This store has 2 rude employees. The skinny lady with burgundy hair and the young girl with curly hair every time I come in they are so rude. They always seem annoyed and have attitude if you ask them anything. Maybe need some training or new jobs if they are not happy servicing customers. read more

I took a very important package in on Dec 28th 2022. It needed to be next day delivery. I paid 170.00 for over night. The teller guaranteed it would be at its location by 10am the next day. I also added extra insurance. Teller did not mention anything else haded me my receipt. Next day comes the package did not show, I tracked it and it noted it would be until the next day so two days later. I call the ups store spoke to Heidi the owner. She rudely said they did not take any responsibility for what happens to packages and that it is in the fine print. I asked her why her employees would not find the need to state that instead of guaranteeing the next day service. She basically said nothing. I found it not to be fair then she said we can file a claim after the package has been delivered. She did tell me the package was in Ca but due to weather it could not be delivered to its destination in Ca. I laughed because the city she said was literally hours away from the city destination. Then she put someone else on the line with out letting me know I eventually filed a claim with their inside claims Dept and less than an hour later I get a call that it was denied. They refused to provide any I formation of this claim department. This owner absolutely does not take ownership to her mistakes and I will not be using this place again read more

I've been to the UPS Store in Kuna, Idaho twice in one week and never have I had such unfriendly service. My husband and I interacted with the owners and two of their employees and all were quite unpleasant. I won't be coming back. read more

Had an awesome experience at this UPS today. Danya (or Dayna maybe, I'm sorry I don't remember how to spell her name!) was so friendly. She helped pack my package to make it the lightest/smallest possible so I didn't have to pay as much for shipping. And Mark was really helpful as well and cared about me as a human being and not just another transaction. Definitely recommend! read more

These guys are trolls. I've never had more junk emails then I do from these guys. If you try to unsubscribe from an email they send you, they'll just sell your info to a different company. These people are human garbage. Avoid them at all costs. read more
