personnel at this store has always been friendly and helpful, especially Bob. He is always welcoming, cheerful, and knowledgeable of his job. It is always hard to find great employees at any business. Fast & friendly. I love having a local place to do my online shopping returns (I can ride my bicycle there). This week I dropped off my online returns with the prepaid UPS labels on them and he quickly took them all in and gave me a receipt for them. The whole thing took about a minute and a half.. I come here almost everyday. The customer service is always great. Staff is super friendly especially Bob. I've been coming here for years and he always keeps me laughing. They are quick and helpful. Also have the best card selections for any occasion. I took a package to this store on 5/26/2020 to return to Amazon and made a mistake not asking for receipt. The skinny guy said: Ok I will ship it. Nobody else was in store and he was standing right next to the scanner. By the time I got to the door, I did not hear him scanning the package. Usually with Amazon returns, once the return package is scanned, an email will be send to the customer saying the return item has been scanned. 9 days later (today), the item has not been received by Amazon. Apparently the skinny guy uses the opportunity to steal packages if the customer does not ask for a receipt. I will not use this store ever again. read more

The guy that owns this place is a total douchbag. I've been there twice and won't be back for a third time. He basically acts like he is doing you a favor and going out of his way to take and ship your package. He's not friendly and comes across in a way that just makes me not like him. There is a USPS office in the drugstore nearby, I'll be using them to ship when I'm in the area from now on, as the extra charge to ship through UPS isn't worth it from this location. read more

Do yourself a favor and find a better place to send your mail. The guys who run the store are full of excuses, and are not reliable. I sent a mail item to CA and paid for 2 days delivery. It took UPS 8 days to deliver it. First it was mailed to the wrong address, from there it was returned back to OR, then to Louisville, KY, and finally it was shipped to the original mailing address in CA. The store owner told me that he is going to file a claim so UPS can be reimburse me for the shipping cost, and it's going to take 10-12 business days. Over 12 days went by nothing happened. I went back to the store he said he's going to check what happened. 5 days later nothing from UPS nor from the UPS store. I called the store this morning and the store owner told me that the claim was wrongly processed.... I suggested that he will reimburse me and deal with UPS and he hung up.. Tried to call again and got a voice mail this was during business hours. You can judge for yourself. read more

I just had my first and LAST visit to this store today. I had an item to return to Macys, so I thought I'd run up to the neighborhood UPS store. I had not taped closed the box at home, since typically businesses want to inspect before accepting packages. Here's how it went down: Me: "hi. I just have something to return to Macys" Owner: "Do you have any tape? I can't tape it for you with a prepaid label. " Me: "well, no. I don't have tape with me. " Owner: "well I can't tape it because UPS won't pay me when it is not my shipping number. " Me: "ummm. Ok", and I turn to leave with my 5 year old. When I reach the door to leave, he calls out "I can tape it for you, but I have to charge you. " How much? 1 dollar. So I agree to pay the dollar, and return to the counter, where he continues to berate me for bringing in an open box with a prepaid shipping label. ("This is a business, etc.") I then decided I would rather go somewhere else (anywhere else!) and do business with someone who isn't rude. I told him so, and walked out. Drove to the nearest Staples, and had a great customer experience. My 5-year old even noticed the difference. read more

I think one thing is clear based on my experience as well as the others posted. The owner of this place is beyond rude. I went into to mail a single letter and wanted to buy one stamp. I was curious about how long it would take to mail my one letter (to southern Washington) he said "well we are not some post office so I really can't tell you". I said well you could make a guess, one day, two days, a week. He goes " no clue". Granted this was not my first time going here, every experience was similarly bad, however this will be my last. He is so rude, unfriendly and just down right grumpy. We previously used this location for mailbox services. More than a year after discontinuing our mail delivery to the UPS store, my car tabs were mailed to this location due to my failure to update the address when ordering the tabs online. Amazingly, Bob found us. That's right. Bob took the time necessary to track us to our new address and deliver the envelope with my car tabs. Really unbelievable. Bob and John are the most helpful customer service reps I've come across yet from any UPS Stores. They are always cheerful and Bob even sometimes pulls out a knife! to help open packing slip envelopes. 10/10 will continue to ship off my many part returns for work from this location. read more

