Over the last 11 years, I've specifically driven a few extra miles to go to this UPS store. The employees have always been polite, efficient, and professional. When asked, they have always given me great advice and outstanding customer service. Those folks who rated this store substandard are whiners and babies. I went to the store to buy stampsI then asked her if I was praying a premium as i was unsure of the.price , she said, no. So she completely lied to my face and did not give me the option to walk away or pay the premium, which I would have walked away. When I spoke to her boss thrur email, he said it was a misunderstanding. I don't know how am I paying a premium? Is anything other than a question? For which I wanted an honest and true answer, I did not get that. Thank you. This place is not on the up-and-up. I don't trust them because if she didn't know the price. She should have looked it up, but she's been there long enough that she should know the price of a stamp. And whether a patron is paying a premium, I wanted an honest answer didn't get it. Today I went to the UPS store around 2 pm. . And i just want to start off by saying i understand people have bad days, but this... is the worst customer service I've ever witnessed and experienced. And to be honest it wasn't the actual service that was the problem. It wasn't even the company itself. It was 1 particular employee, and the lack of professionalism from the others to stand and watch what happened that not only ticked me off, but others as well. When i walked in, the first thing I noticed was an elderly man using the Amazon Return Kiosk, and i heard him ask for help. The man in the photo below, wasn't yelling, but he definitely had an attitude and was shouting from the cash register. Treating him like he was 3 years old ( I'm standing in line witnessing it) when the man was clearly struggling the worker went around the counter, talking loudly saying how stupid he was, that he was EFFING r3t@rd3d. And that it shouldn't take 3 minutes to do it and a caveman can do it. The old man apologized and said he's never used one before and the worker came back with it don't effing matter. And he's saying this loud and proud. At this point I'm irrate and I didn't want to say something because I'm 9 months pregnant, and this guy clearly didn't care for elderly, let alone a pregnant woman. After he left, a woman went up to the same screen and also had issues. So she asked for some help. This guy then started mumbling under his breath, despite we could still hear him. Talking about how stupid and ignorant everyone is and they shouldn't come in if they didn't know how to do it. At this point another customer came and helped her because the worker refused to do his job. When that was all said and done, he still had more to say treating every customer with questions like crap. At this point I'm in the very front of the line putting info in to send a box to a friend. And I could hear him behind the counter making very vulgar, obscene comments, every cuss word- you name it, he said it. I then proceeded to ask him why was he being mean to everyone that walks through the door, despite everyone being nice to him, And he responded " it don't effing matter sweetheart" whilst 3 other workers sat there and did absolutely nothing about it. Didn't get a manager- nothing. The man took his name tag off when I tried looking at it, of course. He looked like he was going to start swinging on people, and was becoming very angry at everyone though they were not doing anything that justified such behavior. At this point when people started speaking up, he very oddly started calling the women baby, babe, sweetheart, hun. Very nasty and narcissistic if you ask me. We asked him to stop talking so.. vulgar to everyone that way, and he continued until 2 middle aged men came into the store. At this point, I asked the cashier ( who had trainee on his name tag) to grab the manager and I'd like to speak to him/ her outside. I'm a very confrontational person, especially when it comes to bullies and pieces of garbage like him. If it weren't for me being pregnant, that man would've been dealing with other issues than those customers, because one thing I don't deal with is abuse and disrespect on the elderly. The manager came off her lunch, and came out and talked to me. She was really nice and I explained the situation. She was appalled and she explained that the behavior was unacceptable and that she will definitely handle it. Though I'm appreciative of her professionalism, this should've never happened and clearly they hire those who don't have any work ethic or any sense of respect for the elderly. Again, I'm sure his behavior doesn't reflect the companies values, however maybe you can skip this location and find another, especially if you're not tech savvy or have elderly parents who use their services. Who knows if the next time he has a bad day he won't hurt someone. Anyone that has that much lack of self control, is very unpredictable. read more

After reading the reviews, how horrible that this owner still has rude and awful employees still working here. My mother went in yesterday, 12/5, and was treated so horrible by what I assume is the same employee everyone has been complaining about. Not sure if she's Haitian, but it was this black woman. Use this location for Amazon drop offs. Line can get a bit long if there's only one employee, but I'd rather wait a bit and make sure the return goes through than have them rush everyone and get it wrong! If I needed to ship anything, they always seem prepared with materials and I've never had a bad experience with employees. One time one of them came around the counter to show me the kiosk system, but it didn't work out and instead of putting us back in line, she went to another terminal and processed our return. No hesitation to keep going here. read more

