I had a delivery from RXO on August 4th. The driver did not set the parking brake on the truck. As…read moreI walked out the door I saw the truck rolling with your driver and helper inside the box of the truck. I ran and jumped into the truck and stopped it before it hit anything else. I have called and emailed with no response. They left my trees with broken limbs and ruts in the grass we recently put down. I need help to clean up and mess the truck made. My only other option is a police report and insurance claim. I spoke with and sent all this to : Leonarda.Sampilo@rxo.com around a week ago, and another employee at your call center the day of the delivery. No one has reached out to me. The given email address was lengthy -- lots of characters -- and the body of the email had an unsubscribe address which matches this company's address. I tried to call and advise what I'd found so that remedial action could be taken, but no one answered my call, and the voice mail was full, so I hung up. This scam has evidently been going on for some time because there is a picture of the request, dated in August of 2025, for payment on YELP. The one I received has a different format, but the content is basically the same -- send money -- and is dated April of 2026. BEWARE!

Not only was it a week and a half late (so I had to stay in a hotel, which they did NOT help with the expense, even though it was outside their "guaranteed" 14 business day window), they put my shipment on TWO TRUCKS, which they told me at the last minute. Not only that, but Navis doesn't do in-home apartment unpacking. They only do curbside. They got some quotes from some local affiliates that do in-home moves, but the quotes were $630 and $1600. I found a local company that would do it for $275. Not only did they not even SHIP my stuff until I was already in L.A., but they said it would now cost me $2600 more than the original quotes. So, the original quote was about $2200. The final amount was around $4800. Now I'm attempting to coordinate these two trucks from two TOTALLY different companies arriving on the same date and time as the local guys who will actually put the stuff into my apartment. NIGHTMARE!!!!

Outstanding customer service start to finish…read more Arlene - who coordinated the estimate and the actual pack/move - was a gem: It took us months to finally execute and she was patient and responsive as requirements continued to change. We were dealing with property belonging to a deceased party so we had to coordinate scheduling and payment between the court (an Estate Admin and his assistant) and an heir (plus his liaison)...with all due respect to the deceased, it was a real PITA, but Arlene just rolled with the punches. When the day finally arrived, our packer/mover showed up promptly, and was both efficient and careful. There were a number of fragile/valuable items and I felt comfortable they were well taken care of. For example, when he discovered a box of ashes - awkward - he simply set it aside and wrapped it specially so it could be hand delivered to the heir. Would definitely do business with Navis again!

Purchased surplus equipment through Government Liquidations. Had it shipped through Craters and…read moreFreighters. The equipment got very damaged due to the poor way they packed it. They crated it so poorly, there was several thousand dollars worth of damage. Was quite disappointing. They got their money, so I don't think they really cared. The moving company (Estes) did fine and I can not blame them for anything that happened.

I'll likely never be back here and if I do come back I hope he's been retrained.
