This cute little shop only charges .22 cents a copy and has a very convenient email-pick up option that makes not owning a personal printer a no brainer! So worth it! I live near the village so often times I'll email my print request over to the shop and by the time I get there, it's already down and waiting for me. I'm usually printing pre-paid USPS labels for shipping items so I often use the little desk set up inside to apply my label to packages and then walk them over to the USPS on Forest. On busier days (or during covid) I had to wait outside but it really is not a place people hang out for a long time so you're never waiting long. This location is right across from Bank of America (on the east side) so using their lot for parking can be helpful too. Sometimes I see stacks of menus from the local restaurants or big signage waiting to be picked up too so you know this is a well-engrained local print shop and I'm happy to bring them my little print jobs as well.

We had two medium size luggage pieces that we ordered and my mom is older and can't lift, I just had broken fingers and can't lift so she took her time and went out of her way to help us carry them to our car. Libby makes going to the Post Office a much more convenient and even a happy time. Libby is beyond phenomenal and I strongly hope that she gets the recognition that she deserves because she is simply the best. I know others feel the same way. I went here last week expecting this to be a better option than the postal office. I was wrong. I walk in and the guy at the counter is helping the person in front of me. He then asks me what I need. I explain, "I have a QR code and need a package to mail my item in." He says, "grab the black bag." I don't see a black bag. Person in front of me turns around points to a floral print bag next to me. I get to counter and tell the guy again, "I have a QR code". He tries getting my information and then asks if the person behind me can cut in front of me, which was both odd and rude. She says, "that's okay". As he is taking my information I tell him a 3rd time that I have a QR code. He gets annoyed and says, "why didn't you tell me that?" I explain that I did. I almost walked out of the place. I won't return. You're better off going to the post office.

Yes, its easy to do it at home, if I remember my passwords for five shipping sites, and the printer has ink, and I have the exact shipping label sticker I have to print out. However, every time I do, I am told by these Gurus "If you just use this box, or trade the box for the envelope, or use Fedex over USPS for this international or USPS over DHL for this particular domestic, with this box, I save far more money than going retail through the DHL/UPS/USPS/FEDEX websites. Bottom line for me, these guys know how to stop from my money being separated from my pocket..they seem know the system, where the best rates are and so they are my, I guess free, broker of choice.