This location is super convenient for Amazon returns, however the staff is anything but friendly or helpful. I have been in there several times and greeted with the same rude and unhelpful employees. One women in particular is not only rude, but argumentative. I could not imagine owning or running a business with an employee that speaks to customers the way she does. This location is very convenient and in a great spot. But I've never in my life seen employees that are so rude. Especially a Haitian lady that yelled at me because I had a really heavy package and had to bring in a cart. It was so embarrassing in front of everyone. I even told her I would take it out as soon as I put my package on the table and she kept on yelling. The same thing happened to my mom. Unbelievable that an owner would have an employee like that. Understandably it was busy upon opening. The gentleman seemed pleasant enough, and completed my transaction well enough. He was wearing his AirPods and watching videos on his phone. I felt like asking him if he was the franchisee, but held back. If any of my own employees were witnessed following this sort of behavior they'd be seriously reprimanded, if not terminated. read more

Unbelievable. I came in and I have been here for 20 minutes. The gentleman Anthony keeps helping people behind me. He also reprimanded me for accusing me of losing my own boxes from AUGUST through OCTOBER 2020. I was never given a key to either mailbox. I was told to come up to the counter and ask for boxes because I would never have paper mail. They lost my boxes and they have backed boxes from August and October which is completely unacceptable. I would appreciate it if Corporate would please get back to me about this matter. read more

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!!! The service here was AMAZING! I had a ton of packages to send out today, and by ton, I actually mean 11. It was SO HOT out, and so humid, and as I was walking up, struggling to carry all my packages, an employee, Tantra, met me at the front door! As I was just trying to figure out a way to juggle the packages and open the door, the door opened for me, and she came and grabbed some of my packages to help. I was so so thankful. Then, while helping me label and tape up all the items, another employee came to help her with the ones that were labeled, streamlining the process, they did this while 2 other employees were helping 2 other guests. An errand I fully expected to take 40 mins, ended up only taking me 15 mins! read more

THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES AND COWARDLY MANAGER! I have been a customer of this store for 20 years and mail packages out of there on average four days a week. Unfortunately, the store has hired a whole new set of employees. Pass employees were the nicest, and knew me on a personal name basis, and I've never had an issue on the 20 years I've been going there. However, in over the 40 years I have been a business owner, I have never come across such rude employees, especially while doing so in front of the store manager! I was doing some Amazon returns and had all of my codes ready on my phone. As I showed MIKE (A TRAINEE) my code, I would immediately scroll to the next code. Mike would print out the label, but would not put it on the box so all my boxes were starting to gather up on the countertop. As I looked for my next code MIKE started tapping his fingers on the countertop really obnoxiously so very nicely I said to him "I'm sorry but is there a problem?" And he ignored me. So the manager looked over at me and I looked at MIKE and said "if you would like to take another customer behind me while I get you the next code, I don't mind. But you don't have to be so rude". Then he said to me "you're the one being rude!" With the manager hearing all this he refused to say anything to Mike. So once again, I said "Mike, you are more than welcome to take someone behind me, but I have my next code ready." Then he said "I don't need to hear your life story!" So at that point I looked over at the manager and asked him "are you hearing how he is speaking to me?" And the manager didn't bother to do anything about it. All he did was offered to take me and finish up my packages. So after taking five more of my packages without any hassle the manager never once said I'm sorry l, didn't reprimand Mike, nothing. Two days prior to this pretty much the same incident happened but with this woman Shea. She was flustered as she had about 30 boxes piled up that she hadn't put away and was taking it out on the customers ahead of me and to me as well. I didn't say anything as everyone has a bad day, so I just blew it off. However, Mike's behavior today was Adaline. I highly recommend NOT TO GO TO THIS STORE!!!! read more

I rarely complain about businesses. However this UPS store hires the most obnoxious nasty staff. They are unhelpful, unfriendly and downright nasty. The management does not seem to care either. I would highly recommend that you find another store to do your shipping. read more

I am blaming this on new management. I have used this UPS location for 20 years. I use my own boxes that does have my logo on it, and it has always been allowed to ship through UPS. I just put the label on the bottom. Today I come in to ship my package and they will not do so. They require that I buy their box, and put my perfectly good box inside their box in order to ship it. The previous management gave me no problem. So, if you want good service go to the location at Boynton and jog. They are reasonable and enjoyable to work with.