Wow, I'm kind of relieved to know that I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience at this UPS store. The guy at the store has a thing about tape. I had a small box that needed to be taped up and he never even offered to sell me the small amount of tape I needed. I like to support local business and I've tried several times to do business at this store and failed each time, always for some odd reason. It's like they don't really want business. I won't be back. I went to the UPS store in Redmond and had the opposite experience. The woman there was lovely and helpful. I was in and out in 2 minutes and my package was mailed. read more

I have been a loyal customer for years at this location. I have used it for both person and business purposes. I had a few items to ship via USPS and originally had gone to the post station at the Bartell's next door. The clerk rung me up for two flat rate envelopes at $6.70 each. I forgot that they only took cash and check so I opted to go over to the UPS store. When the UPS clerk rang me up, my total came to $23 and change. I told him that the flat rate price was $6.70. I also asked for few envelopes that are free to replace the ones I was using. His words were "I only give these to special people," and handed me two. When I inquired why it was so expensive, he told me that they weren't USPS, that they upcharge and that he was charging the "fair market value." I didn't know that it was double the price. I then said to him, "I have been coming here for years and you never told me that." His response was "We weren't hiding it from you." I was super frustrated and decided to take my envelopes elsewhere. He then reached over an took the free envelopes he had given me back. They have lost a loyal customer forever after this. Don't take your USPS here. They will charge you double with a smile on their face and not tell you that you could go next door for the "flat rate" price that USPS established. read more

I have been to this location a few times. I kept hoping my experience with the staff would get better....it has not. Save yourself frustration and time, and go to another UPS store. In general I think UPS is a good company, they offer employees good benefits and tuition assistance for college. The store is under new management, which probably explains the range of reviews. I used this store for printing some color trifold brochures. I always get nervous on something projects like these that the panels won't be centered when they fold them. No need to fear, they did an excellent job and the turnaround time on the project was quick! I'm a happy customer! read more

Unfortunately, I was unaware that there were other options for boxes in the Bridle Trails area besides this joke for a place. I had been getting my mail here for six months and for some reason, I never got two of my six magazines every month (both happened to be in the same interest category). After checking with publishers two months in a row who had my address right and told me ship dates, I confronted the owner. His response immediately was that "nobody else has complained about their mail". VERY defensive. I even got a postal inspector involved to no avail. Keep in mind that I had gotten my magazines EVERY MONTH without fail at my previous address. One of my magazines that finally made it to my box, had all the inserts missing and a couple pages bent back. VERY obvious to me that my magazines were being taken and some put in my box after reading. I was paying $57.00 for a box for 3 months and found that Bartells USPS charges $10 per month for same size box. I have now switched. Then this owner tells me that they will charge me a dollar plus postage to FORWARD my mail as they are a PRIVATE store. WHAT? I was told by postmaster that they cannot do this. Now I am filing complaints with the state and BBB. In addition, they once tried to charge me over $20 more for shipping than what the UPS store in Bellevue charges. I asked why at the Bellevue store and was told that "they are privately owned so can charge what they want". I again confronted the store owner's son. He denied that and didn't believe me when I told him the difference in cost. They are total scammers at this place. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Bartells USPS facility across the parking lot where Anna will take care of you and always has a smile for everyone. In addition, the UPS place keeps bankers hours...9a-6p and you cannot get into your box when closed. So for the working person, it sure makes a difference going to Bartells where you can get your mail until 9pm at night. I cannot believe UPS allows this store to use their name. I've heard from half a dozen people in the Bridle Trails area now that gasped when I told them I had a box here...many have been scammed on shipping and wont go back. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! read more
