Scam scam scam scam - beware beware - They DO NOT HONOR THE YELP DEAL. The "3 month is only if you pay for an entire year 1st. The $85 for $100 they just FLAT OUT DO NOT honor. They have a VERY VERY VERY F-You attitude here. In a "service business" - up yours is probably NOT the best way to go about it. But they get so much business from online shopping packages being returned they can take the F-the customer attitude they have here. read more

Went in on Thursday at 10am, they were closed, opened at 10:15am and they wanted to charge me to tape my box that was already taped, yeah no. Great location, friendly staff & reasonable prices. I called to find out the hours and I was told and the gal asked me what I was coming in for I told her to have some documents notarized. She made sure someone would be there to notarize my documents I went in and took care of what I needed. They were also able to fax my documents for a fee and had me wait to make sure my documents were received by the other party. While I was there a number of people came by to ship packages and the gal was always friendly, fast and efficient. Great store will definitely be back! read more

I believe this happened in March or April of 2018 so I don't know if this is relevant now but I had to ship my important belongings across the country in a very limited time. I incorrectly packed everything and was a mess. The people working at the time were kind enough to let me leave everything with them and repackage all of it while I had to go to the airport. They did a very good job and everything arrived in perfect shape. My package included sensitive electronics and other delicate things. I never got to properly thank them. Highly recommend this place. Service is excellent and the employees are faithful. I will always use this location. I needed a fax sent. The fax machine was occupied when I walked in 15 minutes till closing. Jared offered to fax first thing in the morning. I paid for the fax, left my phone number and left. The next day, Jared reached out to me advising the fax number was inoperable. Jared made a few attempts and asked if I could get a confirmation the fax was working. Once I provided a back up fax number, faithful and true, Jared and Lee got the fax to go through. Just left after this location at 6:40 after sitting in traffic for an hour and a half to be told by the manager that she was not going to do my LiveScans because it was after 6:30 and she wanted to close up by 7:00. She said it would be more convenient for her for me to come back the next day so she could get out on time to leave. I also asked if this information was on their website, because I checked, and she replied "No but if you call, we'll let you know." I find this as a terrible show of customer service from a manager to send away a customer because she wants to get out on time when I am the only one in the office. Hello store manager Rico, you are trying very hard to explain about all the wrong things that your co-worker did but it is not working. You need to work on your co-worker to improve customer service first so you do not have to explain every wrong things. I wend there on this Friday and YES store service is horrible. Guy with mustache simply don't want to do anything. His attitude was yes or no, just go away, i don't care about customer. I was going to open an mail box and because of his remarkable service attitude, I had to walk away and go to other place to open my mail box account. I know I am just another person to your store. So I figure that I should do my business else where. I ship about 100 packages a week with ups and I know you don't like extra work. Don't worry, you will not see me there for sure. read more
